They had the right part i needed to start my truck but unfortunately I now have a rod knocking! $2000 for 2000 f150 4wd crew cab

My car broke down and I called the store before having someone drive me over. Chance was very helpful on the phone, verifying he had the items I needed in stock, and when I arrived. I was out of the store with everything I needed within 5 minutes.Thank you Chance for helping me get home 110 miles away!

So I want to get a shout out to the Haughton store. Today I was on my way to work to do spark grocery deliveries for Walmart. I took this as a side job in addition to the retirement from my husband that is deceased so that I could pay for the extra things that my daughter needs like her braces and to have money to do things for others. On my way to the Bossier area today to deliver groceries my windshield wiper broke. I keep zip ties in my car so I use the zip ties to attach the windshield wiper rubber back to the main windshield wiper arm. I meant to replace these windshield wipers yesterday after I got my check from Spark however since I was getting paid tomorrow I waited. I had 32 cents in my bank account so I called a friend to pay for the windshield wipers over the phone. But before my friend could pay for the windshield wipers the manager had already rang the windshield wipers up and paid for them himself. Travis you have convinced me that there are still good people in the world that are willing to do for others and willingly help them out. This mama and her young daughter really appreciate it! This store is particularly the best store I've ever visited. They are NOT like the other O'Reilly's. Why do I say that here's why1) they take time to ask questions about your issue. If you can't quite explain it, they will go that extra mile to help you solve it2) they will cross-check items and get the best one to fit so your driving safe and go extra miles.3) If you purchase parts and they find only 2 ex: spark plugs or it's not in the right place when they look for them. They will get you the best ones and charge you the price for the ones you first looked at4) I recommend that you use your phone number when going there. If you lose your receipt, they can exchange it with your number5) I was there almost 3 hours upset when I got there, but when I left i was satisfied and happy6) They especially help the Older People as wellThey are the best. 10 stars if you ask me

I stopped in at this new O Reilly s on Highway 80 in Haughton Louisiana. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and explain to the sales person that I needed some good bug wash for my windshield since it is now love bug season, and I also needed a battery for my wife 2016 Dodge charger. He advised me that the battery location was going to be in the trunk and if I wanted help, he would happily assist me in installing the new battery if I brought the car up to the store. Since the store is brand new, it s obviously super clean and I anticipate that it will be clean for years to come. Very helpful person at the front desk. He was the manager, but I did not catch his name.

Made a quick visit to O'Reilly Auto Parts just before they closed. I needed to pickup some needed antifreeze. I was welcomed upon entered on this Black Friday. The sales attendant handled me the last four gallons of Peak antifreeze. It was on sale so I was lucky to get it. I was thanked for coming after I paid. I had a great visit. I also purchased a few more items.

My favorite auto parts store! There's always something useful on sale and the staff is always more than willing to get it share their knowledge. Also, if they don't have it in stock they will get it that day or the next if it's to be got! No complaints with my local store ever!

Last weekend, I was headed back to Texas from a family reunion in LA and something felt really wrong with how my vehicle was driving and then my check engine light came on. I had a car full of family and didn t think I would be able to make it home. We pulled into O Reilly Auto Parts and I approached the counter incredibly worried and scared. Chastity and Rodney could sense my worry and lack of auto knowledge and calmed my nerves and took the time to investigate what needed to be done to fix my car and get me home safely. Their customer service, empathy for my situation and quick efforts to help me meant more to me than I could express. The customer service they provided and their genuine care and efforts to help me are worth recognizing. THANK YOU, both, for taking care of me in my time of need.

I stopped in to pick up a tire gage last night. The ASM was there and said, "I may have one I can give you." He went to the back and came out with a bunch of promotional items...a wallet survival kit, some keychains with wrenches and tire gauges, a cooling towel and a FULL SIZED tire gauges among other things. I walked out with a bag of free items! The customer service at our local Haughton O'Reilly store is amazing. They have never disappointed me. Very helpful and polite. Thank you forgiving the BEST customer service!

I just wanted to let the world know about Assistant Manager MrRodney .. I stopped by the store to pick up some power steering fluid and MrRodney asked me a few questions about my car and I answered everything he asked so then he says well let me take a look under the hood come to find out one of my coil wires was wore out dam near gone he said this is a fire hazard this isn t good to drive my car like that he went inside the store and found the part I needed to have it replaced He also wrapped the wires in electrical tape so that I could make it home safely. I explained to him I really appreciated him looking out for me he didn t have to do everything he did I give him 10 Rating!

I went in for transmission fluid and new lines for the transmission. I was happy to find that they had the correct hose and sold it by the foot. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Sometimes, being directly off of the highway can make it difficult to get in and out of a business. I found it very accessible both entering and existing their parking lot.

Im visiting out of town and my battery died. Sarah was so helpful and friendly and saved the day!! It s christmas eve and she wasn t sure if they would be able to change my battery for me because of its location, but she tried anyways and she did it! So amazing and she really saved me because i had to leave town soon. Definitely recommend getting her to help you out if you need anything! Thank you Sarah!!!

These guys are the best I m a independent operator in the trucking industry with a old truck I m always fixing something . I love 100 miles east on i20 and come through this area every day, 2 separate times recently I ve had somthing shut me down and both Timesthey help me find something that would get me goin and brought it to me quickly with no problems . That kind of service is worth it s weight in gold !!! Top self guys!

I had a check engine light that came on my vehicle. I went inside and asked the staff to see if they can diagnose the problem. One asked what l needed and said that he'll get right back with me. Another was tending to a customer, and one was working stocking the shelf. l proceeded to wait in the store for 10 minute. However, another customer came in and proceeded to ask for help, he was taking care of right away by the guy who told me to wait. I got angry and left at that point. I never been to place where 4 staffs was too busy with customer service. Maybe because l look foreigner and not white. However, you better off going to Autozone down the street, because l was taking care of right away. Thank you for your service O'Reilly because you reminded me that l can take my business and buy things online.

Brand new store! Really close to me. Stocked fully and well, much better than the store in Bossier City.Staff was very courteous and eager to help.I drive right past AutoZone which is less than 1/2 mile away to drive 4 times further to this O'Reillys.

This O'Reilly's has exceeded expectations the handful of times I've had to stop by. Excellent staff that try to help with issues however they can, even in the pouring rain unfortunately in my case!
