So, here's what I found from personal experience and spending a lot of money with Daniel and Iron Horse customs. People need to know that Daniel is an expert at restoring vehicles. He does beautiful work and does his best to please his customers. The next thing one needs to understand is that he cares about the product he delivers. If you're concerned about going over budget, then be clear with him and tell him where the stop line is. That would go with almost anybody. Be specific about what you want and what you don't want and you won't have any problems. Otherwise, I find him fair in his prices and his work is good. I think he truly and genuinely wants to make his customers happy, but that's not always easy to do because people just don't communicate exactly what they want and what they don't want. If you do this, you will be happy with what you get from Daniel. If you're unclear, he's going to do what it takes to make it perfect. I'm happy with what he's done with my vehicle.

I had a remote start system I ordered for my 2002 F250. I took it to Daniel at Iron Horse customs and he said he could install it. Gave me a rough estimate of price and a day to bring it back. Took the truck and system back to him on that day and everything is professional at this point still. It cost me twice as much as originally estimated, but explained to me how long he was on the phone figuring out the programming of it all. Once again that's fine it was more than he thought it was going to be on the work. After leaving I realize my radio doesn't work and it's saying check wiring on the screen. Picked the truck up Tuesday evening and carry it back Thursday morning to inform him. His reply is he had nothing to do with the radio even though the speaker wires run where he did wiring. Said he would have to bill me to find out what's wrong with the radio because he didn't cause the problem. Wouldn't even double check his work to see if he might have broke a wire in the install of the system. His theory was it's an old truck and radio so it just went out. I get home and take off the panels he was inside of and find a broken speaker wire where he pinched it with the clamps on the inside of the cover. Also find the box to the starter system just sitting on top of the wiring harness under the dash. Not bolted or zipped tied to anything. Fell right off on the floorboard while I was looking for the problem in speaker wire. Went back and told him my findings to which Daniel responded " good for you. You found the problem and fixed it" after telling him it was his fault my radio quit working. Response to the system not being secured even with a simple zip tie was "would you like me to get a zip tie and put it on there for you" At this point I'm done with his condescending attitude and tell him nope and leave. System works is the only reason got stars, but will not be back because of his attitude and unwillingness to double check at least his part of the work and unprofessionalism when a problem is pointed out.Service: Electrical

Daniel and his crewHas always done a great job for me on everything they've ever worked on from break work exhaust shocks struts rhino the truck. You name it him and his crew are great at it.
