If I could give ZERO stars I would. I live in Florida, and I was in town visiting, and I dropped my car off Feb 13th to have an oil change, 4 new tires, front end alignment and front brakes and rotors (as I heard a squealing noise from the front). They called me later on and told me my car was ready when I went to pick my car up the squealing noise was still present so we decided to go ahead and also get the back brakes and rotors done. I dropped my car off again (Same Day), and they kept it until the next day Feb 14th, and I went to pick my car up and before I even backed out the E brake light was illuminated and they said "It just needed reset" so I left and came back to Florida, and long story short. The grinding and the squealing got worse to the point that when I would apply the brakes my car would steer to the right. I called them and asked them what could be the problem, and I was told and I quote from the manager " My brakes needed to wear in" because they are "new". I went to the Tire Kingdom in Florida which is owned by Mavis, and the entire shop @ Tire Kingdom was in shock. So in shock they even had the Regional Manager come to that location (On his off day) to see what this store had done. The brakes that THIS MAVIS put on my car were not even the correct ones, and the hardware was so mangled it was unreal. The store I took it to here in Florida kept the hardware from the brakes to send it to their head office. They applied the OLD HARDWARE that was from the old brakes onto the "New ones", and the rotors already had deep ridges in them after 7 days, & freaking days. (Pictures Provided) to back up entire review. Tire Kingdom did honor the work that this store has done, but the point is I should have never been able to leave that location knowing that this was not done properly, and I had children in my car, and a 12 hour drive and my brakes could have failed. I have reached out to this location for an answer and have yet to get a call or an explanation as to why this happened.I am very displeased with the service, as well as how they handle customer related issues. If you need brakes I would recommend looking at a different location because they will not hold accountability, or give explanations.

My husband got his oil changed a week ago, mind you he drives to plain dealing from Haughton every day for work, this morning his check engine light came on so he checked under the hood, there was NO OIl CAP! The oil is all over the inside of the hood and engine .he was driving his car around with out an oil cap for a week! we are definitely not coming back . I use to tell everyone to go to this place when it came to car issues but I would not recommend this place to anyone after this!! Multiple family members that have gone here have had issues with missing parts in their car as well. They need someone to double check or triple check the people that work on the cars at this place, because of this it s costing us more money to get fixed.Another note: from experience at this Mavis, some of the front desk people will ask to take your phone and a write a Google review for you, I didn t know that s what they were going to do when I handed my phone over to them so I wouldn t trust all the 5 stars you see on here.

I went outside this morning and noticed I had a flat. I decided to take it to Mavis in Haughton . When I got there they were quick to ask if they could help me with anything and I told them about the flat. They were quick to fix it with a very minimal wait time. Which was great because I had somewhere to be. Thanks Mavis for your work.

Amazing service! Was on a road trip and the tire basically fell off on the highway. Managed to get it towed to Mavis, and they fixed it up within the hour! Friendly staff and awesome service. Thank you Dani for the amazing customer service!

Highly recommend this place. My car was leaking oil after a recent change at the dealership. Dani greeted me in the parking lot when I drove in after work and in 20 minutes, figured out the issue. I will now be doing oil changes at Mavis versus the dealership (who wasn t even interested in helping me and they left the cap loose.)

I had another shop do work on my vehicle that made it necessary to also have a front end alignment. I wasn't told this when I had picked up my vehicle and was left scrambling to find a place to do it quickly. Mavis Tire was able to get me in fast. They got my front end done but also alerted me to another problem with my vehicle. They got that taken care of too and all at a reasonable price. They took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. Danielle was super awesome and helpful. I certainly recommend Mavis!

Outstanding customer service. I came in late on Friday. It was close to closing time. They still looked at my car. We had to leave it till the next morning they offered to drive us to the hotel down the street so my family wasn t left on the side of the road. Fixed our car up the next morning. Got us back on the road. Can t say enough good about Mavis.

Had the best experience here! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didn t try to oversell me. As a woman it can be tough going to mechanics because we can be taken advantage of but not a problem here! You can trust this place to do what you need and not tell you to get things that are not necessary. Ask for Darren!

I highly recommend this location. The tire on my wife s car was going flat overtime and I just randomly stopped by one day and was in and out in 30 minutes. The price was unmatched and the customer service was superb. You really can t ask for better service all the way around.

I just had to have four new tires, an alignment, and front brakes on my car. Not only did I get a great price, I was pleased with the help on my new tires and also the customer service I received from the entire staff! In today's society the service at this location is Top Notch in my book! I know where I will keep my business!! Thanks yall.

Great place! I had a flat tire, and they were able to change it quickly and for a great price. Everyone there was very friendly, and there was a waiting area with a space for kids. Will be back if I have any more problems.

The location in Haughton is the best! Darren is an asset to Mavis. All of the employees have been wonderful, but he stands out. The prices are reasonable and we trust the technicians with all 3 of our vehicles. They always complete the work sooner that we anticipate.

It s hard to find knowledge, professional, quality service and workmanship at a great price these days. I don t take my 2 vehicles anywhere but Mavis in Haughton because they truly do put the customer first.

Slow service...did not honor appointment time. Few weeks later I had a tire problem and there was only one employee and he did not know how to take care of the problem due to the fact that he was a sales person. I went to a different tire center and found that all 4 of my tires were not balanced properly. This was found after I experienced some shutter in my steering wheel.I will be changing tire service centers.

Mavis Tires and Brakes provided extraordinary and fast service! They made sure my tires were all good, and even took an interest in learning more about me as a customer! Dani was very nice and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting! I highly recommend Mavis for tire and brake services!
