I've had my 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 worked on here. I recently had my 2017 Dodge Challenger fixed here early March 2024.This is a very professional place of business. The workers are so polite and assistance is quick. You get updated information texts and pictures of everything they're doing. It's the best mechanic shop I know. Never have any issues after they work on my vehicles. Dale's Quality Car Care is a honest shop. You won't regret choosing to bring your vehicle to them.

I was a longtime customer of the Ford Dealership near me, but I needed work done on my 2013 F150 and Ford could not fit me into their schedule. So, I took my F150 to Dale's and was pleased with the quality of the work and the service. I recently had engine oil leaks repaired and also had the water pump replaced at Dale's and I was extremely satisfied with the work and the time it took to complete the work. The work was done right the first time and the owner, as well as the technicians took the time to explain what was needed and the steps taken to complete the work. In addition, the engine and engine bay were cleaned of all the oil that resulted from the engine oil leak. They definitely exceeded my expectations!

Love this mechanic shop! Competitive pricing, honesty & transparency, friendly & trustworthy staff, a welcoming environment, photo documentation of everything, conveniently located, great hours, and you can hang out with the owner's dog if you choose to wait for your service. Other shops can be impersonal, or feel like they're ripping you off with high prices for services that aren't always explained, but you will never have that problem at Dale's. Absolutely the greatest experience ever in my 50 years, with any service!! Amazing family feel and genuine concern for clients with desire to see them in return services Was a huge unexpected blessing, when I just needed my tire looked at on my first experience with Dale s. Very early, no appointment, and it was like they already knew me, n treated me like a personal friend; while never asking for a dime to look at my tires and then tightened the lug nuts that had come loose on one tire, that could ve been a huge accident!! Keeping their community safe, when it s extremely hard being a woman and knowing nothing about cars and being able to trust, that someone else truly cares, and not only cares; but will go out of their way to help u feel safe and respected, when times today can be so rough on any given day!!!! To be treated with meaning and respect was truly life giving and talk about paying it forward and being the solution u want to see!!! Inspired to continue loving everyday; and every experience, even the rough ones!!! N I will be coming back until the doors close or I do!! .lol I wish every business was such a blessing as this one to its community . How much more beautiful the world would truly be!! i just recently (Tues-9th) took in my tundra to be look at for check engine code P0014....camshaft timing. i''m giving a 3star rating in fair honesty b'cuz i'm waiting to see a response to my problem.....as i mentioned i took my truck to be diagnosed and repaired. the staff was very polite and gave my great detail of what they discovered and what work was needed to clear and fix my vehicle. i trusted everything that was explained and felt very comfortable in paying the amount they quoted me. ($899)....my truck was in the shop for 2days, no problem there.....i did have to rent a car from Hertz($138) for 2 days and leave early from work (2days) to make it back before closing, (Hertz and Dale's). so, i was told on Weds-11th-yesterday that it was ready so took off early, returned the rental, pick up my truck and all was well. the cost was high, but i felt it worth it if it's all fixed and i'd have no more problems with it. well......just this evening (Thurs-12th, driving back to my hotel....the check engine lights come back on. same code (P0014). i called (Dale's) and left a message....now i wait for their reply and see how it's goes from here......hoping to get repairs done right and with fair results being i will have to leave it there again and rent a car again and leave work early again.

They are a car savior!!! I stopped in on the way home as they were about to close and took the time to diagnose what was wrong with my car!!! They were able to work around my schedule also. We have brought our vehicles to Dales since we moved here. They've always been honest and take care of us like we're family friends. Good people, every single one of them. And, in my humble opinion that's what you need in a good mechanic. Quality work, honesty, good conversation, and quick. Love, love, love them. Dales was a very pleasant surprise! My recent experiences with the dealers have been disappointing at best with extreme wait times! Dales got the parts needed before I dropped my truck off, got LDS Warranty approval and performed the exhaust manifold replacement in one day. Dale's lives up to their name! The quality of work, the transparency of the work performed, the explanations of how and why the did the work they did seriously can't be beat. I believe it Dale himself that walked me through all the work they performed on my vehicle and he made sure when explaining everything to me that he didn't get overly technical or go out of my scope of understanding and basically "dumbed it down" so I could understand everything they did. They even provided pictures during and after troubleshooting and completing the work. Top notch! Easy scheduling, reasonable prices, high quality work. They don't BS you with frivolous add-on services and are honest about what services your car would need at what mileage. They have a wide knowledge of mechanic work on various types of cars; what they don't know they are really good at researching to fix your car problem accurately and cost-effectively. Mark and Sid treated me great! Very professional. My truck was shaking at 65 mph + and Mark diagnosed it and spent a lot of time balancing the front tires to get them right. Very satisfied with the service and price. My go-to place moving forward.

7-23-2023 Unfortunately I had to replace my vehicle due to it being totaled. I now bring my current vehicle to Dale's for great service... 8-25-2022 I can never go wrong with Dale's Quality Car Care. Always great service and experience. Took care of routine maintenance and plugged a tire due to a nail. 5-7-2022 Had issues with my Jeep, brought her in and needed my starter and radiator replaced. Thanks to the crew at Dale's, she's purring again... 8-10-2021 Went in recently for scheduled maintenance and brake issues. Again, Dale's Quality Car Care took care of everything... 5-10-2021 I brought my Jeep back to Dale's for regular maintenance and as always the service and folks there are great. Dale's is my shop. My Jeep is doing great. You all not only do great work, you have an awesome customer experience because of you and your staff. I went to Dale s having issues with my suspension. I previously went to another repair shop (which I will not name), had repairs completed and still experienced the same issues. I took my Honda CRV over to Dale s to have them take a look at it and thank God I did. I was riding (suspension) on a ticking time bomb, after a diagnostic check they showed me what the issues were and I m happy to be alive, this could have been catastrophic for me and another driver if it went unchecked any longer. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient. The representative at the front desk was extremely nice and made me feel right at home. The repair technician was funny, detailed and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of his craft. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was with my experience. Dale s automotive repair has given me new faith in customer service and I will tell all of my family and friends to visit this for any and all of your auto repair needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This review is way overdue, but my hair s been on fire over this and I wanted to calm down first. It s been six months. I took my truck to Dale s to get a second quote on the cost of repairing my air conditioning. I d taken it to the dealership and the estimate was super high. I told this to the guy on the phone, as well as explaining the frustration of the dealership quote on top of all the other costs we had on our plate post-Ida, post-pandemic, and post recent surgeries. I wanted the guy to know from the outset that finances were an issue for us, indeed the very reason we sought a second quote. (Not having AC in the summer was brutal and limiting, so we wanted to make sure it wasn t an easy fix.) I spoke to the guy on the phone again when they were through with the truck. He told me the cost to fix it would be high, about the same as the dealership, and that he texted me a link to quote. I said that, of course, we would unfortunately have to wait to have it fixed. Little did I know that the link also showed diagnostic charges amounting to $298.75, being that the guy failed to mention this to me. My husband picked up the truck that afternoon, told it had cost $300, and asked what work they had done. I was floored, and immediately called. It rang and rang, and then it went to the voicemail of an individual, not a business. I called several more times that day, and the next. All the same. I double checked the number against my saved contact. Still no answer. Finally, I called from my husband s phone, and the guy picked up on the first ring. I was hopping mad and tried to untangle how they could charge me money without my consent. His explanation was that they had to do a diagnostic test and that they don t work for free . My response to that flippant remark was that I don t expect anyone to work for free, but I do expect to be informed of, and give consent for, any charges. Otherwise, it isn t business, it s theft. He said he d texted the link to me (and then recited my phone number, which made me feel even more certain that my calls had been intentionally dodged). The link was the same link that he told me was an estimate for work this guy never once said there would be a charge, before or after. I railed that not even the dealership had charged for a diagnostic, and that if he had informed me of the charge in advance, I of course would never have had the second quote done, which he should know because I d made our financial situation very clear. Business is an agreement, and I never agreed to any charges. If it will cost money to provide an estimate, inform the customer, and get consent. Dale s made an excruciatingly difficult time in life $300 harder, not to mention the anguish of feeling completely taken advantage of. I may not get back my money, but I hope this review will spare you from the same experience.

What a great shop! Upfront and honest pricing for the work being done. Sid's communication is outstanding. Brought son's 2005 Impala in for pwr steering fluid loss, but thru the thorough inspection on the rack, the pwr steering line below was damaged by the lowering of the engine fm broken motor mounts, which also affected the rack/pinion system. Due to all these problems, which I had no knowledge of until checked, & age of vehicle, my son rejected repairing it. Thorough & honest shop.
