Had an appointment Wed. April 11, 2023 for my washing machine. Took off work and waited all day. Around 4 pm I called and was told they are still in the area and message sent to dispatch. Come 7pm, I kinda guessed they weren't coming. Called again and was told that they would call me tomorrow to reschedule. Received no phone call, text or email. What makes me mad is that Sears didn't even have the courtesy to call me to keep me informed me of the change or to reschedule. Sears has lost my trust and I'll be calling another company! I wanted to give a "0" star review because of incompetence

Technician signed all documents related to the appointment that never happened. I requested a different technician, and I would have been sent the same tech. I asked for a new set of eyes from a different tech other than Thomas. Sears failed to help again! Requesting a call from Sears to my cell phone which is in my records.

Very considerate, knowledgeable, and professional
