I had my driver side window motor and track replaced with a new one, as mine was malfunctioning and didn't hold up the window anymore. I also had my rear driver side window replaced as the window was shattered (I know for a fact the motor and track was working perfectly because it was shattered only the month before bringing it in. I even tested the windows by rolling them all down before I left the parking lot and all worked perfectly fine. But a day later, my rear driver side window no longer goes down, and the driver side window rolls down crooked, gets stuck halfway, and has to be pushed on to get it to roll completely up. At first I was really happy with their work and speed. Until I realized that their work was sloppy and left me with malfunctioning windows.

Took my vehicle in to get my passenger side window replaced. Everything went fine until I went to use the passenger door and it would not open. I immediately called and they said there is no way that it is our fault and stated We don t take the door apart. I asked to speak to someone in charge, and still never spoke with them. I took the truck back to them and their way of trying to fix it is gluing a piece of plastic back together ( it Broke after two times of being used) I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. And immediately Tried to tell me that it was my fault.

I read the other reviews after I posted mine. The communication with this company has always been excellent for me. I ask questions about things if I don t understand, and always get a courteous response. It seems that others may have similar problems to mine. I never like to spend money on broken glass. Seems such a waste. But I carry a larger deductible to save money on insurance premiums. So when I go in I know I will have to pay and yet that is my choice. Sometimes we give a bad review because we are already in a bad mood from needing to stop what we are doing. And by the way, one person remarked about friends giving all the good reviews-I don t know any people connected with Express Glass- I just got good service, and I am happy to say so.I received prompt, courteous service from Express glass. Their quality of their work is excellent. Their waiting area is clean and spacious. I highly recommend this company for your glass services.Service: Auto side window replacement

PRO all the way. Best repair shop to deal with hands down. Really nice people. Made submitting insurance VERY easy and always do a top notch job. I have needed them 5 times in the last 10 or so years and the service and value have consistently bee the same. Top notch service. I scheduled my appt and was not kept waiting. The owners dealt with my insurance carrier and made the claim very easy to enter. I was back on the road in 25 minutes from arrival. I loved this so much! The man came to my work at exactly the time he specified and I walked to the car unlocked it, spoke to him for just a moment (very very nice man!) and then came back to my office. I had my windshield replaced. I thought it might be a longer time to replace but thee windshield was in stock and the job was completed in a short while No glass fragments. It was a very professional job. Made an appointment yesterday for 8am this morning. Got there on time and after waiting for an hour and a half, they still could not tell me when they would start on my car. With a motto of, "Demand the Best, Demand Express," you'd think making an appointment for 8am the next morning would mean a little more.

The service tech did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why he needed to do the process a certain way. He got to the house on time and finished the windshield installation in a timely manner. He made sure everything was cleaned up.

Got my windshield changed and it leaked the day after guy says its my problem and i had a new 2 year inspection sticker he messed up and refused to replace!!! I have been a long-standing customer of Express Glass at their West Houma location. Owner Jonathan Russo and his dedicated staff have always provided exceptional customer service and make certain you leave from there 100% satisfied! They take the time to both show you the problem and explain the service and/or repair process in language that any novice (like me!) can understand! You owe it to yourself to check Express Glass out first because that will be your FIRST AND ONLY STOP!

These people did not know how to take the windshield off my Lexus. They failed to tell me that. They caused me $2716.05 in damages and refused to make it good. That does not include the $300 for the windshield that was already scratched when they put it on my car. Please take my advise and go elsewhere.

The customer service at express glass was above and beyond what I expected. The front desk woman was very nice and I only had to wait 45 minutes for my new windshield and the price was the cheapest in town will be returning for any future auto needs I may have.

The guys at express glass were a pleasure to work with. They changed out my cracked windshield in my 01 Audi TT Quattro lickety split!Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm taking my van to them for it's replacement also.

Bought my freightliner in to get both windshields replaced 1st problem is I've had this truck almost 2 years and NEVER had a problem with my wipers rubbing/ out of adjustment until I picked my truck went on a load to Chicago it rained from Jackson Ms all the way to Missouri ,the wipers on the passenger side was rubbing so bad that it came off near Jackson and due to the pouring rain I couldn't turn them off and safely operate my rig,finally I got to a truck stop got new wiper blades notice it cracked my windshield I just bought, 2nd problem is my driver's side windshield leaked the whole trip it rained. Anyway I made it back home returned my truck to them and they had the audacity to blame the issue on me like idk what I'm talking about with the issue with my wipers, they called themselves putting more sealant on the inside of my truck and I'm thinking to myself that's not going to fix the leak it'll only make the leak run to another place and that's exactly what happened with the rain we got Thursday 2-20-20 the leak is still there but it moved over towards the middle part of the windshield, so 1My wipers are still out of adjustment, 2 still leaking and 3 new window passenger side cracked and basically it's on me even though I NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH MY WIPERS EVER until my windshield were replaced by them,no help no explanation just left me sitting outside and the only thing they did was so called adjust my wiper that are worse than they were and did an inside reseal instead of an outside reseal to stop the leaf before it gets in. I don't want anything from you I just won't reccomend anyone or spend my money with you anymore .
