Store manager is great and they always take care of the customer but the Ruston Autozone is my preferred store.

Everybody was very kind, thoughtful, helpful, and caring. I honestly had no clue about some of the parts I was getting or putting into my car but with every piece I bought I asked what it did and they explained it to me and it's function. They gave me a run down on the easiest way to change the parts by myself. In all I bought a bought seven to nine parts for my vehicle and with the explanations on all of them I was able to put them in with ease. I would like to thank all of you at auto zone for all your help and super friendly service.

Employees are always really helpful. Might have a smidge of a wait at times. They usually are very well stocked. They can't always fix your problem but they can point you in the direction you need to go.

Awesome place with awesome people.. Coady ( Myron) Thompson is my cousin and ya have the best around managing that store in Jonesboro LA .. He has always been a hard worker and he always will be.. Liz Howell

Aggrivating to say the least. Staff hasn't been very knowledgable or helpful here lately. However, their tool lending program is great if u know exactly what u need & what it looks like.

Its ok. Guy told me my alternator was bad. 600.00 and nothing was wrong with it. Took it to another shop. So im guessing they tell u lies to get ur business

I called to see if they had a radiator reservoir cap for my vehicle. Guy answered and said they have caps but that I'd have to come in see which one would fit, he couldn't look it up. I didn't want to drive 20 minutes to AutoZone if they didn't have the part. Seemed strange, so I looked it up on their website and it said they did have one (why I could look it up but the man working in the store couldn't, who knows!) So I drive all the way up there, just to be told they don't have one after all.. I will drive half a block down to road to go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts from now on.

The young tech came out did a battery check and suggested she needed to take it to the shop . I remained in the car. She got out of the drive and it went completely down. Kooput!

My favorite place to go to get parts or whatever for my car/truck. They have everything in stock or they can get it from another store that does have it in stock

We were traveling through and had a windshield wiper issue. The gentleman working was very help and even helped me put my wiper on.
