I bought my Porche there for service and after two and a half weeks , ten calls and two visits to the site, I was told that they were just now ordering the parts to repair my vehicle. The front desk agent most aloof, disinterested attitude did not help as well. She is clearly inexperienced, unknowledgeable and incoherent regarding auto repair and could care less about the quality of service she/ they are providing.

Terrible customer service, says one thing and does the complete opposite. Claims they have the parts and never reached back to me. My car is in complete limbo, I go there and find out they can't get the parts. Never once did they try to reach out to me. On many occasions I have had work on my Porsche, Toyota and never have ever had to take the vehicle back for corrections. I have had excellent service by these mechanics. Sam or Carlos.
