Had a strange issue with 2006 Ford Powerstroke. They were able to get me right in at 8am, worked to troubleshoot the issue, and I was out the door in 2.5 hours. Probably 45 minutes waiting for the sensor to arrive. Great service, great atmosphere. They treated me like a person not just an opportunity to make money.

Our family was stranded early in the morning in our motor coach RV on the side of the road after our engine shut down and the dashboard displayed several errors. We were having trouble finding a tow service and diesel mechanic in the area. After making several calls after hours and thinking our RV was going to need to be in the shop for weeks and we thought we were going to have to cancel our vacation. We were then lucky enough to get in touch with Brookes at Wayne s truck service who kindly walked us through a few simple things to try and got us back on the road. What an amazing service company to take the time to help us over the phone. I would hands down recommend using Wayne s truck service.

Wayne it's very knowledgeable about the operation of diesel engines fuel pumps fuel injectors and such. His electrical knowledge is also outstanding. Very polite excellent rights on his charges is always below his estimates most of the time

I notice michael Phillip's put 5 stars on his review. He is a current employee of Wayne's truck service He handles all the billing I learned alot for michael while employed at Wayne's. It was Mr. Phillip's that taught me everything he knew about ripping off customers and he taught me alot. His favorite thing was electrical that's where they ripped you off the most. For example if you come in with a check engine light on. We would hook it to the computer and retrieve a code. 9 out of 10 times it would be a bad sensor. Simple fix at any repair shop but not at Wayne's. Customers would be told elaborate stories about shorted wiring harnesses with a series of shorts and be told you need a wiring harness a computer sensors and 40+ hours of diagnostic time. So your 10,000 dollar plus repair bill in most cases was a 80.00 sensor that needed replaced. These people are sick. At breakfast one morning Wayne made a comment to us He said I just want to make as much money as I can I don't care how we make it. This is a brief very brief summary of my time at Wayne's truck service. My Biggest concern is all the Hardworking, Honest people that have been ripped off. It was hard for me to see hard working struggling individuals have to take out loans and some even mortgage their house to get their truck or equipment back from these vulchers. If your still considering going to Wayne's you have nothing to lose, but your wallet. They will offer you a hand shake and a smile while taking every hard earned penny you have.

Been going here for years. They are great. Have done many different things for me and always well done, in a reasonable time frame, and very professional.
