Called twice within three weeks trying to get my estimate. They finally called me and told me what they did and how much it cost. Didn't give me much choice in the matter. Went in that Saturday morning and paid, said that it would be delivered that afternoon. Didn't see it until I got home from work Monday. The rear tire was flat, and the battery cover was missing. They put a rope on to hold the battery in place. What did they do with my cover? NO problem, I'll find one online and never go back. Really pitiful!

Can you place a negative star rating here? New to the area, needed a riding mower quick and purchased a craftsman used. They said the motor had been rebuilt and it a tune up and was ready to go. They even put a fuel valve on it. Spent $475 on a used mower, and $45 to deliver! They said 30 days on the motor only. Got it here, went to fill up over the 1/2 way mark and it leaked. No big deal, right? Just don't fill it over the halfway mark. 35 days, and the blades won't engage. Called them, they promised to call back. End of day, I called again, and they said it would be $20 to pick it up. WHAT? I've used the thing three times? Asked the guy if we could have it back by the next weekend and he said no problem. A week later, I call, and they haven't even touched it. Ask for a call back the next day, and had to call again at the end of the day. They want to charge me $96+ for a belt and labor. This place is a major ripoff and the customer services is a joke!

I've used Gann's for more than 20 years. Very satisfied with work and turnaround time.I used to deal with Mr Gann, Percy's dad.However, after Mr. Gann passed away Percy took over the shop. He does a good job.

I think this is a fair and reasonable place the owner is a honest man .I definitely recommend gann's atv shop

Waited a year for a lawn mower part after leaving a deposit, never got a call when it was ready. They never pulled the part and when I asked them about it they want me to bring the receipt in person even though they have a copy. I don't live close by and they won't let me send a picture of the receipt in. Waste of time.

My husband loves how they have most everything he needs or can get it for him. Mr. Gann also will help with telling you anything you need to know about your own equipment.

Good . Both mechanics are very good. They worked on our push mower and pressure washer. Both work very well. The charge was fair.

Major Ripoff!! Brought my ATV to get repaired. They never touched it in 4 months. Stole half my parts!

Sent them a mower to fix, It was fixed, but all the oil leaked out quickly

I have no opinion of this place one way or the other. If I ever need a riding mower, I'll keep them in mind.
