It is very easy to see why this place has a 5 star rating. Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are super fast and courteous and their customer service is excellent! Very happy to continue the 5 star rating! They but deserve and earned it!

What a great place. My brakes starting squeaking and thought it was time for new brakes. Explained to them that I've leased cars for past 20 years and hadn't had to worry about maintenance since everything was covered during my lease. They could have easily took me for a fool but got a call, breaker are in great shape, probably 50-60 percent left on them. How refreshing. Would recommend just because they were great to speak with and made me feel they cared more about me than making a dollar off me.

My car was serviced approximately 1 year ago. Some issues popped up that were possibly overlooked during the repairs. After making contact with Ultimate Tire & Brakes, the Owner made good on addressing the issues at no additional costs since it was unclear if the issues were pre-existing. Our car seems to be functioning very well since the Ultimate Tire completed the work this week. Ultimate Tire's actions displays good integrity and an appreciation for their customers. I would recommend them any day and will continue to utilize their services for my future vehicle needs.

All I can say is Thank you!!! Service was courteous and fast! My car would barely move and I turned into this business. I had new calipers,brakes and rotors a put on and now my car is running smoothly.It was done in one day and there is also financing. You guys are awesome!!!

I came in with my passenger tire deflating for the last few days . I called ultimate tire and the people were absolutely amazing . I had a broken screwdriver head in my tire and they not only patched my tire, they also went the extra mile and put a new valve cap on my tire for me since mine was missing from constantly filling up my tire. I would recommend this place over and over and I personally will only be using this shop for all of my car needs. Thank you all at ultimate tire for being so kind and helpful .

Great experience start to finish! Got me in quick, did a great job on tires and alignment at a great price, and zero attempts to upsell me on products or services. Just good old-fashioned honest business and excellent customer service. This will be my go-to shop from here on out!

- This review is in regards to my experience with "James" at the Hammond location - (I think I have the first name right... apologies if I don't). ----------------------------------I am from Central Oklahoma. I come to "Robert, La" sometimes a couple times per year. (for work related event).- When I come I pull (2) trailers full of parts ... We just made a trip to Robert, La last week .... on the way from Oklahoma to Robert, La (on Wednesday (4-19)... one of the 14 ply trailer tires got shredded (and the RIM also was ruined)... (in Shreveport).... we had a spare, and made it to our destination just fine.- Being a visitor in the area (and not familiar)... I had to find a place to acquire a spare tire for the return trip, I resorted to searching with google (on Thursday 4-20)... and I came up with 3 or 4 places (in Hammond, La).... All of the places (except one) when I explained my problem, and that I was from "out of town" ... I was treated like they did not have time for me .... except .. "James" at Ultimate Tire ..... he was very helpful, made me feel like my problem was his problem... and he was going to make sure my problem was solved... I came into his shop at 4:59pm on Thursday 4-20 ... and he got all the specs... and worked to make sure my tire and rim were on order... and by 9:20am Friday Morning (4:21).... I had a call that my tire and rim were ready to pickup.--- I was tied up tightly with work .... and I was not able to get away until Saturday to go pickup the tire ... and I let the time get away from me... I left Robert, La at 12:11pm ... (they close at noon)..... I called "James" and told him I was on my way .... even though he was needing to leave for personal reasons... he stayed and waited on me to get there..... was very helpful and courteous ... I was not happy about ruining an expensive tire/rim .... but I was very pleased with the excellent service and integrity of care I received.... I wanted to leave as good of a message / review as I possibly can.... being treated so kindly was so very much appreciated!!!(I was treated this way, when James knew perfectly well that I was from Oklahoma... and no real chance for me being repeat business).... Thank you James!!!!

Love the wheels and tires they put together for me! I went everywhere trying to find the exact setup no one could find them except ultimate tire...had a little rubbing issue due to running 35s but they also fixed that. The only shop I trust with my black rims... no scratches or dings after mounting and balancing them unlike other shops beating on weights. They use stick ons...Great place, Excellent service!

There are a few places left in Hammond that you are treated like family and that go above and way beyond the service you need on your vehicle. James at Ultimate Tire & Brakes is a guy that runs his business the way you would hope others in the industry would, with honesty and integrity first and foremost.Customers in the Hammond Louisiana area should definitely check out this place Whenever you need any type of service on your tires are brakes. The prices are more than fair and the customer service is outstanding people like to know their vehicle is in safe hands especially when It comes to anything mechanical or having to do with their vehicle.These are the guys who operated Allied Tire s for years and years and that most of Hammond had come to rely on for all their tire and brake needs. Allied isn t Allied anymore do not be fooled by the location go to ultimate tire and brakes for all your services trust me on this.

Traveling through Louisiana in a RV and had a blowout. Put on the spare which blew out as well in the Hammond area. My one and only stop was to Ultimate Tire and Brakes. They had everything I needed to get me going again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. Very professional! Thank you Ultimate Team

Originally I went to Walmart to see if they can plug my tire. They told me that it was too close and I had to get a new tire which would cost $75. I wanted a second opinion, so I called ultimate tire and brakes and James answered and he was very helpful. They were able to plug my tire and get me in-and-out in under 10 minutes. James was awesome and I'll definitely be back if I ever need anything else!!!!!!

Took my truck here to get my tires rotated and balanced as my normal place was super busy. James was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all honest which is hard to find these days. They had me in and out in no time and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg like other places. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

I drove an hour to come here for brakes and rotors. I was really impressed at the customer service and how quickly the staff got to my car .I highly recommend.P.S. if you go, ask for Blue-Eyed Wayne. He was great.

Great company. Had a new tire placed on a rim. It was done quickly and at a fair price. The next day I had to put another new tire on a rim(different car). They did another amazing job. Highly recommend.

Brought my girlfriends car in to get a slow leak on a tire checked out. They quickly found out it was a bad valve stem and replaced it for no charge. These guys were very friendly and down to earth guys. Being out of town it s hard to find someone good and dependable. These guys are it and will be coming back in the future. Thanks again

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST, NEEDED ROOF ID LIGHTS ON PROMASTER VAN INSTALLED, I COULDN'T FIND ANY OTHER SHOP IN HAMMOND TO DO IT, THESE GUYS TOOK ME IN, GOT LIGHTS INSTALLED .. LIFE SAVERS.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH...

Had a great experience here. Staff is very friendly. I tried 3 separate tire shops to try to get my tire patched before work and they all were either not open when they said they would be or too busy to help me out. I come here and I was out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend you come here for you tire and brake needs.

Only shop in Hammond I've found so far that we're able to balance my 33x12.50 tires. A bit higher @ $25 per tire, but good service & owner is a nice guy.

My first experience was GREATT! I had a flat tire and a nail and they sent someone to put air in my tire so i can drive to the place. Once i got there it was such a welcoming place. Everyone was EXTREMELY nice and funny. While waiting, i sat in the lobby talking to the staff and it was a great talk and made me want to come back just to chat with them lol. They finished very quick and my tire was good as new! i HIGHLY recommend them over anyone else in hammond!! 10/10!!!

Super nice, customer service EXCELLENT and the owner/ manager wasn t going to leave us stranded with a blow out!!! National TIRE next door to ultimate don t waste your time with them!! I recommend ultimate tire any day of the week over national tire!!

I went in because TWO different tire shops balanced my tires wrong and I was unable to drive faster than 45mph without my car shaking out of control. Went to this tire shop and everyone was sooooo helpful and thorough. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back for all of my tire needs. Customer Service was .
