Be prepared to be there for a while to have tire service done. Not sure if they are trained to do this or not, but the techs totally ignore any conversation from the customers and walked away from me when I started to ask one of them a question. Now...the ladies inside that work the register and automotive department are always cheerful and helpful. If you go back there and no one is around, be patient. They are always shorthanded and are usually back within 5 minutes. I just always found it odd that I can say "hi" or try to start a conversation with the techs and I totally get ignored and get their backs turned on me. Maybe it's just me... I do brush my teeth and wear deodorant...FYI....

I get synthetic and it's half price of anywhere else. But you have to tell them to put the correct Odo mileage or they just by default put 111,111 which messes up the Carfax. Also you have to tell them in which direction to do rotations or by default they do back to front, so do you research and know in advance and stay around until they start the work, because any slight weird thing and they refuse to do the work. So stay there and be on top of them. I guess you get what you pay for. I'd do my own oil change it'd be cost close $40 but taking the used oil back is always such a risk of spilling.

Horrible service!!! My tire was ordered and paid for online since they didn't have it in stock in store. The automotive associate told me I would have to go pick the tire up from layaway and bring it back to them. By the time I made it back with the tire the cashier had changed out. I asked if she would just call me when the car was ready. She said yeah. Never got a call and when I got there apparently they messed up my ticket and were trying to charge me for my tire again. I wasn't upset. I know mistakes happen. I explained that the tire had already been paid for online and then the cashier proceeded to tell me oh well that's your fault you should have told them it was online. First of all I did tell her beforehand it was purchased online and second that comment was rude and unprofessional. If you want professional and good quality work save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Horrible service. The manager did not listen when I told him what service I wanted. I was overcharged and then he forgot to write down I wanted my wiper blades changed. I am checking my oil today and there is supported to be 5 quarts of oil. I checked and I am 2 quarts short. By the way the manager went to lunch so I could not confirm my original order.

Worse place to shop at down here they treat you all like you are theiefs always it's sad to walk in to a store a feel violated

Tire popped in Lafayette, the workers were able to get us back on the road in about two hours :) very thankful

Everyone was no where to be found ! No service at all ... when the manager Travis finally came to the front counter, he was rude . he unloaded a tire truck before he would even help us check our air pressure in our tires ,.so we just left !

Called and was told there was 14 tires the size that I needed Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they only had one tire I wouldn t trust these guys unless you have time to waste

The auto care manager pick who goes first, check camera in auto care , you see for yourself.never go back, everyone go get tires anyway but there.3/21/19 9:30 am

Nothing gets done quickly. Plan to wait a long time or drop off. If I worked that slow I wouldn't have a job.
