You will never find a more knowledgeable and caring dealership then Oustalet Ford. The whole Oustalet family goes to great lengths to make you feel welcome and glad to be part of of the great experience of buying a vehicle from them. I have delt with more then a few dealerships in my life but the Oustalet dealership is by far a first class experience. I highly recommend using them for all of your automotive needs especially if you are in the market for a new vehicle, which I can tell you from buying one from them was a great experience.

Not enough various selections of cars/trucks. Prices are a bit high considering the window sticker price. Also, I was given a check for my selling/trade-off of my vehicle which was way below fair market value. My star rating is based on two very important factors from a customer(me)/public stand point as potential customers.

Worst service I ve ever experienced. Kept my car for 3 months! Car sat for 5 weeks and they had not even looked at it then the mechanic left to go to class and car sat another 3 weeks. Then that same mechanic quit so my car sat another month. No remorse No courtesy at all. Was told 3 different amounts to pay. Just ridiculous!

I just purchased my Expedition in April, and my A/c is no longer blowing cold air, and we are in the middle of summer! Called the service department to schedule to bring it in, and they can t fit me in until a month out! I will NEVER purchase from them again!

Man these people really took care of me. I was looking for a family vehicle and they had one that I wanted. I spoke to Bill on the phone and he took care of everything. They gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in. I drove 7 hours from Arkansas to Louisiana and met with them. Everyone was nice and professional. Literally spent about an hour and fifteen minutes in the place. They weren't trying to pressure me to get a bunch of add-ons and the finance portion was the best I've gone through. Very genuine people. A week after I got the vehicle the DMV was calling me telling me my paperwork was in for my tags. That is the quickest ANY dealership has ever gotten my paperwork in, even ones near me that I've gotten vehicles from. The last two dealerships actually sent the paperwork late which resulted in penalties. This is why I now save my reviews until after I've gotten my tags. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Chelle and Chris worked beautifully together to not only make the sale of the vehicle seamless but they have continued to give great service after the sale. I am very pleased and will definitely be returning for future purchases

Purchased a new truck. It had to be ordered Bill was very helpful providing information and updates while I waited for the truck to be built. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Very pleased with the service.

This place here is nothing but a bunch of liars and crooks especially darren oustalet and allen at tge used cars. I had a problem with a vehicile when i first bought it and complained and let my salesmen allen know about it multi. Times he wouldnt return phone calls nothing then lied to me about a windshield. Finally i decide to go get the problem fixed myself and see whats wrong come to find out all 4 tires were bad i went to darren oustalet to let him know whats going on and tell him ive been contacting my salesmen about it and he looks at me and tells me its his word aganist yours

Terrible service across the board, with the exception of my salesman.Finance was awful, receptionist was awful, service was THE WORST.I have a 2020 flex fuel vehicle, I have a full tank of e85 (85% alcohol fuel) and my brand new vehicle was giving me a check engine light. I tested the fuel in my tank and confirmed it was quality fuel. My truck was reading 15% alcohol in the fuel. I checked this prior to bringing it in, so clearly some sensor/calibration is off if I know for a fact there is 85% ethanol in it but the computer is reading 15%.Service called to tell me I had too much alcohol in my fuel. I tried to explain E85 was 85% alcohol. The service manager is clearly uneducated/lacks knowledge of this and wanted to argue that 15% was too much. (It s too much for regular gas, but way too low for ethanol) They also lied about taking my vehicle for a 10 mile test drive and when I pointed out that I saw it in Ford pass they changed their story. Service manager caught a terrible attitude and hung up.They also did an oil change. Just got an update on Ford pass to find out they wiped out all my points (they charged over 6,000 more points than the last dealer for the same oil change)I refuse to go back to this dealer. I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Purchased a truck back in 2011and was pleased with my salesman and purchase. I recently brought the truck to the service department and that is where things went wrong. I was told by service that the tech had 1 to 2 days of work ahead of me, which was no problem. I returned to the service department some 2 weeks later and the truck WAS NEVER EVEN TOUCHED!!! Do not waste your hard earned money, save your self the mental frustration of dealing with this dealership service, that will only let you down in the end. I picked up the truck and delivered it to someone wanting to earn my business and treated me how anyone would want to be treated. I only gave 1 star because I can't rate a ZERO star. Stay clear as you will be mislead and simply lied to. I will never return and my advice would be for anyone to do the same.

Thank you so very much for 5 star service Bubba Oustalet Chevy when my driver was desperately needed help with disable truck on i-10. Phillip diagnosed quickly as soon as open, and took care of problem in most economical way, and even picked up my driver from the hotel to the dealership. Now, he is back on the road. What more can i say "thanks for the 5 star services" .....

Buyers beware!!! I bought a used car from them a little over a year ago. A month after I bought my car I reported a warranty issue. I live 2 hours away from the dealership so Bubba Oustalet service department approved for me to find someone local to fix it. The problem is the local company that fixed by car still has not been paid! I've called and emailed the service department, sales managers and even my sales rep. All of my requests to resolve this issue have been ignored. The local company that fixed my warranty issue still calls me wondering where their money is! The service and accounting department at Bubba Oustalet claim they never received the invoice for my repair, but that is a lie and I have proof. Thankfully the company that repaired my car understands the situation, but that does not make this any less embarrassing.

Had a really good experience with buying a car for my daughter. We dealt with Triston Mire. I was straight forward with what I wanted and we made a deal and were in and out fairly quick. I had been to several other dealerships wasting my time and not being upfront about the price and being sneaky. Sterling was the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. Thumbs up to Triston at Bubba Oustalet!! I would buy from him again.

Bubba Oustalet is a great dealership with a 68 year history in Southwest Louisiana. Very friendly people and tenured staff, some as long as 47 years! Go check them out, you won't regret it.

Brought my car that I just got from bubba oustalet too them to fix it they were nice and friendly and helpful but now it sounds worse then it did before they tried to fix it and the timing chain needs to be replaced with the whole timing chain kit with the water pump because I talked to a ford mechanic I got another appointment coming up with them for my car and last time I took my car there to get it fixed my airbag light came on when I was on my way back home I told them about it at the shop but when I left with my car that I thought they fixed everything on it that needed to be fixed and I noticed the airbag light is still on and the timing chain is making a loud noise and it's starting to overheat because the timing chain on this car runs the water pump so I'll see what they can do to fix the problems with my car and update this review after.Update today just got my car back today and it was fixed right its running like new this time thank y'all so much for fixing my car and getting us to our doctors appointments will go back for any of my car maintenance needs or to repair it they kept there word and fixed it again thank everyone at bubba oustalet ford service department
