Not gonna lie, car buying experiences with limited means is the worst. I had to go back three times because the first sales rep I had wasn't the best, and I felt like he wasn't doing his best. The second sales rep, Jonathan, went above and beyond and really took great care of my partner and I. His customer service is on another level. I bought a 2019 Mazda 3, and I absolutely love this hatchback. It's everything I've ever wanted in a vehicle. When I was finally able to bring it home, about a week out, the battery died but probably because I left a door open and what not. I texted Jonathan kinda freaked because everything checked out with the car including a squeaky clean car fax. My key fob died too but he personally came to my house, jumped my battery and brought me another key fob. He is a different breed and if you buy a car here, ask for him because he will do more than enough. I didn't feel like just a number but a human being distraught under the circumstances, and he eased every worry I had. He met all of my car buying expectations and more!

Matched the competition and did it with style. These cats are a different breed of sales. Much nicer to work with and honestly, I send ALL of my friends there and now have bought a 2020 Insight, 2020 Fit and 2024 Accord from them.Steve, Calob, and Eddy are pretty awesome people!I would stick with them and you will be in a car in no time!

I was in an out of Honda Service in less than 20 minutes. Picked up a new key for my tire locks. The gentleman was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great service.

Not the same professionalism that Superior Honda was. On My 730am APPOINTMENT, they looked at my car for service@ 930am ! too many employees in the service dept. walking around like they are looking for something to do. plus they charged me for a l.o.f tho it should be nocharge due to the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the CRV.Service: Oil change

The white guy who looked at my vehicle tried to lie to ke about my vehicle to get one thousand and something dollars from me for a simple operation. I got a second opinion because what he said made no sense. I will never try to get help there ever again. It's too hard out here right now for business employees to be trying to take advantage of you. Louisiana is full of heartless crooks who could care less if you and your family live or die. Steal money, steal money, no matter what you're going through due to covid.

Check your car after they done with the oil change, I found the dirty oil on my car and it's very hard to clean!

Make sure you fix your car there because if you don't they will make sure you come back . Our car was okay and all of sudden turned off in literally 4 minutes on the street and that never ever happened before and we almost got into an accident.
