My mother bought a 2023 Buick EnVision last Tuesday with them and it was wonderful to deal with them. Smooth transaction on the vehicle all the way through financing. I highly recommend to see Eric Doucet in Sales and Neil Fontenot in financing these guys was great

I broke down called for service for my GMC and the best they could do to help me get going again was a week. I was stuck on the side of the road and from out of town. I guess unless you are a local you don't get helped. Even asking them for help a second time explaining I was stuck still no was could they have even looked at my car until the next week. Sad just sad.

Mickey, Aaron and the rest of the staff were helpful and understanding to the needs we had. We will keep Sterling West in mind for any vehicles we may need in the future.
