They have the best prepared fleet I've ever seen. Great response time and reliable. Can't forget, some of the best looking rigs I've seen in a while.

Eric is amazing! We unfortunately needed a towing service last night around 1 am. Our AAA service failed on us and we can t find anyone to help us in the middle of nowhere! Eric is willing to come to tow our car in the middle of the night and help us solve the issue!

We have used Bells Towing for our towing needs for about 2 years now. These men and women are very professional and quick to respond to all our needs. We made a call to them on Thanksgiving Day one year and without hesitation they responded and took care of all of our needs. Very pleased with their service from small to extreme they have all in between.

Cant say enough about this wonderful company. We had one of our company trucks get stuck on a job. Eric @ Bells Towing rushed right out to get us back on the road. They arrived quickly and took me to the nearest tire shop and went in to make sure they had the tire(s) that I needed before unloading the car. The cost was less than my last 2 tows. I would highly recommend them.

The driver was courteous and professional. Great response time. He reminded us of the towing coverage we had and had forgotten about; making a bad situation easier to deal with.

I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to be told they don t have any trucks available nor did she say well let s get your information so we can give you a callback once we have a truck available. Very poor customer service.

I would like to extend a big THANK YOU to Brian and his driver Lucas. My daughter had car trouble on I-49 on her way back to school in Natchitoches. Even though it was a weekend night, Lucas showed up promply and help get her car towed to the dealership. This type of situation is a worse nightmare for a Dad. It is always comforting to know there are guys out there like this who will take care of our loved ones in a time of need. Thank you!

Bell towed 2016 Chevy after it was hit in the rear. Tow truck driver left ignition key on car not n park and windshield wipers on. Supervisor jumped it and said it was okay. It was not. Red River Chevy had to put one new battery in it. Now the check engine light is on because it either has an electrical problem or needs a new auxiliary battery.
