Mark is the BEST! He was a gentleman and did not talk round and down, like others. He was upfront, knew the features and extras that I wanted. I have had the worst service ever with the service department. Several times they have not asked if I wanted my tires rotated as they standby that they do every time. I bought the tire protection plan and have been told I can use for one thing and then another service associate said I could not. I feel most are complacent and need to be train to have better customer service. Do Better Honda

This was our second honda lease, and as it was with the first was simply awesome. Our salesperson was Lee Gregoire, and like the first dealing with him, 3 years ago, he was truly sincere and helpful during the whole process. Their should be a "Lee" in every dealership. Barker Honda and Lee gets a 10 out of 10 from my wife and I.

After getting an appointment 4 months down the road for 1 of 2 recalls on my van, I tried Barker Honda and got an appointment within 10 days for both recalls. On top of that, the work was done much quicker than expected.

My very best friend died after buying car from them Her Son had a problem with another fried she takes car ( steals) back to Dealership that once sell has nothing to do do with it But Nick finance Manager believes it's ok to punish these young men as they're suppose to be Mourning their Mother Whom loved them Dearly this same women in 5 day packed her stuff dropped it at thrift Crazy Nut Not a BF Mourning and Consoling Children Be very careful who you deal with not sure theyre They are Where This Christian would Buy after all I've witnessed no Professional Businesses would be involved and Would have much compassion at this point they are holding stolen vehicle been through Artic Blast Rain Storms in the weather etc have called State Rep Congressman Attorney Generals Ofc and Attorney! Anyhow someone with good Credit should never put 4k down on a New Car BEWARE

We waited four hours over the course of two days and we still did not leave with a car. The first day everything was approved, but we made an appointment to come back the following day to sign. When we got back nothing was done as was promised, and began waiting again. One of the women that works here was very snippy when we said we were leaving for lunch. She made a statement saying you can see how busy we are . There was only one other person there and considering we had an appointment we should have been prioritized. We ended up going to the Nissan dealership down the street and got a better deal and better customer service.

Mark, Chance, and Jason made my buying experience a breeze. He was very thorough and made sure that I understood everything to the T! He was also very patient while I went back and fourth trying to decide on which color I wanted. I am beyond obsessed with my car and I would highly recommend Barker Honda to anyone.

The absolute worst experience on God's green earth! Craig Nicholas (Nick) is the worst finance director to ever exist!!! He did nothing to make it a pleasant experience for us. He consistently LIED about everything. He wants to choose who finances your vehicle. I ended up getting my own finance company (Chase) and he refused to give me the purchase agreement to bring to the bank so I can cash the vehicle out. He wouldn't give me anything showing prices, stating that he wasn't in front of his computer. I ended up leaving and going to Ascension Honda. We were literally in and out. They accepted the finance company (Chase Bank) that Craig Nicholas (Nick) would not allow me to use. Do NOT use this guy. You will definitely regret the high interest rate that he offers you. Imagine being presented a 793.84 car note for 72 months on a 2020 USED Honda Accord and you leave Barker Honda and go to Ascension Honda and make the same deposit and leave with a 2023 Honda Accord BRAND NEW with a car note of 529 for 60 months, without a cosigner might I add.I would strongly suggest not dealing with this guy at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Purchase a Honda Accord this week (July 27th) with Mr. Bryan Pledger-- What a STRESS FREE, FUN EXPERIENCE!! I always dreaded purchasing a vehicle, Mr. Bryan ALWAYS assured me everything would be fine. He was never pushy.. He made sure the vehicle, I signed on.. Is what my heart wanted!! Mr. Bryan would continue to tell me "Whatever YOU WANT.. Is what you get!!" BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Nicholas as well--Financial Signing was SO EASY!! Mr. Craig, explained EVERYTHING TO ME, and went over ALL ASPECTS of my deal with a FINE TOOTH COMB.. to make sure I had no questions or concerns about anything.. SO EASY!!!The next morning--after purchase, Mr. Bryan came to my Office, to pick up my vehicle and had it ran through Service, and the vehicle detailed. STRESS FREE!! Mostly did my negotiations online. Super easy process. James at finance was very helpful and transparent. Only drawback will be my dealer added accessories were in back order but included in the invoice which were non-negotiable.

I have to give great props to the team at Barker Honda. After putting bad gas in my car, I had to have it towed to their service center but was unable to be in attendance due to the distance from my home. The staff took care of everything and kept me updated with the progress on my car and what needed to be done. They were so kind and willing to help even when I was frustrated with my own situation. They had my car fixed same day... I was worried I wouldn't get it back until after Christmas! This is my first time needing to use a dealership for work on this care, but I will definitely use them for any needs in the future.

I wish the sales was separate from the service. The sales is 5 stars! The buying process was amazing and easy. We loved our salesman, Mark. He listened to our wants, our budget. He didn t pressure us. It was all great.HOWEVER, the service department needs work. I d say 2 or 3 stars for this. You can NEVER speak to any one in the department when you call. I left several messages and NEVER get called back. For three issues I had to physically go in to get serviced and make an appointment. Also, I went in with a flat tire (I saw a nail stuck in my tire). My low tire pressure light came on. I had to pull over twice to add air. They tell me my tires (all 4) were low due to the recent cold weather we had. I said I didn t think so I said I saw the nail sticking out my tire. I explained how I checked it. Pulled at it a bit to be sure it was in there. But they said no and sent me on my way. Well what do you know four days later my tire is FLAT. I called. No answer the first time. Called again. WOW I got a hold of some one. Well I explained my tire (same one I had issues with) is triggering my warning light and is flat. I go in. Wow. Miraculously there is a nail in my tire and they replaced it. I feel like they just wasted my time and didn t take me seriously the first time.
