We recently purchased a Used Auto from Tyler at Robin Ford! Tyler was very informative about the vehicle to be purchased and about my trade. We had a smooth transition as we are a little over 2 hours away. I highly recommend Tyler and the owners of Robin Ford.

Marc and his team were absolutely amazing. He provided me with information whenever I asked, even if he didn t have much. Once my vehicle came in he worked as quickly as possible to make the transaction smooth and timely.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime. Out of all my car experiences, this place was the best. There was absolutely no pressuring to buy warranties. And I was literally with the finance lady 15 min signing papers. If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go. Wonderful customer service .

Robin Ford was wonderful to work with, in every way possible! I traveled from out of state to purchase my used car from them. They had exact car I was looking for. They made the out-of-state purchase perfectly streamlined and there were no hiccups at all. I cannot recommend Robin Ford highly enough!!

My wife was given $15000 trade-in on the 2018 Honda Accord they are now selling for $22,000.00. KBB valued it at least $17000 but they low balled her because they claimed they needed to paint the car. We deserved $17000. We'll never do business with them again. Be aware of sales people because they will blatantly lie to your face. Zero Integrity!

It was great dealing with Robin Ford. All of the questions I had was answered and a pleasure to Deal with. Paper work was done when I got there and Salesman gave a detail explanation on everything with the truck. Will recommend Robin Ford to friends and relatives.

I honestly hate to say this but I really think this dealership still holds some racist traits. When they see black people pull up to their lot they ll watch you look at a potential car and not TRY to come help you, but a Caucasian person gets help quick when outside on the lot. Their prices always change. They don t sale cars for the same price to everyone. They go up & sometimes down. Show real favoritism. I hate it s even in Jeanerette because they don t even care about us as an equal. Just their own people. I went for an oil change recently and their crew screwed me over on that too. Smh. Need to learn about diversity & fairness and they ll be good

I just purchased a 2022 Ford F-150 from Robin Ford. I conducted the majority of my purchase by telephone since I reside over 150 miles from this dealership. My salesman was Marc Robin. We negotiated a fair trade in price for my truck, as well as, a price for my new truck custom factory build order.The truck was delivered to Robin in a timely fashion considering what I have read online regarding delivery delays on custom orders.I am pleased with my new truck purchase and with my dealings with Marc Robin and Robin Ford in general.This was my second Robin Ford F-150 purchase. Do yourself a favor and give them opportunity to sell you a new vehicle.

The Robin Ford service department provides exceptional service every single time. The staff members are friendly and informative, the work is always completed timely (and sooner than I expect), and the prices are great. You're never left guessing the status of your vehicle or how long it will take. I've visited this location for repairs and oil changes, and I've been impressed by the high level of service each time. I highly recommend this business!

As always, excellent service and work.I'm a 3rd generation customer and so glad Robin is there for me & my family. Molly is a wonderful service manager with a smile, and the whole team is professional and courteous. Best thing about them? They look after my elderly mom (when I'm out of town) and makes sure she gets picked up or dropped off whenever needed!

This historical, compact, lovely dealership was perfect for my needs. I loved that after the first time I walked in there, every other visit I was recognized. My salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, personable and very accommodating. I bought a used car, that was so clean it looked brand new. I m very satisfied with my deal and would highly recommend Robin Ford!

I went in to order a maverick and asked if they could help me i was informed of the whole process and difficultly of the type of truck i was interested in so we give it a go and 7 months later it finally arrived i had no surprises at any point in the ordering till delivery thx robin will come back for my next truck

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I appreciate the ease of the car buying process. I live 4 hours away and it was still the easiest process I've ever been through. They were all super helpful and nice. My vehicle is EVERYTHING! Thank you thank you thank you! Robin Ford is the best!

We LOVE Robin Ford! Working with Marc is such a pleasure and the dealership has just been wonderful to us. We were referred there by a friend and have never looked back or even considered going anywhere else. Jeanerette is about two hours from us but is worth every single penny and every single minute of time to make the drive to work with them! We purchased an Edge from Marc, then my husband went back with him company to purchase his company truck, and then we recently traded in the Edge for an Explorer. We have NEVER received better service anywhere than we receive at Robin Ford. Give Marc a call - you won't be sorry.

I love my new F150! My salesperson, Kathleen, was awesome. She never pressured me into buying sooner than I was ready or talking me into buying a color I wasn't sure i could love. I have this thing about red metallic. The truck I was looking at was called Magma Red. It 's more brown than red. Kathleen gave me time to choose to buy that color without pushing me in that direction. I hate being pressured. In the end i did realize it's a beautiful color and the truck had everything i wanted.Robin Ford also gave me a deal i couldn't pass up. None of the other dealers could match it much less beat it!!! I'm looking forward to a long friendship with Robin and Kathleen. Oh!! And my beautiful new F150!

Bought a new 2019 F-150 from here. I love the truck and this place has excellent customer service all the way around. Sales person Tyler was great , always being proactive to make the purchase as fast as possible. Couldn't say enough good things about this place. Great experience

I went to several other dealerships around the Lafayette area to find a nice used truck and every place tried to take advantage of me. I found a truck online and Went to Robin ford to look at a used truck and trade in my car. The carfax on my car had some mileage discrepancies and Marc and Tyler made sure to get it taken care of. After that they offered me a fair price for my car and worked with me on the price of the truck. I asked them to check a few things on the truck and they got it fixed ASAP. I m really happy with my purchase and I couldn t thank the guys at Robin Ford enough for the kind and courteous service I received. It beats going to the bigger dealerships and getting screwed over. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Very unsatisfied. I made a appointment weeks in advance. Thinking that my car would be taken care of for service. Do I dropped off the car 2 days before the appointment date. I was told that the car was going to be ready on the 15th. Then I received a phone call saying that they had to push it back weeks later due to some other people car troubles. So if I have an appointment don't take care before mines.

Excellent service, super helpful staff, and a great selection of vehicles. Staff did everything possible to meet our needs and got us in the truck super quick. Very family feel business at Robin. Definitely recommend giving Robin business.

I bought my Ford Explorer in 2015 from Robin Ford. It was the best experience I ever had from a dealership. The staff was extremely helpful with getting the vehicle I wanted and getting payments within my price range. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Robin Ford and I will refer all friends and family to Robin Ford.
