Please do not go here. I'll be brief, but you need to understand that taking your vehicle here for anything will end in disaster. On 10/4 I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair (exhaust leak). I used to be a tech at a Chevy dealership and know warranty repairs suck so I asked for a refrigerant exchange and new tires as well. Overcharged $170 for the refrigerant exchange and several hundred for the new tires (they also said they honored the coupons but per the invoice, they did not). They brought the vehicle out, wrong tires were put on, but we got that sorted out.On 11/16 I brought it back for the exhaust repair, passenger side manifold. I picked it up on 11/24 and found it had a REALLY bad exhaust leak, serpentine belt was installed incorrectly forcing me to replace belt/idler pulleys/tensioner, and the dipstick was installed incorrectly leading to a massive oil leak and no oil indicated on dipstick. I also noticed an intermittent "No Bus" error message from the dash, indicating the ECM was removed and installed incorrectly (bent pins, dirt and oil at connector). I brought it back on 11/27 and it was there until 12/22 when I picked it up....the only thing "fixed" was the dipstick was reinstalled correctly.I was without the vehicle for over a month, no one from Ray Brandt has ever called me to give me a status, and when I get it back, essentially nothing was done. I've spent over $1400 repairing items they broke, paying for rental cars/Ubers, and paying them a deductible to fix a warrantied item they didn't fix.When I got the vehicle back, the exhaust manifold was missing a bolt. At no point was I rude to anyone nor did I get upset...just don't bring your vehicle there and save yourself some pain as there are plenty of dealerships in the area that can competently provide service.

Sales Representative Mike Myles was very Helpful and Professional. I went to purchase a Jeep Wrangler, he and the entire team pull together to help with purchasing my Jeep. The finance Manager was informational and quick, plus secured me a great Interest Rate. This was the Best Car Buying Experience.

Every one was extremely helpful and kind . A young lady by the name of Tashia, we talked for a long time. No member of that staff has ever been that friendly. I appreciated that because not only did it make the time pass by quickly but I needed that girl talk that day . Just a simple conversation can lighten the load of so many other things happening in peoples lives. Please let her know , I genuinely appreciated that conversation in the many different things we shared . I need to make sure she s there in 3 months . lol

Visited Ray Brandt Dodge Jeep, for service, I was impressed at how fast the line moved and how quick my vehicle was ready, It lts great to know that Ray Brandt stands behind what they sell, and the Service team side of the Dealership takes pride in what they do. Very satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely consider them again in the future. Started to give 1 star but my representative was really nice and tried his best to help me, but the service I received was horrible! My car was kept for over a week TWICE, and they could not fix the issue. A COMPLETE waste of time. It truly feels like the service department is poorly ran, and the techs are incompetent. Extremely unhelpful, and I will be going to another Jeep dealership for services next time. And this is not a one time situation - every friend that I have talked to that has gone here for service have all said the same thing: waste of time, lacked communication and incompetent.

I brought my 2020 Wrangler Rubiconin for an oil change and scheduled service and asked if they could look at my driver side sun visor that kept falling out of its bracket. When I got it back they had replaced the entire visor with a new one and there was no charge. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

This location has just changed ownership. My 2019 RAM 1500 has had a suspension issue since October 2023. They kept my truck for 2 months and didn't correct the issue. I brought it back in less than 24 hours for the same issue. Then they kept it about 3 weeks trying to fix it again. This time I had it for about 5 days before the same issues happened again. Customer care says the techs never submitted any tech tickets trying to request help. My truck is back here because I already paid for the original repair. I'm praying RAM Customer Care can help them fix my truck correctly. This is my first RAM.

Went in for a fan not turning off and draining the battery. They had the vehicle 4 weeks, due to 2 weeks of delay to look at it, then waiting for a part to arrive. I got a call it was ready and went to pick it up the next morning, and the battery was completely drained. They jumped it to drive it up to me, and it died within 30 seconds. Then I waited almost 2.5 hours for them to charge the battery, and noone telling me it was done. I went outside from the customer waiting area and its sitting there, but was never told.I was less than impressed with the level of service. The employees at this dealership, were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. They did the oil change on my 2500 Dodge Ram, in a timely manner. They sold me a truck with the promise everything would be fixed they kept the vehicle for three weeks to do touch up on the paint and dents and I was told it would take three days and did nothing to fix the paint when I picked it up I was told to talk to Lance so I called him and now he s telling me to fix it they would have to repaint the entire truck. If I had known this I would ve got that truck.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change which was completed in less than in hour. After completion, I was told that my vehicle needed some computer updates which we scheduled for a few days later. They even offered to bring me to and from work as not to inconvenience me. I called to see if they would take me with no appointment . Immediately, Maurice (Moe) told me to bring my truck in. It was fixed faster than I expected. The service department is wonderful. I got a car last month from yall and the check engine light on, the salesman drove the car and told them the right front wheel about to come off and the front windshield is crack all across. They keep on saying they will fix it its another lie. They keep saying im going to call u back and never do. I told the finance company im not paying for no car with these serious issues.And they have the wrong address on my registration. The kindness, courtesy & friendliness of the people that I came in contact with at this dealership is beyond my belief. I've dealt with all the Chrysler dealerships in this city. One was a nightmare, every time I brought my car in there was damaged to the body, and I promise to repair, so I switched to the other dealership, the next one never calibrated the parts that was put on and I had to bring it back, which was time consuming. But these guys was so efficient they took pride in what they did. From what I sent via Dealership website message last Friday.I had service Friday, 4 AUG 2023, on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased with your dealership a couple years ago. I shared a picture image with Service Writer of an issue that has been happening intermittently recently with a master caution and anti-skid light that would only clear when I shut my Jeep OFF and restart.* I left after paying for service on my Jeep. But not long after I left, the same caution was back! So I came back to ask WTH?! Same Service Writer came out and checked for codes. It has two codes, P258B & C1252-92.What I do not understand is how this was not checked during service (oil change & tire rotation) when I shared my concern to have it checked so I do not have a problem down the road! Please note that everything but my radio had been reset to default, so suspect ECU was cleared during service?!Now the earliest service appointment is 16 AUG and I will also have to leave my Jeep for at least a week and a half I had been told and repeated back a couple times because I wanted to make sure I understood. No loaner vehicles are available. My Jeep only just hit 30K miles because I am handicapped and do not drive much now! Last DEC we had to change both batteries already for a 2 year old vehicle under warranty. Is this electric air pump a warranty item?I am not impressed with how this went and am looking to trade my Jeep in somewhere other than Ray Brandt. I understand how auto service works having been a Ford Mechanic years ago. I had done all my own work until recently disabled.PS. I brought my Jeep to a local Auto Repair Shop I know and trust after leaving Dealership Service a second time. They told me it is a simple thing and should be done in one day, though it cannot be covered by any help from possible Dealership warranty; it will now cost me more. Needless to say I am very disappointed with how this went and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff were great! Unfortunately the website and actual service department aren't on the same page...I had scheduled several service tasks but when I arrived was informed that they couldn't do a coolant flush on the same day despite having an appointment.The prices were fair for the actual work performed, they were fast and courteous, but I was frustrated by the conflict between my scheduled appointment and the actual service.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change
