Oil change come with complementary car wash. Senior discount. Friendly staff from check in to waiting room to completion. A nice break from work in middle of day. Their self drive through down the street is a steal for $6. But this Auto Spa is a special treat if you don t feel like vacuuming yourself. Comes out wonderful.

My wife and I have actually been coming here for over three years now. They keep up with our oil changes and car washes. I've had my truck detailed a couple of times inside and out. If you want something done right it will take time. We always just drop the vehicle off and we go eat somewhere or do something and come back later. I've got nothing but good things to say. Job well done for over three years now with no complaints. I go no place else. They keeps records of everything they do to your vehicle. I like that as well. Very well run place.

ZERO STARS !! I went here TWICE for an Oil Change, paid $58. They didn't change my oil filter neither time. And kept the cap for the windshield wipers! So annoying. Had my car running BAD!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I should have known better. My wife had issues with the workers being too rough with her vehicle. They permanently damaged the knob on her radio. I went to get my car detailed, and now I have a chip in my windshield. In addition, my power seat is now broken, and can't be returned to its original position. The manager says they claim no responsibility for the damages. If this place offers to detail your car for free, that would still make it too expensive. I'm not impressed.

They are slow everytime I come here, after a few visits I noticed why. The employees will thoroughly clean everything, but then one girl will go back and touch EVERYTHING again. I understand if your catching something missed but my vehicle was spotless on the inside already and the amount of time I have watched this girl spend on justifying her position is ridiculously stupid. Windows spotless? No problem let me re-clean them again! Recipe for failure. They must go through some chemicals!

I've been twice and each time my truck is not completely clean. I'm reasonable and I know it won't be perfect. But today when I went through my truck was still quite dirty. I asked one of the workers if I could go back through since my truck was not clean and I kept my receipt. The worker said no and kind of just blew me off. I'll make sure I never return because of that. Thanks for a waste of money!

I began visiting the Auto Spa on MLK a couple years ago. From "visit #1", the staff has been most courteous and helpful (a "step up" from what I'd been putting-up with up in Lafayette, for 20 years). Waiting area is always clean, comfortable and friendly {including chat with other patrons}. They shall continue to see my business for the foreseeable future...

Was told my oil change would be no more than 15 to 20 minutes (with only 1 car on the rack). It was an hour before they finished, then waited another 25 minutes for car wash.

Great friendly service, always offer to wash my car for free after i get my oil changed. Quick too, in and out in just a few minutes.

Always washes well but this time the tire shine solution splashed on the doors of vehicle. Wiped off easily with cloth.

Nice people , nice service, non intrusive, no overselling.Four stars because they forgot to reset my oil life to zero and I had to come back to check.

Brought my mother's Chevy S10, charged extra $1 (Silver service) because it's a truck. When finished, bed was full of soapy water, cobwebs still on passenger side mirror. Not impressed.

I went to your location today at 10 am was very disappointed in your manager heather.... I went threw ya ll drive threw and got my car wash like I do every other week or so well my antenna on top of my car came off....well first of all I heard something hit the top of my car ...so I pulled out and saw my antenna part missing so I right of way went inside to get a gentle men to help me so he did went get my piece that was in the car wash and he told me I had to go down the road to talk to the mgt to fixed it ...so he wrote a note for her to take care of me Well she didnt she was rude and told me my part was recall....I SAID REALLY WELL IT MY PART WAS UNDER RECALL I WOULD KNOW ABOUT IT I HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!! THEN I TRY TO CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE HIGH THEN HER GOT THE ROUN AROUNDS I WILL NEVER GOT BACK TO THIS CAR WASH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
