Great customer service. Erin is amazing. Staff is always friendly. They got the discontinued tires I desired, even though it took a lot of hunting. I am so pleased. Just wanted same tires I previously had on bike, which they recommended the first time. Thrilled to have same again

This was the best experience at a dealership I ever had. My salesman, Manny, brought me coffee while I waited, helped me strap my bike down on the trailer, answered all my questions and never rushed anything. The finance guy, the mechanic, the parts guy were all so nice and we joked and laughed. It felt like I was at my own shop where I work killing time with my crew while the bike was prepped. Manny brought me coffee while I waited. He even gave me a free can of stuff to polish my bike. The whole process was super quick. Manny had worked with me on a previous deal and price matched another dealer but I ended up buying elsewhere. I bought an MT-09 with Cycle World this time and I am so glad I did. I will be buying more bikes at Cycle World for sure!.

I had gone in to have an electrical socket, cigar plug , put on to charge my phone while I rode. Erin and Jordy were absolutely a joy to work with, I couldn t be happier!!

If you are looking for a bike, go see Manny! He was very helpful and informative about the buying process and always made sure I was content. One of the most honest and reliable salesmen I ve ever worked with. 10/10 recommend!

Drive from Houston to purchase a Honda motorcycle. Their professionalism is phenomenal and I d definitely do business here again. I forgot the mans name that loaded my bike, but he was AWESOME

The worse place to buy your bike or get serviced from. Their retail and service prices are outrageous. Shop around first believe me. So when I didn t agree on service repair prices they brought my 4X4 out with fork lift and placed on ground didn t even help put it on my trailer. Still paid for diagnostics to get bike back

My husband drove 2 hrs to pick up a 4 wheeler , he talked to the guy the day before saying we are bringing cash he agreed so we drove 2 hrs to be told it was sold because someone else put a deposit down on a cc which we were told that they could not take cc payments that s why we had cash. So instead of letting us know he sold it

Terrible service department. Bought the 4 wheeler in December of 2021. Not shortly after riding the bike the fan fuse blew. Changed it out about 3 times. Scheduled appointment at cycle world and appointment was about a month after I called. They said it had pinched wires. They also said the speaker that was installed at a can am dealer was pinched also. So the cost for wire was over 100.00. No problem I paid it. Rode the bike for about two weeks and just wouldn't start. Scheduled appointment a month later it goes to the shop. The motor is messed up. They changed the motor it cost 50.00 because now it out of warranty. Went to go get it now the winch, speaker, and lights are not working. Was told sorry you need to bring it to the other can am dealer that installed it. After looking into it when I got home, nothing was hooked back up and you have to use the kill switch to turn the 4 wheeler off. Never had to do that before. When looking at the speaker wire it was never pinched because there is no splice in the line.

We brought in our older model Honda 4 wheeler for repairs. It took them about a week to look at it and give us an estimate. The estimate to repair was around $900 we said ok. After about 2 ir more weeks, they say its ready to be picked up. We end up paying about $1200 for the repairs. We run it for maybe 1 & 1/2 days, the ATV starts doing the exact same things we supposedly had repaired. We call and complain, they say to bring it back. After about another week, they call and tell us its going to take about $600 more to make the repairs. We say no thanks & pick up the 4 wheeler and its sitting after we shelled out $1200. They did not fix our problem or offer money back for making wrong repairs. So they couldn't fix our problem the 1st time and expect us to pay a total of $1800 for repairs that were supposed to cost $900. Take your business elsewhere unless you like to waste your money, especially in these hard times!!!

This was my first time buying a motorcycle online. I was very apprehensive. The Manager James Henry responded to my apprehension with an understanding patience, respect, and a thorough knowledge of his product. Always showing professional care and concern. The pre- owned Harley was more than I'd hoped for and the price was unmatched. The transaction was smooth as could be. If your in the market, don't hesitate to contact them. Best deal on a bike I've ever got!

was going to purchase a 2020 R6 in lafayette but did some digging and called here.. i haven't even completed the sale or picked the bike up and they've already proven themselves to be a good dealer. $2k cheaper than in laf and they actually sound enthusiastic to interact with customers. Torey is a great guy to work with. can't wait to grab the R6 this weekend

I have had many experiences with them over the last twenty-six years. Not all were perfect but on the whole they do an excellent job of taking care of customers. The sales manager, James Henry, is always a pleasure to deal with. Trent in sales is a pro.

Worst service ever! Waited for more than four hours to have some tires mounted only to discover the technician was unable to put on my last tire!! Sent to another location in Houma for a more qualified tire expert. Only to discover they are at lunch and I'm STILL WAITING!! MY ADVICE IS TO SEEK QUALITY SERVICE ELSEWHERE!

Great place to buy,we bought a fourwheeler and we are happy with our experience, the only thing I didn't like was the color of the fourwheeler was wrong in the picture online.

Great prices, staff is friendly, good stock of bikes. Make sure to ask for Frank in parts, hes very knowledgeable, friendly, and just a great guy to visit with. Worth a drive for the price, service, & atmosphere!

Beautiful selection of Honda's, Kawasaki's and even Bad Boy mowers. Good place to find parts and service for Bad Boy mowers in Houma. Guys at parts and service are professional and helpful.
