Rafi and Ishan did a great job of repairing my car. I went to A-1 after a fender-bender took out a headlight and cracked my windshield wiper fluid container. Rafi was professional, straightforward, and honest. He gave me an economical solution to get my car back up and running quickly. He was easy to work with, promptly scheduled me in, returned my car on time, and did exactly what was promised. Attached are photos of the before and after. I didn t want any body work done so they buffed out what they could and I m so happy now that my lights and windshield spray work!

I've always been concerned about going through the struggles of finding a reliable mechanic, and unfortunately did have to go through that process. After shelling out hundreds of dollars on fixes that didn't stick at other places, my wife's friend recommended Auto 1. They are speedy with their work and quoted me a quarter of the price that other locations were trying to get out of me, they're very communicative, and will show you the problems and explain them with physical evidence as opposed to just getting a paper that says "This is broken, $1,000 please." I'm absolutely relieved and very happy to know I've got a reliable go-to guy who can not only get the job done but quick and at a reasonable price.

I went there for oil change in the morning , but still feeling sweet sounding mesmerising evergreen melodies being played on a tape recorder in a calm and serene ambience full of affection and trustworthiness, amiability and trueness. I felt at home. Mr Rafi is very skilful and accomplished person with highly friendly demeanour.

This place is a scam. Be careful. Myself and my family have been loyal customers of this business for at least 5-6 years, if not more. In the past I have been satisfied with the service, however in the last couple of years I am extremely disappointed. The past two times I have had full diagnostics run on my car for something simple like the AC system wasn't cooling properly. They told me I only needed 'basic' maintenance things done like adding Freon, etc. The last time this happened (about a year ago), within a day or two after a low charge maintenance service (around $100), I start having issues with my car - major issues - like the whole car is rattling, etc. I ended up having to go back & was charged with $800+ of repairs. The same thing has just happened again. Last week one of the owners took almost 4 hours to run diagnostics & said all my car needed was more Freon and there might be a small leak somewhere but not to worry. The very next day my car started rattling and now it doesn't even feel safe to drive. It is VERY ODD that after running a full diagnostic + having routine maintenance done on my vehicle on two separate occasions, that I would have major issues shortly after- and there were no indications of any of these issues prior.I am sure they will try to respond to this review with some excuse, like begging the other gentleman that left the one star review to re-consider, but I would be very careful if you do business with them. I have no choice but to work with another mechanic as I'm clearly not a valued customer and I don't trust this business to do ethical work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Dad's dodge over to have the AC fixed. Mr Rafi and his team found the problem right away. They texted my Dad with what needed to be replaced and how much it would cost. His vehicle was ready the next day! I highly recommend this business for fast service at a reasonable price! Thanks Mr Rafi!!!

This is the first place I take my car to and recommend all my friends and family for their auto needs. They will do anything that they can to help you.
