Called Brick's to pull Ol' Red out of the mud after the 'master' competitor quoted over $1000. Brad from Brick's showed up faster than the other guys quote! Pulled me out for just over $300. Super fast for a super price.

Called USAA needed a tow, and bricks was able to get to the site within 30 minutes! Sean was super professional and helpful. We are very appreciative of Bricks Towing! Five stars and highly recommend.

I waited several hours for another tow company, which resulted in them damaging my car. My insurance company called Bricks Towing to the rescue. The ETA was about an hour wait. The driver kept me informed that he was on his way by directly calling me. My passenger tire and rim were detached from my car. The tow guy had a piece of wood and his jack. He then jacked the car up and placed the wood underneath my rotor that was exposed to the ground. He took his time guiding my car up the back of the tow truck. He safely carried me and my vehicle to my destination. I would like to thank him publicly for being professional and knowledgeable of his job. I was in tears before he showed up he helped me to feel better by doing his job well and correct.

I found myself in a very unfortunate situation and needed a tow. I contacted Bricks and was very happy with my decision. They were extremely friendly, honest, and fast. Since then, I have used them 3 more times and each time was just as great as the last. Highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs!!

If I could give them a damn -10 I would leave a 0. The nasty attitude we received as well as sounding like we were bothering him is just beyond me. Not sure why State Farm is using them but never again. This is a business that should never do anything with customer service.

If I could give a zero I would they towed my car Friday only for me to pick up and find a deep Scratch on my driver's door. My repair shop called me and let me know that it was scratch on the the door so that I would know that they hadn't done it. Ridiculous!!!!!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I had to use my roadside assistance with state farm because I locked my keys in my car. Mr. Michael Martin was the technician that responded. considering he had to drive almost 2 hrs to my home, he arrived very promptly. He was very friendly and did his job well. There were some difficulties because my car wanted to be a pain, but he never gave up and was very efficient in his job! I will definitely recommend your company!! 5 star service!Service: Car lockouts

Was headed to an event in Serepta Louisiana. Had some issues with the truck. Brick s Towing was our first call and Victoria was extremely helpful in getting us a tow to the dealership in a timely manner. The driver was extremely professional and loaded very quickly. Overall great experience with this company. Will use again. 5 stars.Service: Car towing

Got a tow from the Owner/Operator. He had it delivered to the Honda Dealership before I even could even make it there! They were FAST and kept me updated by calling me and letting me know when it was picked up and dropped off.Great experience! The only drawback was I didn't get to shake his hand and thank him in person.Service: Car towing

To say the least I was not impressed with the service. Called AAA when my car broke down at 4:30. Bricks was suppose to dispatch an operator who was on the way. However he said he couldn t find me or contact me so he cancelled the tow and said it was completed. I am old and it is 100 degrees outside. So I called again and asked for a tow this is now 7:15 and once again Brick s was the company that should have been dispatched. I noticed that the address was incorrect, so I called Brick s so that I could give them the description as to where my car was located to be sure they could find me. The young lady said it would be about 20 minutes. When they didn t show I called and asked what happened, she promptly told me she cancelled the call because of my attitude. It is now 9:30 and I am still waiting for a tow. To say the least I would never recommend Brick s towing and wish I could give them a -5. Yes I was frustrated having to wait 5 hours for a tow. They were unprofessional and just down right rude. After all isn t customer service what they need.Service: Car towing

If I could give this company a zero I would . My car insurance contacted these folks yesterday evening to make an appointment for my vehicle to be picked up and dropped off at Holmes Honda for and 8:15am appointment the next day. Next day come I call tow company at 7:57am to see how long it will be the guy told me 45mins to 1 hr. Ok time passes by it s 9am I call my insurance back to tell them this company did not show up she called them and they told her they couldn t come pick my vehicle up. So now I ve missed my appointment to get car fixed. Had to call another company to come get car now it s 11:45 and my car just getting to the dealership. I m a business woman and mother with one vehicle now I have to wait til tomorrow to see what wrong with my car. Thanks to this company unprofessionalism, Miscommunications, rudeness .I had my insurance company to file a complaint against the company and they will no longer recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and money

Our insurance company had your company come out to tow our truck. The wreck happen about an 1/8 mile from our house, where we wanted the truck tow to.The police called a tow truck, not knowing we had one on the way. Your driver had already got there, back up, when the police wrecker truck arrived.Your driver then refused to take our truck and left.He said he would not make enough money to tow it.

Over the years I've used many towing services through AAA & none were as prompt & helpful as Brick's. Showed up ahead of schedule & got the job done. An employee in the Brick s Towing office quoted me a price of $120.00 to tow my vehicle. But, when the driver arrived, he told me that the cost to tow my vehicle would be $200.00 instead of $120.00. The driver s explanation for the up charge was that his manager ordered him to charge more than the original price because my vehicle would other have to be jacked up because of a damaged ball joint. But, the vehicle was never jacked up during the whole ordeal. Therefore, there never should have been an up charge because there wasn t any extra work done as the manager anticipated. After my vehicle was towed to the shop, I contacted the manager of Brick s Towing to tell him that I was charged an extra $80.00 but that the extra work in jacking my vehicle up wasn t needed. He proceeded to tell me that I should have told the driver not to pick my vehicle up and call another Towing Service. He angrily told me to get another Towing company instead of admitting that he charged me an extra fee that wasn t warranted. But, the real reason the manager charged me an extra fee was because I called to the office while waiting to be towed. I asked him why his driver wasn t at my location after waiting for an hour. I asked the question because I was told that a driver would arrive much sooner than an hour. The manager of Brick s was unprofessional and had a horrible attitude during our last conversation. I used Brick s Towing service several times in the past. But, needlessly to say, I won t be using them again in the future. I don t argue with unprofessional people at business establishments because I know that reputation is what makes the difference in any business so that s why I m sharing my experience.

Big props to Tow Truck Driver Daniel @ Brick's Towing! Fast, friendly, professional and was the only one who was able to successfully get our car started. He even provided some education and repaired some damage that one of the earlier tow companies did. Thanks again Daniel!
