Vehicle broke on a Saturday night. Called Monday morning when they opened and was told to bring my car there and leave it and they would look at it. At 12pm Pam called with cost to fix it. Pam called back at 3:30 and told me to come pick up my repaired vehicle ! Great service, great people..Highly Recommend...

I brought my Van here to get the brakes fixed. I bought it up north where they salt the roads and eventually my brake lines rusted through. So they looked it over and told me they were going to have to make new brake lines for it, and to make an appointment with their office to bring it in. So, I did. A day after dropping my Van off at the Appointed time and day they called my wife to tell her they were incapable of repairing it, and that we should "Go to the junkyard for parts". This place does not specialize in brakes. Legit I took my Van to the next shop over and it was repaired that day. Stay away fr this place, they are rude, will tell you they can fix your vehicle, and then not follow through.

What a joke of a business. I go there during my lunch hour to get a vehicle inspection. I wait 10 doggone minutes while 3 different workers fiddle around the shop mean mugging me like I'm doing something wrong. Finally someone comes to the window and asked "whatcha want" (I know very professional). I answer that I need a vehicle inspection. To which she replies "aw they on lunch". Exactly when is a working person allowed to do business with this place if you have to go during normal working hours. I'll never go to this extremely unfriendly business again and I don't recommend anyone going there for anything. There are much better businesses that'll appreciate your business in nearby New Iberia.

Whether you are in Franklin to Lafayette, making the trip to Jeanerette to have automotive service in a really competitive price range is a good decision. Jonas and his crew of certified technicians make it very easy and produce some quality work!
