What a popular spot! This particular Pilot location gets a lot of traffic.There's a casino attached but it's also a popular intersection. We visited on a weekday afternoon and there were a lot of visitors. We had to wait for an available gas pump and it doesn't help when people get the gas and then go shop inside.The store is clean as are the bathrooms. The staff is polite as well.

The store has fallen off into the dumpster nobody cleans anymore nobody cares anymore some of the emotes smell like cannabis. the store used to be clean it's very evident they've changed management and the new managers a Plcrapy manager9 years ago...>> this was my reviewThis is by far the cleanest most friendliest pilot I've ever been to. Clean parking lot and inside the store as well. Friendly staff . Quick service. Showers were great. Clean, great water pressure and hot as you want it.

there is solid ice in the parking lot, the trucks cannot move, no one cleans anything from the ice

A very welcoming morning staff . Well stocked,pretty clean ,cold drinks and hot coffee . Safe place to park your truck and sleep at night ... Restaurant . Arby s. Casino. Clean & hot water showers.

I am used to a higher standard at Pilot gas stations. This place looks like a .... hole. Concrete is broken, pumps are old and dirty. The bottoms on credit machine are gross. The inside store is just old looking but bathrooms are not that clean. All the caulking around urinals is patched weird way; caulking around sinks has mildew on it. Staff friendly but i wouldn't visit this gas station again.

Went to arbys and food was great.SAM WAS awesome the lady Crystal was cool too. I didn't spell her name correct.But we will remember this moment in time Sam it was perfect.Remember the shirt

First time here. The pumps were up and running unlike some other reviewers who had issues during their visit. Parking lot didn't have garbage everywhere but it smelled like urine. I think to prevent this Pilot needs to get it high power washed frequently. It's the truck drivers who make it filthy! Shower was clean but could have used a bit more clean detail and store was clean as well. Employees were very hospitable and friendly. We got plates from under their heat lamps. Chicken, meatloaf, pot roast, mash and gravy with green beans. They were delicious, fresh and worth $9.99 per plate. There is an Arby's and a Casino attached to it and a Waffle House across the street from it.

This was such a nice pilot. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The Arby s has really good food and service. Sam was definitely extra helpful and amazing. Great experience and if we are ever back in Louisiana I would definitely come back.

This is the most disgusting Pilot bathroom that I have ever saw in my entire life in my career driving 18 wheelers. The bathroom was stinking before I even opened the door. I didn't even wash my hands I was too scared to touch anything. This place smells like a mixture between a sewer and a landfill . The smells came through my mask ,I thought I was going to die or something.

I love stopping here and getting breakfast or lunch off their buffet! The staff is always helpful. this visit Six Footah went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. even right down to napkins. Best part was her taking the time out of her busy work to share some well needed wisdom. That lifted my spirits and encoraged me. Of which will not be forgotten. Thank you so much and I'll see ya next trip through. If you decide to stop in here make sure to say hi to Six Footah for me

Two words: meat pies. So good. Usually pretty fresh. They actually didn't have any when I went on Sunday, but that's okay. Still so delicious. Pizza is pretty good too.

I wasn't expecting to run into such a soft spoken, kind, intelligent & one who possesses the ability to easily deal with difficult people. 6 footer, as she goes by, was a true surprise to run into. She is quite an asset to your establishment. If she's not a mgr, she definitely has what it takes to operate in that capacity. Keep up the great work.

Reading some of these other reviews I don't feel as though we are speaking of the same store.The parking lot was not the best for truckers I agree. But the staff was amazing the store was clean and well stocked and we decided to try some food from the hot box and picked a meatloaf dinner WELL YA'LL LEMME TELL YOU. The potatoes were real not instant the meatloaf was perfect from the portion size to the juicy flavor and LORD help Me to not become addicted to their green beans so to the person(s) that made this meal behind the scenes I wanna thank you as well as shake your hand hug your momma and kiss your babies this was perfection in a truck stop from a hot box and I'm forever gonna stop here each time I come thru this area.

I guess African Americans get served last here. I was in the very front and Jennifer looked pass me and helped the Caucasian ladies with pizza. I asked for a manager and Bonnie came out the back from eating and said well we look over people all the time. I guess I didn t need the pizza anyway because flies were swarming around on it

Pumps will typically not have paper for receipts and the laser scanners never work. Pumps are abnormally slow at dispensing products. Also, don't get confused, there is definitely not a Dunkin Donuts inside this facility. When I discovered that this facilities Dunkin was really a few pump off containers of their more common coffee I was P! $$3d. The Arby's however, is legit and can handle any demand. Honestly, get rid of the nasty casino and put in a Dunkin and your business will triple.

Stopped for the usual fuel and a bite to eat... Chicken tenders were fresh as well as the mac and cheese! Not a big fan of truck stop food but this stop was well worth it. Fueled up took a quick stop to the restroom and that was clean as well and smelled fresh! Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Had some issues with the pump's not working, Zack took the time to get it sorted and didn't blow it off like other fuel locations... The place looks great, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful!One of the best pilot flying j locations I've been to!Thanks

Very rude overnight workers. There was 1 person who actually took their job seriously and I didn't catch her name.i checked out a beer at self checkout and she came in out of nowhere with a code and a bag. Very pleasant...other night workers are extremely rude.

Great place. Store well stocked and clean. Showers were clean with ample water pressure. Best teamwork that I ve ever seen from a Pilot crew. Everyone worked together to do what needed done. A lot of stores could learn something from this one. Keep up the good work guys. It s appreciated!!

Loved It! Clean Bathrooms and they have a person keeping the parking lot clean. They have great hot food and it was fresh! Love Their Cappuccino! Great Selection of Souvenirs!! Staff was fast and Efficient and Extremely Friendly!! Thanks for A Great experience!!

Conveniently located between our house and the interstate. Always busy, but still never wait long in line. Polite staff and clean store. Haven't used the restrooms yet so am not sure. Lots of options as far as snacks and drinks. Doesn't have that terrible gas station smell.

Cashier 1973 is the reason I won't be back. I purchased 2 lucky strike cigarettes. Advertised at $3.70 with the purchase of two. And added two .50 coupons.2x3.70= 7.40 -1=6.40 but my receipt states 8.40. I was over charged $2.Brought this to her attention and she was rude. She walked off to go speak with the manger. Came back snatched the sign down. Said you have your cigarette prices wrong. And when I was like what is this $1.30 odd change. She had a terrible attitude and wouldn't even look at my phone to see the correct math.Rudely told me the manager did it.I stop in here on my way to and from shreveport. Guess loves will be glad to get a new customer. Because I will not visit a store that makes me feel attacked just because of a price discrepancy.
