Caused $15,000 worth of damage to my GMC 3500. They blew the heads on my fleet truck while doing a coolant exchange. They repeatedly told me to rev my truck up to 3000rpms with no coolant in it. Said it was standard procedure. They put ambient temped coolant and a hot motor. I left the shop and the truck immediately started burning coolant out of the exhaust. It has been 30 days and corporate has not returned my phone calls. On top of that, I was told by the store manager that my damage claim was denied because they followed procedure . They need to review GM s guidelines for exchanging coolant because they are doing it incorrectly and ruining peoples motors.

These guys are awesome! They take the time to thoroughly look over your vehicle making sure everything is in in good working condition. I addressed a oil concern this go round and the guy thoroughly looked under the engine for a leak and then upgraded my oil to a high performance type that has less burn off. I highly recommend this place

The service was awesome! The guys were extremely nice! I watched the entire process from inside my car. While I did drive right in and was guided into the bay immediately, the process did take about 15 minutes to do the oil change. I m still unclear as to why the $89 package plus a $25 coupon totaled $103. According to my math it should ve been $64. Due to how expensive it was I won t be going back. I ve never on any of my vehicles paid that much. Sorry but it s just too expensive!

They always ask if I want a drink while waiting and service is fast. They check the tire pressure and add air if needed. Very quick and quality service.

Had very little wait time. The service tech was really nice! I was offered water and he asked (each time) before opening the door or leaning in. It s always a pleasant experience!

Yesterday's oil change was super fast. I arrived around lunch time and drove right into the garage to start the work. No wait time, so that's my new time to go. Service was excellent.

The guys was so nice and they're always very nice when I pulled up came ask about my oil change then they offered me and my daughterfor some water then the pulled in and got me out quickly those guys ,thanks take 5 oil change

Oil change was super quick, I didn't even have to get out of my car. Pricing wasn't bad considering the convenience. I'm moving from out of town, but will likely have this place take care of my oil changes from now on.

They put the wrong oil in my car the first time is what I was told. That is why they took it out after putting the new oil in and put in another oil. The price is outrageous. Plus it was more than just 5 minutes and we were asked if we wanted water when we arrived and he forgot to give it to us until we were about to pull off.

The service was great but the price was a rip off.If I had known that I wouldn't have gone there.I was charged $ 260 dollars for oil change and air filter on a truck.I definitely think I paid at least $100 or more for what I got.I'm not looking forward to go there again.Ps. Ask the price for you service first

Awesome service,very polite and informative.they let me know my filter was really dirty and my tires were low,I m thankful they did because I was going on a long trip,highly recommend

Today I went to take 5, and just as I suspected it to be the service was great and the workers were great, from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out to leave. Shout out to Sean for going the extra mile to make sure everything with my car was okay and ready to go! 10/10 thank you !

The attendants that waited on me where 2 of the kindest gentlemen. They made sure my car was up to speed and checked everything. Amazing service and super friendly.

Good service but they don't give the tips to the workers. I find that wrong. If I was an employee I would quit. If you tip these guys then use cash. Management should be ashamed for that.

The staff was courteous and friendly, but the price was astronomical. I ve been told in the past they do a military/veteran discount of 50%, but that was not even close to true. I typically change my oil myself for $35(ish), so I expected maybe it would cost $60(ish) there. Once it was done, they charged me $110.I ll never go back there. That s highway robbery

This place is highway robbery, $175 for just an oil change?!?!!!!! That is ridiculous I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Only bring your car or truck here if you want to spend an unnecessary amount on an oil change

I was very pleased with the overall service. When I pulled up, I pulled into a parking spot because I was not sure of the protocol or where to go. . Mr. John came to check on me and to make sure I was okay. He gave me a cold water and then told me the protocol. He told me where to drive my car and what to expect. As I proceeded to get my oil change, Mr. Sean was very attentive. He answered all questions that I had. He suggested products such as as oil treatments, windshield treatments, etc. He was very patient with my questions. Mr. Sean was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. My first experience at Take 5 was amazing and exceeded my expectations.This will not be my go to for my vehicle service.
