Fantastic Body Shop, my new go-to. My car looks brand new! Absolutely impressed with the quality of work - (which has a lifetime guarantee btw!)Charles was my estimator and provided a realistic time frame for the work to be completed, even with a last minute hiccup it was completed by the date I was quoted - which was about 14 business days after I dropped off - for my specific repairs. Great communication as well.Belinda absolutely sealed the deal for me by going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of work. Best my car has ever looked!Thank you!

I recently had work done on my vehicle, although the work was done in a timely fashion and seems to be of good repair, I had an issue come up. When I dropped my vehicle off I had just come from getting an MRI done and had to remove my jewelry, I accidentally left my gold chain and charm in my vehicle, although I know they aren t responsible for anything inside your vehicle, my chain was stolen out of the car. I called and told them and was told they d hold a meeting and ask around. I ve heard nothing back.Although I know the fault is on myself for not grabbing it when I exited the car, I know that it was stolen while repairs were done at their facility. I m not worried about the monetary value that was lost, it had sentimental value to me as it was a gift from my mother, for this reason and this reason only is why I am giving it a one star review.

This place worked super fast with my insurance company and send out a tow the same day ! Super quick service, communicated really well throughout the whole process. Took care of two wrecks recently. Highly recommend! Super welcoming

They re scammers; save your time.I would probably go to any other shop I ve ever used before I would go to this one again. The estimate they gave for my truck was so over-inflated that I began to wonder where oversight is for this industry. The estimate they gave for the tip of my shifting lever being smashed was to suggest replacing the entire steering column - pushing the estimate from a reasonable job to, now the truck is totaled. Don t waste your time.

I would absolutely NOT recommend bringing your car here. My car was hit by a drunk driver 7 weeks ago and I m still getting the run around from Paternostro. I ve spoken to 5 different people (including the manager Belinda) some of which don t seem to even know which car is mine. I ve spoken to State Farm and they ve also been getting the run around and are in the process of removing them from their preferred list. We have made a formal complaint and I was told that if they push the completion date one more time, State Farm will be sending a tow truck to pick my car up from them and are going to have their work checked by another body shop. I repeat, do not bring your vehicle here!

One of the most professional shops I have ever been too! It's always a hassle to deal with auto repairs of any kind. The people at Paternostro's make getting your vehicle fixed easy without all the headache. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

As far as my car looks, they did a great job! If you are one that has patience and likes clear communication, this is not the body shop for you. I came here as it was a USAA certified body shop and i contacted the shop on the day they told me it would be ready. I could never get a status or update. I m sure times are tough I m the Autobody business. Ten days of contacting the shop every day I finally got it would be ready that afternoon but the mechanic in charge would contact me to let me know. I called three times and they called to say it was not ready and it would not be until the following week. The following week I called and, you guessed it, no one knew the status. I began to think they lost my car and so the following week I called daily and finally that Friday I went to the shop for 4:30pm and called them and said I was in my way to pick up my car no matter what. I got a call back and he told me he was staying really late to make sure my car was complete but it would not be ready now . I said that s ok It was only 2.5 hours later while at the shop they pulled my car around. Quickly took my deductible and basically gave me a punch list of the items that were not complete. Like 4-5 items.My car looks fantastic and it was truly dirty when I gave it to them but they did a nice job cleaning it up. So the important thing is my GMC Terrain which is black (hard to get matching parts etc) looks fantastic, even better than it looked before.Was it worth the wait? For me yes but if this was me 10 years ago, I could not have dealt.If you need clear communication and have hard boundaries, I would think this shop might make you go a bit crazy.

I won't bring a family vehicle anywhere else. Great work and great hospitality from the moment of when you walk into the door, till they hand you your keys back when they are complete. I took my car in for front bumper and side panel repairs. The repairs were done promptly beyond my expectations. Walking up to it in the parking lot felt like I was looking at a new car. I had heard about their reputation for excellent work, and I can now attest to the high quality of this establishment. I would recommend Paternostro s to anyone in need of car repair.

Great experience with them after my car was broken into. Very professional and personable staff. It took a while to get my car back due to a parts shortage (no fault of theirs), and they were helpful in keeping me updated about each step of the process.
