the worst customer service the old mens who works there have a bad attitude and if something doesn't work for your car, you give it up as lost, since they won't let you return it

Good parts only l want what l ask for rather than what the person at the cash register says l need. Been a mechanic longer than most been selling parts.

The guy to the right needs some training in customer service or a vacation. He always had a bad attitude everytime I'm there. If it involves him going out of his way to try and help he gets irritated. He wouldn't attempt too try too look it up to see if a cap he had there would possibly fit. He kept repeating himself saying i dont have any enough information, after i gave the truck info and told him the truck is outside we can try what he has. But nope instead he's gonna argue with me about not having enough info. Get your lazy butt out the chair and walk outside. Everything you need is in the parking lot.

Ive been a customer for 15 years, but no more. I got cursed lower than a dog yesterday fri. 17 , i got told to get the "F" out of the store. Then when i proceeded to leave i got told to"f" in never come back. This was totally uncalled for, because of a battery cable that was made wrong, and it was the managers fault. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with that god awful man.i dont think he deserves his job,he is a horrible person

Nice people, good service, very expensive, but they take their time to solve your auto problem, you may have to wait for your turn if many cars ahead of you, mine took a couple of days.....at last they couldnt solve my problem because they didn t have the program to get in the automobile computer :( they still charged a lot for another computer diagnostic.

Somewhat of a Houma institution on Grand Caillou Rd. These guys are the BEST. They make you feel like you are a welcome neighbor.
