Guy working at front desk extremely unfriendly. Acted like I was inconveniencing him by walking in the store. Ordered some parts for a mower. Recieved the wrong part from them and they tried to tell me I was wrong until I brought in the original and showed them the parts didn't match. They reordered the part and never called me back. Almost 2 weeks went by and I called. They said they received the new part and it was wrong again. No solution. I came in to get a refund and said I was looking at new mowers since I couldn't fix the one I had. I said 400 was too much since I just bought a house and had a baby, I needed something cheaper. He gave me the refund and said now what about a mower. I said I'd have to get a push mower and not self propelled so I could save some money. He said they had a push mower for 403. I said thats pretty expensive. He said with an attitude that they cost that much everywhere. I said I'll do some research and be back. He said "whatever" snatched the stuff off the counter and walked off. Horrible person. I'd assume all the poor reviews this place has is because of him. "Yeah man, have a good day and come see us if you need a mower. Thanks!" would have went a long way. But now I'll never go back, and I'll never recommend them. I honestly can't stress how terrible this place is. Go somewhere else. Trust me. By the way, home depot has push mowers for a little over 200. These people are overpriced drama queens

Very easy going place. The guy behind the counter was working alone and had so many customers but he never missed a beat. And no one complained, he greeted everyone. We had a great experience.

I purchased this lawnmower and there was an issue with the pulley springs it is wrapped around a small screw an attached to the frame. I was cutting grass and it came off very easily. I tried to ask for a return on the lawnmower and there isn't any return policy. Please before you buy this type of lawnmower do your homework it's not the best. And please ask what type of return policy they offer because I got screwed

I spent a lot of money here too and they didn't speak to me for nearly 40 min! I wasn't asked if I needed help....I was shunned because I didn't know what I was looking for and needing help. Why???? Customer service was terrible because I wasn't even served. But everyone had bad days. I hope it's different my next trip in there.

The man who waited on me seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find the item I needed. A woman I talk to later told me she will never go back there even though she had bought a mower from them.

I brought my lawn mower in to get worked on and they were honest enough to tell me that it would be too much to fixed. So when I asked about financing a new one and how much would one be ? Well I brought one . Not bad on price

My mower has been with him since end of May. I brought it in or a popped belt and still haven't heard from him yet. Its 9/22/21. I've called numerous times no answer. I stopped by no ones never there

The team was very friendly & resourceful on each piece of equipment I asked about without hesitation, this is something I look for when shopping for equipment. The service department does quality service. I highly recommend shopping at the Power Shop.
