Thoroughly recommend this company!!! They went above and beyond my expectations and I will tell everyone how awesome they were! We needed our shower glass installed as soon as possible due to my husband having major surgery, and they worked with me to get the style of glass I wanted at a very reasonable price !

I have used Glass Doctor since 2017 for my rentals. They do a great job. I do think prices could be a little lower but the service is excellent. Easy to call in and quick turn around time.2021 update, great company, great people. Have been using them for years now and they always come through. Having to deal with several windows from flying debris. I picked Dr Windows and Ms Heidi responded very quickly. The two gentlemen came very quickly, took measurements and advised I would get an estimate. My phone rang and Ms Heidi was camllinng on my estimate . I sent it to my insurance adjuster and ever heard back..The order was faster than I expected, they changed out 3 panes perfectly,I paid the bill, and thanked them.The way I was treated was 10 plus!From initial call to the finished job was the best,Thank youM GoldmanHouma, La

Glass Doctor helped me with 4 broken impact windows from Hurricane Ida. They made the entire process very easy. The team was very professional and the on-site work was neat and clean. Highly recommend.

The Glass doctor installed a shower door in my master bathroom. It is stunning, and was done in a timely fashion and under budget. They are very professional, friendly and reliable. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Had a window replaced due to rock from a lawn mower. They pulled the measurements and informed me that the window would have to be built. They can't have every window made in stock after all but never the less they got it in as soon as they could. The Tech that was assigned to my install was quick and professional. I have tried to contact both Heidi and Ray, no response on why our door has a 1-1/2" gap at top of door, meets wall at bottom then tapers out. Not very appealing, our guests asks why it does this, so I would like an answer. !I was very satisfied with Ray and Heidi's professional work ethic, came when they said they would, their distributor on the other should take lessons, do it right the first time. Shower door was installed as best as they could, finally got the correct hinges. waiting to see what it loos like.Thanks guysI will recommend to family and friends.Already did actuallyLawrence Guidry
