I absolutely love Wayne's Tire Service. The family and attendants are so polite and helpful. They are a Christian family. I will not travel on the highway until I get the tires checked and the "go-ahead" from Mr. Wayne. Thank you so much for your professional help and support .

A fiend of mine stopped by to have a flat fixed on an almost new ford F150. The guy that took it off was real careful not to scuff the powder coated wheel. How ever a different employee put the wheel back on and was careless letting the impact wrench away from him knocking a Chunk out of the wheel and scratching the wheel badly. When questioned about the damage he was told the wouldn t fix/replace the wheel AND to never come back. as if it was his fault. The least they said the could do is not change him for fixing the flat. Wow 25 bucks. I have always used Wayne s but I will take my business elsewhere.

I found a nail in my tire this morning. Searching on google I found this awesome place! As soon as I pulled in they got to work on my car. I waited in a very nice and updated waiting area. The staff was very nice and friendly. We had great small talk as I paid a very reasonable and fair price for the repair. That was also done in a timely manner! And of I went into the morning, driving without my tire light screaming at me Thanks so much for your great service! It s a blessing to have a business like yours in Jonesboro.

Kind and efficient shop. I won t go anywhere else for my tire needs. They are knowledgeable and reliable. They work quickly, keep you informed and always ask for permission before performing any work. The staff is so accommodating and waiting area clean and comfortable. Prices are best around. As a women they don t speak down to me or bully me as most places tend to do females. Most reliable and trustworthy shop around. Appreciate all the diligent hard work they do in keeping my wheels rolling on the road.

Fast and efficient with great customer service. I was 3 hrs away from home and had a flat tire. Drove up and was immediately offered assistance. Had me up and running in no time. Thanks so much!!

No longer work on passenger vehicles or sell tires for them. Strictly log trucks and industrial vehicles.
