This is my second Mazda I have purchased from Barker Mazda. I love the personalized service I receive every time I am there. Troy my salesman is easy to work with and very accommodating. Financing was a breeze. Everyone there just makes the whole experience very comfortable. Not to mention Mazda is an excellent vehicle. Great people and great vehicles at Barker Mazda. Why go anywhere else.

I just purchased my third Mazda from Barker Mazda. The entire staff made my buying experience quick and stress free. Kris and Troy made sure that we found the right car with all the right features. Their product knowledge and professional attention to detail made it easy to buy with confidence. James made sure that I had the best options in place when deciding on extended warranty and financing options. The guys at Barker Mazda make getting a new vehicle a great experience even if it's under the worst circumstances. Aftering getting in an accident and having my vehicle totaled, going to Barker Mazda made everything smooth and easy amongst the mess that comes with a wreck. Troy was very knowledgeable and helpful with showing me the vehicle and all its bells and whistles. Kris makes you feel like family every time you go there and listens to exactly what you are wanting and needing. James makes the buying process simple and makes sure you are aware of every option you have for financing and coverage on your vehicle. I love Mazdas because of their sleek look and safety and you can tell these guys do as well. They wouldn't sell you something they didn't believe was the best for you. There service is great. I had a great experience with their service. I would recommend them to anyone. My truck came back cleaner than when I brought it in. Ms. Shirley was great at handling my service needs. She took time to listen and write down what was my problems. Great job. I was out of my vehicle for a week which is pretty good in these times.

The team at Barker Mazda has treated me like family since my first Mazda purchase. Four Mazdas later, I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Kris Morales and his sales team are knowledgeable about the Mazda line and what separates the brand from others in its class. Purchasing a car from these guys is always a pleasure never stressful. While I have never needed to bring in a car for repairs, my experience with the service department for routine oil changes has been exceptional. Barker Mazda is that local dealership that appreciates your business and goes out of their way to take care of you. Consider me a customer for life!

Troy was very professional and did a thorough walk around the car with my daughter. He helped her set up all the mobile features and went through the assortment of little perks available through the app. The sales process was very easy and 2 hours from start to finish.

The reason I am writing this is the complimentary checklist that is done. First off, when my vehicle was ready for pickup I had to click a link and watch a video of the technician showing check complete etc. the video was 5 seconds long but ok. When I got in my vehicle to drive off I noticed an issue with my brakes so I checked my fluid and there was not any in the reservoir. My complaint is that the checklist had this as passing and not needing anything. I started going through everything else on the checklist and it was obvious that the tech I Did Not check anything but instead simply went down the list marking everything as complete and passed. I know this because my wipers were also marked as being good ..I know this because my passenger wiper was broken when I brought it there. I would much rather not get a report at all than get one I can t rely on. On another note, I brought my truck there a few years ago and someone broke the handle on my dip stick and never said anything.

The only reason this didn't get 1 star is because the sales team was knowledgable and friendly. Unfortunately they bate and switched us when we were ready to make a deal. Told us he'd be able to give us a "used" (loaner with 2500miles) 2020 CX-5 for around 24k and then we went to make a deal he changed it to 27.5k.We ended up getting a Brand New 2020 CX-5 from the Mazda in New Orleans for literally the same price AFTER taxes and fees.

Purchased a car paid cash last year, had a new sales rep didn't know anything about the car I purchased! Got a call recently from the new sales rep that took the guys place saying she could help with anything I needed. I asked her to get back withe me on an issue...still waiting! My car is there now getting work done so I ask if they can ya know wash it, well the lady in service said they don't have anyone that does that. Do WHAT!? I mean paid cash for the car! You are still getting my money with me in your service dept & you can't wash it? Very disappointing!

I drove all the way from Houston to purchase a car, this company treated me like they've been knowing me all my life, I've never been treated so well by a company in my life, Clayton Voisin and that staff stayed open an extra 3 hours to help me, they are forever in my grace
