Never call this company, it has been a nightmare dealing with them, my husband had an accident and the police directly called them to do the work. They charged us a first bill of 14k, they forced us to pay for the entire truck, Even the cargo that belongs to the company my husband worked for, we tried to negotiate with them so that they would let us pick up just the truck, they agreed and made my husband travel from Florida with a tow truck to pick up his truck, we almost had the truck ready. money transfer for them, and they deceived us and while there they asked for the money for the load again. It should be noted that the bill rose from 14k to 17k in less than two weeks, we offered 10k just for the truck. They didn't accept, do you know why? Because they are rats, they knew the value of the truck and wanted to keep it to sell it, leaving a family man with children without his only source of income. These are the type of people who deserve to have things go very badly in life.

I think businesses such as Bills Wrecker Service or any tow truck company is a scam with Louisiana Law Enforcement participating in it. Years ago, ppl would help ppl who hit the ditch or for whatever reason(s) they needed to be towed. Than the prices being charged by these places on top of the fines and/or penalities from the police....no wonder there is a high statistical rate for ppl not being able to afford getting their vehicle out of impound. I speak from experience with Bill's Wrecker Service. I write quite a bit of reviews for Google whether freelanced, paid, or sponsored. Ppl read my reviews...they respond back too me with questions. You cannot pay me to endorse Wrecker/Towing Companies.

Let's be honest, needing a wrecker isn't something you want to deal with. But,,,these folks make a bad situation, bearable. Great customer service, respectful, professional, and a very secure lockup yard holding your vehicle.

We broke down in jennings,Louisiana and needed a tow to a repair shop. Not only did bills wrecker service show up timely but recommended a repair shop to us, just outstanding service but great people to deal with. Thank you brandon you are awesome.

Friendly courteous wrecker drivers, pet friendly to boot. Wonderful people for the most part. I would have given this establishment in five star rating but for the rude ugly lady who works front desk. I slept in my car all night long as I am out of town. They towed me to a mechanic shop right across the street from their establishment and in the morning I woke up needing to relieve myself. As being in the the middle of town I did not want to have a public indecency charge placed upon me I asked old lady if I could use her restroom, she very rudely told me know that I could go find another one somewhere else. I told her that I was a customer but that did not seem to matter to her. It only takes one rotten funky Apple leave a bad taste. I guess she's uglier on the inside than the out, and the ladders pretty bad. She is definitely a double-bagger.

My family and I had to call roadside assistance through our insurance company because we broke down in Louisiana on our way back to Texas coming from a Spring Break trip in Florida. We only waited about 15 minutes before we were met by Damion (Chicken is what his shirt said) who came out and tried to fix our problem. He called for some back up Jay (sorry if I got your name wrong) and after a little while we realized our problem wasn t going to be fixed tonight. They had to tow my vehicle to their yard and we were left scavenging for last minute hotel accommodations. (That s an entirely different post) Both Damion and Jay dropped us off at the hotel and even offered to help with luggage. These guys were incredibly nice and patient with us. I know we tied up a lot of their time but they never rushed us to make a decision or treated us as if we were an inconvenience.

We had a flat tire on a Sunday night half way between Jennings and Lake Charles. We called 9 services, but they were either closed or would take hours. Bill's said they would have someone out in about half an hour.We were helped out by Blaine, who was friendly, courteous, and professional, and who went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. He stayed with us trying to get a replacement tire for hours, then, when that didn't pan out, got us to a hotel for the night. He even came back the next morning to give me a ride to the tire repair place!I can't recommend Bill's high enough. If you are ever stranded and in a jam anywhere in the Jennings area, Bill's is the only place to call.

James from Bill's Wrecker came and saved the day for us. I live in a small school bus with my girlfriend, and we lost both rear tires off the left side driving down the highway. Bill's was the only place around that had a large enough flat bed to tow our rig to where we needed to go. James was like a surgeon with his truck, and made sure to be gentle with our home. Bill's is also very reasonably priced. Anyone else would have charged almost double. And lastly, James was great company all through the 40 minute drive.

God awful rain and holiday traffic...and we ended up in a ditch. Bill s had us pulled out and back on the road in less than an hour...thank you!! Friendly, fast and very reasonably priced.

Had studs break off my semi-truck axle and needed a tow. Bill's was there in a hour and brought truck to requested repair shop. A part of the truck fell off during the journey and Brandon went locate the part and brought to the repair shop. Quick service and make things right, so will be using again. Thanks

They where the bestie called them right after my insurance company had got me a tow service out of Texas that was gonna take me about 3 hour of sitting on the side of the interstate to wait on them then I wasn't gonna be able to ride with them when they finally got to me that's what made me cancel that tow and call bill's and within 5 minutes they was on their way to get me and my car like that no waiting, and was able to ride with them....thank y'all for coming get me

I called for used tires, because I purchased one here before, but the lady that answered was very rude when she said they don have used tires and hung up on me.
