My favorite location for Tire Service. The manager is amazing always going over and beyond assisting customers and staff. I highly recommend this NTB to my family & friends. Also, it is very clean and comfortable to work from your device while you are waiting for your vehicle. Love how the staff refers to customer by name

I had a flat tire this morning and my normal tire place is closed on Sundays. So I ended up using this place and I am extremely grateful for them. They serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and I left feeling at ease knowing I was able to run my errands without any setback. I would highly recommend!

I went here back in March after l purchased this vehicle in February because of low tire pressure a while later more than hour after the technician drives the car around to the front of the building as he came in he asked where do l be driving this vehicle? The question caught me off guard .cause he didn't tell me anything about what was wrong with the two side tires front-back passenger. I was not shown or told what the problem was until the 24th of March after l asked why is my car squealing.They said to bring it in and after a minute l saw them putting a round disk on my vehicle.the manager said oh your tire sensors are broke. i was told by pep boys they turned my rotors too far up or down and now l need front and back rotors plus tires. What is bothering me l have to pay for all this work done after l had just purchased this vehicle with no problem on February 18th still had the temp tags. I'm trying to maintain this vehicle all while paying a car note and insurance.then the dealership told me several times the tires passed inspection so l serious dangerous problem now.

I got a nail in my tire 3 weeks ago, NTB quoted me a reasonable price and they installed new tire. This evening I discovered another nail in that same tire! NTB to the rescue again! Quick service & brand new tire again. It could have been much worse. Super fast customer service!

The best service ever! I always have a wonderful experience when I go to have my car serviced. Their very good with staying on schedule with appointments. The staff is always polite, pleasant, and informative about the services that I receive. And as a added bonus I always receive good coupons and discounts via email.

Had to unexpectedly buy a new battery on a Saturday, ugh. Stopped to see if they could help and they did! Clean, polite, friendly and professional. Would def recommend them.

Wonderful service! I really like how kind Travon was when I was asking a bunch of questions about my car. He showed me what was wrong before fixing it to make sure I understood what was going on. Great customer service. Will definitely be returning if I have any more issues with my car!

This NTB was INCREDIBLE, Ferrin was AMAZING!!! I showed up @3:20pm picked out tires and had them changed w/in an hour. Highly recommend this place very timely and clean, they even put the playoff game on for me as I finished some work that needed to be done for my job. It was an all around great experience. Awesome experience while servicing my vehicle. The manger is such a sweetheart, I don't know much about cars and she was so patient with me. Explained things to me and the processes. I'll definitely be back for all my car needs.

They said I could bring my own fuel filters. They wanted to charge a $110 per filter for a diesel fuel filter change. No, thank you.

So I was a walk-in at around 9am on the morning of Thursday, October 26, 2023. First and foremost the manager, Ferrin, had the most pleasant and professional attitude. She was able to answer every question and was very helpful throughout the whole process.Ferrin not only was able to squeeze my vehicle in but also in a timely manner. Like I said I was in at 9am and was able to leave with my vehicle fixed at a very reasonable price by 11am.The facility was clean and the staff was delightful. I would recommend NTB to any friend or family member. If you have any trouble with your vehicle, visit NTB on Manhattan.
