Had an issue with a recall on our car. Lisa (service desk receptionist) was extremely helpful in listening to our concern and very quick to help resolve the outstanding issue.

I came for a replacement battery, sadly the place that had put it in used a stripped screw and nut. Amanda made sure we got what we needed throughout our whole time here and Brock was able to get it replaced for us. Recall service. Expected to take the whole day, they called about 2 hours later and said it was done.
