I went by SecurCare Self Storage today and found Sissy to he extremely helpful and accommodating. She took me around the property and showed me the available unit. I found it to be clean and the price was reasonable, so I decided to rent. Haven't moved anything in yet, but I feel this will be a good experience.

I was in a rush to get a storage unit and i was able to call and get a unit the same day no problem! When I got to the place, the manager was able to help me figure out the gate code process (since i had never done this before) and i was so happy! and for the price im paying?! And the manager on duty actually told me she does make sure that units stay cleaned and maintained. Thats a plus to me

I have two storage units with them. I stopped by a few months ago and saw they put a lock on it. I went in and asked why and she said idk, y all have payed, Ill go take it off right now. I just tried to get in and she never took it off! I just drove an hour here to get something and it was still on. It was during office hours but no one was there. No one is ever there. I can t ever get anyone on the phone.

I wouldn't recommend this storage to anyone. I rented a storage unit for 2ys. They raise prices without notice. Don't prorate rent. I got my stuff out 2 weeks early and still had to pay the full price for a month. A rip off. If I have to rent a storage again, it won't be secure care for sure.The lady is never on site.

Sissy was very polite & informative with what I needed. She was always there to provide for me. Clean environment! I couldn t ask for a better place to store my things.

Very nice place! Sissy was so kind and helpful. We were in an accident in front of the business, and after making sure we were okay, she stayed over an hour after they were supposed to close so that me and my toddler could sit in the cool air. Everything was clean, and nice. I can t say enough good things! Just, thank you so much.

Sissy the representative that was in the office when I showed up for the first time needing help with a pass code to access my unit inside was very pleasant and eager to help. She immediately reached out to another person on her personal cell since her internet and phone in the office was out to get help to assist me so I was able to access my unit at my convenience and move in immediately! Great service and location! Highly recommend. Great price too!!!

I have had some of my storage units for over 20 years. The Lady, I assume was Sissy, was willing to work with me on fixing my invoice errors and getting a better deal for my 3 units.

Called and spoke with the Manager Sissy. She was wonderful and answered all of my questions. When I arrived to view the unit it was exactly what we were looking for and clean. Highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service and competitive pricing.

I have utilized storage units in several cities, and this one is by far the cleanest and (seemingly) most secure. Sissy has been very helpful and friendly every time I have been in.

The customer service here is outstanding! I called for information on a unit, and all of my questions were answered immediately. The unit was so clean upon arrival and the manger made the whole experience so easy for me and my family!

Warning! Do not use this place! We moved to Louisiana almost two weeks ago and rented and paid for a storage unit online immediately. We went down to the facility here in Haughton to use the unit that we rented, but no one is ever there and they do not answer the phone number they provided on the door. After being unable to utilize the unit we paid for (for two weeks) we want a refund. Unfortunately, no one ever answers the number they provided and no one is ever at the facility. We called the corporate office and they gave us the run around and refused to help, and refused to give us phone numbers of anyone that can remedy this. I m starting to think this place my be a trap/scam.

I ve spoken to the manger on two different occasions and she was very polite both times. The facility is also very clean. I would recommend!

I have been trying to contact them or months now, butno one is at the location or returning my call. My antique vehicle is parked in a space. WhenI rented itI had a unit already that I used the access code on so I didnt record the one for that space. In May I moved my storage unit things out. They now dont have that code in forme to access the units or spaces. No-one will get back to me on this matter. I am very dissatisfied with them! As of 11-01-2022 the problem was taken care shortly after the original review. Thank you.

I utilized a storage unit at this facility and couldn't have been more happy. Ryan was great and helped me to pick out a unit that suited my needs. Something as simple as storage is not always thought of as a big deal but it is important to find a good one during a move that will not add any stress! Highly recommend!

I would not give this facility any stars at all, especially due to the fact it does not live up to the name Securcare. I rented a climate controlled 5x5 in a building outside the gated area. I was not informed that the lock to get into the building was broken. The manager stood beside me and let me key in a code to a door that would not lock and did not say a word about the broken door. She knew it was broken because they had already scheduled a repairman.When I called to report that the door was not locking, I was told that the repairman was coming the next day. This did not happen. Finally, I removed my stuff from the unit and the door still would not lock. I was denied a refund.

Crystal called me back the same day and set me up with the perfect parking spot. She had a professional and upbeat inspiring demeanor telling me about what all SecurCare had to offer me. I got a good deal and appreciate her effort.

Very nice place. Breanna is very helpful and professional. She is an asset to this company. If anyone is looking for reasonable prices and friendly service, this is the place to come to. I feel very comfortable having my belongings here. I will continue to be here because of Breanna and her wonderful attitude!

Ryan was very helpful and I finally got my unit rented but NOT the one that I reserved. Reserving a unit means NOTHING! Even if you reserve it, they will rent it out minutes before you get there.

I can't think of a better place to store my property! Crystal is not only friendly & professional, she is very knowledgeable, efficient, & accommodating. I am so pleased with the service, that I'll refer anyone that is in need of storage.

I just left this facility and I ve never had another person be so rude to me. It is currently 9:33am and I wanted to drop off a flyer. They open at 10am. There where cars out front so I looked in the window to see if someone was upfront. There was a lady at the computer so I knocked. She completely ignored me. So I knocked louder because I assumed that she couldn t hear me because of the double enterance. She still appeared to not hear me.. so I hollared maam trying to get her attention. She then flew out of her chair and stormed over to the door. She scolded me and pointed to their hours on the door and said WE OPEN AT 10! I then tried to explain that I thought that she couldn t hear me so that s why I tried several times to get her attention and that I just wanted to leave a flyer. She then snatched the flyer from me and slammed the door shut and locked it.I HAVE NEVER been treated so poorly by a worker before and this place will NEVER get my business because of this.

Very quiet noone ever bothers me. Very clean, HOWEVER , My husband and friend went in gate at 950 , when they say they close at 10 THEY MEAN IT!! The gate locked, NO ONE would answer the phone, Thank God my husband worked on gates before is the only way he could get out !! Lol

We were looking for a storage unit called this place several times, April 5,2019@ 3:15pm and either got hung up on or put directly on hold and still not have anyone get on the phone. Terrible customer service, we'll look elsewhere .

I am so tired of trying to contact this place, they never answer and they threaten to sell my stuff but refuse to answer my call to settle the issue this place is very crooked DO NOT RENT HERE GO SOMEWHERE ESLE!!!!!!!!

I recently moved out of my house and store here was so convenient, and the employees were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. Thank you for such an easy transition.
