Worked with Joshua and this was literally one of the easiest purchases from a dealer I ve ever made. Not pushy at all with buying a car or trying to twist your arm to buy all the extra stuff in the finance office. Plus I left left some stuff in my trade in and they mailed it to me.

Joshua Williams is the best!! Not your typical pushy salesperson for sure! I felt totally comfortable with his personality and expertise. I also would like to give a shout out to Neil Fontenot for helping us with the financing- very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this dealership!

Our experience here was great! The staff were beyond helpful and welcoming. Our salesman, Eric Doucet, did an awesome job getting us into exactly what we wanted. Also, a shout out to the finance manager, Neal for working your magic. Overall experience was 5 star. Highly recommend shopping here for anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Mr. Trahan in Sales was great to work with. We were not a local buyer and he made the buying process quick and painless. Was always quick to respond to any question or info I needed sent over. Would not hesistate to do business with them again. Very upfront and honest throughout all levels: Management, Sales & Finance.

I just want to say that I have had the best customer satisfaction with Courtney. She is the best I reach out to her told her I was in need of vechile without hesitation she said no problem she look around found me the best deal . And call and said I got you a vechile . I have dealt with other salesman at other business but never got the satisfaction I got from Sterling in Jennings this is the place to go if you looking for a vechile . So I say Courtney you the best you deserve a very good complement. Not only did she get me a good deal she also delivered the car to me .So Sterling your the one I will always do business with . This was the quickest, easiest vehicle purchase we have ever done. Courtney had everything ready when we got to the dealership. She even helped with our 2 year old twins while we signed papers which is huge deal for us. Our babies were treated as well as we were. Thank you Courtney for everything! We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle.

I ordered a part from the parts department, the part didn't come in when I was told it would be in by noon I called back to cancel the order and get my 140+ dollars back because I found one for 45 that would be here by 4 pm today versus waiting until Monday I was told that it was a special order they said that I would not be able to get a refund ! what a crock !thanks for nothing! Update the situation was resolved after posting this!!

I had the best car buying experience I ve ever had dealing with Eric Doucet. I ve purchased 15 vehicles and Eric made the process easy, smooth, accommodating, and stress free. I live 4 hours away from the dealership and my next vehicle purchase will definitely be with Eric and the Sterling dealership.I highly recommend using them.

Aaron Carter is awesome to work with. When I called him he could tell I was mad. I had just wasted 2 combined days prior on another dealership that completely failed me and aggravated me greatly. Aaron was able to get me exactly what I wanted and at the price I so desired. All within 30 minutes on the phone with him. I went the next morning and it was ready for me to pick up and finalize all my paperwork. This is awesome team work over there. I will cheerfully tell all I know about the "Wonderland" of Sterling Automotive in Jennings!!!! Any other salespeople reading this....learn from it!!!Thank y'all so very much for my new set of wheels!!!

I don t know why I had to make an appointment when it still took two plus hours to check my problem. Then instead of calling me first to find out where my tool was to take the tire off they dug everywhere in my truck and pulled stuff out and left it and didn t put it back. Not very pleased with this dealership. I was eventually called to find out where it was which I should have been called before they ransacked the back seat of my truck.

We loved our experience with Sterling. Special thanks to the manager, Lance, he was very professional. Our salesperson, Ryan Jordan, was very professional and went above and beyond to help us out with getting our vehicle to the monthly payment we were paying on our previous vehicle we were trading in. Also want to send a special shout out to Mr Neal, his professionalism and customer service is beyond exceptional. Highly recommend this business, as well as there extraordinary group of people that operate this business!

We couldn't ask for a better service experience. The shuttle service dropped us off at home and came picked us up. The car was repaired in one day. We will be Sterling customers for life. Everyone was very nice and courteous. All of them made us feel very welcome. They were all very knowledgeable about the issue and it was a very amazing experience.

This place got me in and it in 2 hours. When all other places didn t give me a chance, Sterling in Jennings did everything they could to get me into a vehicle. This is my first time purchasing a car. Other car lots literally made me cry to the point I was ready to give up. Thank you, Kyler @ Sterling in Jennings! They already have such great reviews but I just had to add another one!
