Kelly Manuel was amazing and absolutely went out of her way to help us get into our vehicle. We will definitely continue to send friends and family her way. She made sure we understood everything about the vehicle we were purchasing and even came and picked up my car to get the check engine light issue fixed. The entire staff was absolutely friendly and went out of their way to help make this possible. The good Lord sure sent us to the right place and right people!

LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP. I live 4 hours away from Jennings, LA but called a truck that was a great deal on their lot. I called the dealership and told them I was interested in buying the truck. They provided great communication and answered all my questions. They held the truck for me until I arrived the following morning and had the truck ready for me to test drive. I had a little issue contacting the credit union to get the ball rolling and Chelle grabbed every phone in sight and called their number and finally got someone on the phone to complete the process of my loan. They did not play any games with me and did not try and sell me on any extras. They asked their typical questions for add ons and extras and when I said no thanks they moved to the next step in the process. If I am not mistaken one of the owners was outside putting the finishing touches on the detail of my truck. I was impressed with the entire staff and their hospitality. I left my check book and to avoid the 4% card fees I was going to have to drive 40 min to Lafayette and 40 min back to get them the money but instead the owner sent a mechanic to drive to the bank and collect my check to avoid the extra 40 min drive back. Business is business and they're there to sell vehicles and I, the customer, am there to get the best deal I can on a quality vehicle. I got my truck at a great deal and all the hospitality was a bonus to the whole experience. I really felt like we were on the same team and they were there to get me a truck at the best deal and were willing to go above and beyond to make that happen. Thank you Chelle, Alicia, Ric, Rafael, and the Oustalet crew for making this a great experience. Now open a Hattiesburg, MS location!

Although I was not here to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that if you are you visit this place! I was here along a parade route and they had some nice, new inventory. They did not have as many vehicles as they once had prior to pandemic but they have a decent amount to check out. I have dealt with this business throughout the years for other issues with their mechanic shop, the customer service was always excellent. Every employee I've ever encountered from this company has always been very professional and polite. Don't sleep on this dealership when shopping for your new ride, I am sure with some negotiations, you can get a deal you will like from them on a vehicle you will love.

This was by far the easiest and most pleasurable vehicle purchase EVER! Tyler, Chelle and Alicia made the process so quick and simple for me. My parents have been buying from Bubba Oustalet my entire life so it just made sense to come back to the people I know. Thank you all for maintaining small-town hospitality, along with professionalism and some fun mixed in!

They are cheats. I was searching for a chevy malibu..I know the bar for dealerships is low but this place sets a new low. Don't believe a single thing they tell you. They have a endless list of excuses like, he is a new employee etc,,, completely bad.

Everyone was incredibly helpful in the process of ordering and purchasing my first new car! The process for ordering my Bolt was painless. I was very impressed with the lack of dealer mark up and the stellar financing option that the dealership helped me to find. Andrew was a joy to work with, as well as everyone at the dealership!

Family owned and operated and it shows throughout the store for sales, service, parts and their collision center. Love supporting such great people that give so much back to their community. Hands down the best place to buy in Louisiana for Chevy, Cadillac, Toyota, Ford or Lincoln.

My car recently left me stranded on the side of the interstate and Bubba Oustalet was there every step of the way. They have always taken the best care of my family and I. We handle all our business here. Because where else can you get the best service AND be treated like family? Love Bubba Oustalet and all of the employees there so much!

I brought my Cadillac to be serviced. We have bought numerous cars from this dealership and always pleased with each car purchase. The staff is friendly and professional,building always fresh and clean. A good selection of vehicles to choose from and the mechanics have been there awhile so I am comfortable with having any work done on my vehicle.

Mrs. Guidry got my truck taken care of very quickly, even without making an appointment. I was originally there to pick up floor flinders I had ordered when I mentioned to her that I believed there was an infotainment update for my truck. She had my truck updated as soon as a serviceman was available and even had them install my floor liners for me so that I didn t have to. I have bought vehicles from various dealerships and Bubba Oustalet is by far the best dealer I have visited and purchased from.

Came in to see what was wrong with our truck radio because it would not turn off. Took us in since there was an update for the radio. Everyone was super nice and we were ready to leave in 1 hr.

I was told my coupon wasn t used because service cost were more expensive. This makes no sense because it s their coupon! How can you choose not to use the customer s coupon when it s valid! I will NEVER use this dealership again! They feel they can do whatever they want not to mention they are rude especially the lady who takes payments!

I really appreciate that they communicate with me and made sure that I wanted the service they recommend before doing the repairs, plus they were fast to repair the problem.So far it seems as though they fixed the problem completely.I am very pleased with the service I received from Bubba Oustalet, the price was more than I expected to pay, but It was worth it.

I love my Chevy Tahoe. However, there was a recall on my Lincoln Aviator which Ford Lincoln has yet to resolve which cost me $15,000 on my trade. I should not have been penalized financially for something that was beyond my control.

Mr. Allen was great throughout the whole process. Third vehicle purchased with him.It is always a pleasure to do business with this location. Recently had oil changed/tires rotated and air filters at the chevolet shop. Great service all around.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Car has been in shop for over month waiting on repairs. Every time I call it's a different story. Call at one time oh waiting on parts. Call back hour later for 800 number oh all my parts are in. Call back today now they waiting on bumper. Have to turn in rental today and will be without a car for a week or that's what they say. They say don't have a loaner program or rental program.I will be looking for a new dealership to buy vehicle from and to have service done.I used to recommend buying from Bubba Oustalet now I will not be.

We submitted a request and heard back shortly from Kelli Manuel while we headed from Sulphur to Jennings. Kelli met us outside and proceeded to show us the vehicle we were interested in. She provided excellent service throughout the entire process and after the purchase as well. Your other staff were also being so kind and helpful throughout. This is our 2nd purchase with you and we look forward to continuing to purchase vehicles from your company In the future.

Very friendly and polite people!! I travel alot with my job. Started having a problem with my truck in the area. Gave them a call and with very little notice. They got me in and out that day so I wouldn't be a foot for a day or so. I really appreciate them helping me out!! Would highly recommend using them for your service and repairs!!

I met new staff personnel who treated me professionally and with respect. The work order was read back to me to make sure everything was included. And, even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time.

The wonderful and hard working people at Bubba Oustalet, went out of their way to help us. This is our second purchase within the year and we couldn't be more happy with the servicing of our first vehicle and the fun shopping experience we had with our second vehicle. I'm 55 years old and I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years but i have never had an experience like the one at Bubba Oustalet. Keep up the great work!
