Just wanted to share the amazing experience I had at Leson. I had a 2021 Chevy Silverado that was totaled out because I was hit by a drunk driver.I told Alvis, my salesman, what happenedand he listened and understood and made it his mission to help me get into a new truck.I drove from out of state to come all the way to the dealership to see the truck and it was already ready and cleaned to go. Alvis showed me the truck, gave me a good tour of all the features and made me feel super comfortable.We got inside and I sat down to work out a deal and had a great conversation with Alvis and the manager, Leson, about the truck and we were able to work out a deal.I also worked with Don, the finance guy, he was funny he worked with me and made me feel like I was apart of the family too. I learned some things from him and he was able to answer all my questions about getting the title in my home state.Overall I had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend anyone to go see the folks over at Leson Chevrolet.Thank you guys! I love my new truck!

I had a great experience with the team I had at Leson Chevrolet. My salesman, Ishman Boles, was a pleasure to work with and is still checking on me a week later to make sure I m good and doesn t need any assistance with the vehicle or have any concerns. I m big on service more than pricing, and for that I m grateful, Mr. Ish was earned my business when looking for a new vehicle, and Mr Don in financing is a very nice and knowledgeable, experienced finance man, it was great working with him as well.

Husband ordered his 2024 Corvette Stingray and they were great getting his new car ordered in a timely manner. They were very thorough taking their time going over all the new features of the car. Plus they are not a high pressure sales company. Very professional and highly recommend them!

So after being involved In a hit and run accident, I took my car to Leson Collision Center to be repaired. When I tell you that, this was the best decision I could have made in my life, I would not be lying. Carlos, the Collision manager, and Lorraine, the secretary, are AMAZING!!!!!Carlos, there aren t enough words I can say about everything you did for me. You made sure that I was not only back to 100% , but better. You kept me in the loop every step of that way. And my gratitude for that is enormous. Lorraine thank you for dealing with the insurance company and keeping them on their toes. Not to mention making sure I always had a rental. You are a FIRECRACKER!!!!! Between the two of you, I couldn t ask for a better team. Kudos to the men who worked on my vehicle and getting it put back together. And thank you for staying late for me to pick up my car. You guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND and it s greatly appreciated. Carlos, you are my DIAMOND and SUPERSTAR!!!! Because after I picked up my vehicle, your commitment didn t stop there. You called me the very next day to check on me to see if I was pleased with the car. To inform me that if I had any problems, to give you a call and to fill me in on other things. I couldn t be more pleased with the service I received. And I appreciate you two so much!From the bottom of my heart thank you for all you did. Mr. Tiger Smith is great to work with! Due to a difficulty that arose while at the dealership, it didn't look like the sale would materialize, but Tiger displayed professionalism and courtesy and worked to make it happen. Mr. Don Baudin in Finance was helpful as well. We are enjoying our new vehicle from Leson Chevrolet!

Leson Chevrolet has always been helpful and respectful. I bought my one year old daughter with me and she was very energetic. The staff was patient with her and didn't discourage her. They also help me open doors because my hands were full with a baby, diaper bag, purse and my daughter's Minnie Mouse purse. Thank you Leson for your patience and kindness.

Spoke with Gail and she was very pleasant and pretty sold me tires I was not happy to purchase because her warm attitude and likeable personality over the phone. When I arrived with the tow company Jason the guy at the desk asked me what brought me in. I explained, he asked who did I talk to, I told him the lady that answered the phone and. Gail. He then discouraged me on staying because when he looked on the tow truck he said that Leson didn't have my tires and it would be until tomorrow. He also made reference to a customer that is still waiting on tires from McComb, MS. He discouraged me from purchasing the tires and told me to go to Sam's or Walmart. The tow truck guy had another call and had to drop me and my vehicle somewhere immediately. I got to Walmart and thankfully they had the tires but while getting service broke the driver's door lock. Had Jason never walked me out and refused to service me maybe none of the extra would have occurred. He didn't even look in the computer to check for the tires, he just escorted me out. #SMH #Concerned #HeDidntWantMyMoney #IWonderWhy

We came in to see a vehicle that we researched online. Tiger was very helpful in getting us all the information necessary to make a decision to purchase. He made sure we were comfortable with everything. He was very friendly. The whole process was easy and we were out of the door in time for our afternoon appointment.After having our previous vehicle give out, it was so refreshing to have such an easy buying experience. This was the best car buying experience I ve ever experienced. Lowe was the most knowledgeable, considerate, and entertaining salesperson ever! Met Mr. Leson in person also. Shook my hand and was very polite and appreciative. Business manager Mr. Escalante thoroughly explained the financing. I recommend Leson Chevrolet to anyone interested in a great deal!

Knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted made it super easy to accomplish our buy. The salesmen that were extremely helpful were Michele "Tiger" Smith and Bert Leblanc, III. These two guys are the best. They are genuinely nice, caring and very respectable men who saw to meeting our needs. I truly HATE it here. I recently received a multi vehicle inspection two weeks ago because my car fan would still run even after the vehicle was turned off; I was given a possible solution . A week later the issue seems to not have been resolved, and they are telling me there is another issue that was not discussed during the first multi vehicle inspection. They are just throwing me numbers. The communication is absolutely HORRIBLE. I ve called to talk about the possible fixing? Keith was suppose to call me before 5pm and haven t yet. The service manager hasn t gotten in contact with me yet, and I ve left 3 voicemails. I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH SERVICE. Sad thing is a Chevy vehicle. I am getting help from no one.

My service with my in take rep Keith was very helpful, however, when I picked up my vehicle after it being with the dealership for a little over 2 weeks it had an increase of almost 1k miles that differed from what the tow truck driver logged and what was logged when the dealership checked it in. I immediately saw the difference as well when I got into my vehicle prior to driving off the lot when picking it up, proceeded to ask Keith and the tech for answers on the discrepancy and was not provided an answer. This does not sit well with me at all.

Worked a deal from out of State for a new van for our company. Was not told it had 4000 miles. I do not recommend this dealership. Seems kind of shady.

Everyone that we worked with at Leson through the entire buying process were both pleasant and professional. We shopped around, and we got the best price in greater New Orleans on the vehicle that we decided on. I will go back to Leson and recommend them to friends and family.

Sales persons were Alvis and Barret. These men are amazing Barret made the test drive,and sales portion of the transaction seem less. Alvin walked me through the set up after purchase. Financing office went smooth.. my experience was top notch!

Everybody was friendly and helpful, but Alvis was our favorite. He was patient, answered every question, helped me get the auto insurance, and a discount, great warranty, and even a full tank of gas. We traveled three and one half hours from central Mississippi to purchase our vehicle from Leson Chevrolet. Ishman Boles is one of the main reasons we will return for future purchases. He is one hell of a salesman that clearly cares for his customers. Leson Rebowe (number 5) is the sale director and ensured that we received the best possible deal for the vehicle we had selected. From the time we walked through the front door they made sure our needs were attended to and the experience was completely positive. They made us feel like the priority. The environment was warm, inviting and pleasant. Finally we worked with Joe Escalante a very personable, polite, knowledgeable, and engaging man. If we were hiring for our business we would definitely hire all three to head up our staff. Finally we would add, if you buy a vehicle from any dealer in the Southeast without at least giving Leson Chevrolet the opportunity to earn your business you are making a big mistake.

My salesman was great as usual it s probably the 4th vehicle I ve bought through Tiga. Management not as great. Tried to lowball my trade in and they through some really over priced things on the vehicle in the form of plastic decals and a blue light inside and charge $1995. They also put things on the website about vehicles that aren t true. The vehicle I bought, per their website is supposed to have a towing package and heated seats. It doesn t. My bad for not verifying that before I bought the car. Should know better than to think an auto dealership is honest.

Buying a vehicle can be a very stressful event for many, but with my salesman Tiga , he made sure to make my experience genuine and straight forward. All my concerns and questions was answered, & he was able to deliver in a timely fashion. This was one of my best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. I will make it my best to make Leson Chevrolet my repeat purchase destination . My daughter & I are satisfied with the Nissan Sentra . My next wish list is a Chevy truck.

I had a great experience as far as getting the oil changed. When it came time to check out is when I had the issue. I do not like how I was handled by the cashier when it came time to get my keys. She treated me as if I was trying to get free services. She was very rude and unprofessional towards me.

We drove from Ohio to Louisiana for our cruise and when we arrived back our check engine light was on with reduced engine power. I had to fly back to Ohio while my husband stayed in LA with the car. We dropped the car to Leson s lot that Sunday (they were closed) and my husband got in contact with them first thing Monday. They bumped up the diagnosis knowing my husband was from out of town and they got the part and repair done within practically 2 days. Alex was his service advisor and he had nothing but great things to say about her. She was kind and kept in communication with him. Overall this was a very stressful situation and they helped reduce that quite a bit. Thank you for being so helpful and great!

I called today at 4pm to inquire about service l was told my vehicle is to old,(2019) for air conditioning charging. I was told l do have a leak and forced a diagnostic test when l clearly said it still blows cold air and there s no antifreeze leaks. Then she said it s illegal to have air conditioning fumes in the air l can t get that service but she ll offer a diagnostic on next Tuesday even with my warranty.that person was rude abrupt and just know what she talking about without even seeing my vehicle.thanks for the best service ever.I ll find a good shop tomorrow

First no one called to schedule appointment after part had been in, I had to call and follow up on part and scheduling. Then once arrived at appointment they said to leave the vehicle and we ll call you back in a few weeks when it s done. That was unacceptable and unnecessary for a simple battery cord replacement.

I brought my new vehicle in for service concerning one of its rear tires. It was determined that a new tire was required. A service representative came to the waiting room and told me that a new tire was in stock and covered my the warranty. The entire process was completed in a timely manner. I was pleased with the end result.
