Was in a T-bone collision and they had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. Had great prices and financing options. Their team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I normally don t the time to do reviews, even though I should. These guys are worth reviewing. I can t say enough good things about them. They are honest, stand up guys and will do anything they can to help you, even if it doesn t benefit their business .sometimes even at cost to their business. I ve had them do checks and look at things and if they couldn t fix it or weren t the cheapest option, they would point me in the direction of someone who could help or that had the cheapest option and sent me on my way without charge. Smart business because I ve sent many people to them as a result. Id recommend them to everyone.

Tony's Tire & Automotive has been our go-to place for anything vehicle related for years. Most recently, I got new brakes, new tires, and an oil change before a cross-country drive, and I couldn't be happier with their efficient, professional service and fair and honest pricing.

Got me in and out super fast this past week. I arrived with a nail in a Michelin tire with less than 7k miles on it and I was bummed. Tires ain't cheap.Anyway, they were able to patch my tire and get me an oil change done in about 30 minutes. First oil change on this new truck and Karen even looked up by plate or VIN# to see exactly the recommended oil and filter Ford recommends.Almost a week later and tire maintains its pressure and I have no worries commuting 100 miles to work every day.My dad and I have been bringing cars and trucks to Tony's for a great many years and I've never been when Karen wasn't on-hand to guide the service of my vehicles. She's on top of it and has a great crew of service techs that get the job done.

Top notch customer care! This place rocks!!! Tony, the owner, personally greeted me with a hand shake and a smile. They got me in to do an oil change and serpentine belt, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Only cost $189 for both including parts. I have traveled the Is and not found better customer service or prices. I highly recommend this righteous dude!

Went there to get freon topped off, and I told them that I had multiple issues with the AC in my vehicle. Fan slows to almost stopping at times. Temperature of the air fluctuates to almost warm. They didn't even check the freon level, replaced the cabin air filter, and charged me almost $180. Said if that didn't fix the issue to come back and they will dig deeper into the problem, but that it will cost more the longer it takes them to figure out what is wrong. I get that time = money, but I feel scammed. The problems have not been fixed and they didn't even do one of the things I specifically requested, didn't even look into it and just disregarded what I had wanted. To me, this sounds like they're being paid to be terrible at their job, the worse they are at figuring out what problems are, the more you're forced to pay. You're better off bringing your vehicle to a place that has people who know what they're doing, at least if you're having an AC issue.

I had no tail lights, no dash lights on my 07 Vue. They ran a diagnostic & fixed the problem quickly. Everyone was very nice & professional. I would recommend them to everyone. Not just a tire shop. Did I mention, the price was $ very reasonable! Thank you Tony s.

Awesome!! That's why they are so busy. Right on time! Next day! Right on the price. Replaced front end parts (difficult). Don't go anywhere until you talk to these guys. Totally happy. Thanks Chris.

Fast friendly service... very fair price. Even though I pulled up and it looked busy, they took care of me right away and had my tire off in 10 minutes, patched and back on the road 25 minutes later.I highly recommend them if you can get there during the week. Closed on weekends.

These guys are fantastic. Had a flat on our Tesla. They had the best price for replacement. Chris took the best care of us, I cant thank Chris and the crew enough! Customer for life!

I made the time to come get new tires, and had a long wait but the workers made it pleasant by checking on me and keeping me up to date with who was working on my car. The price was very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend it

They did their job, but they overcharged us for mounting tires, once they found out we didn t purchase the tires/rims from them. Acted very petty and jacked up the price for a $50-60 service to 3x what it costs.Ask for a quote prior to using them, if you have to use them that is. Will definitely be avoiding Tony s in the future.

Tony's Tire & Automotive is a great business. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. I've been using them for 11 years and never had any issues. They always go the extra mile to make sure your vehicles are done right!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They sold me a tire and the next day it blew out. They did nothing for me and were very rude. DO NOT do business with this company. Their defective tire blew out on the highway less than 200 miles after purchasing from them. We could've been seriously injured but they didnt seem to care at all. They want your money and that's it. If I could give them a ZERO star review I would. They are a bunch of crooks

Fast friendly service, and they will try to get the job done and save you money. If my schedule would have allowed me to wait another day, they offered an option that would have saved me $30 a tire. And I didn't even have to ask for it.

I had originally intented to just have them change the oil and airfilter in my car and ended up having to get my whole radiator replaced (only after they had me pay $45 to see where the leak was), but when I got my car back there were a whole host of issues that started up after I got my car fixed by them.My car whines and spitters terribly whenever I turn the air conditioner on, hot or cold, and it will whine for entirely too long. The tires and wheels make an awful grinding sound when I drive and try to turn, and there is always something rattling inside my engine. It didn't do any of that before I took it tto get fixed. It seems I got my car back more broken than fixed and I really need these new problems to be fixed but I doubt that they would admit they make any mistakes or missed anything if I took it back in. I'm hesitant to take my car back there even though they're the only ones in town who can service my car. I would recommend reading more reviews. If all you need is tires, they can help. If you need something more, I might recommend looking somewhere else. Sorry, Tony's Tires.

I ever been to a place where they have nice and patient people that can help u get your ride back riding nicely they are very cooperative with customers and I love the way they fix on my car, if u need anything fix for a reasonable price Tony is the place for your ride. I've been using Tony's Tire since I moved to Hammond 3 years ago. They generally do good work. Although my first visit was to buy new tires and a few days later I noticed I was missing some lug nuts. Brought the car back and they quickly fixed the problem.More recently I haven't been able to get them to work on my car. They use a "fist come first serve" system which means you are help to their schedule and they can never tell you if they have time to make repairs on your car. I finally gave up on trying to give them my business. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

We had a blowout on I-12 near Hammond, and the spare tire turned out to be flat as well. A AAA tow truck took us and the car to Tony's. They were able to get us back on the road within less than half an hour. They also checked the spare, then remounted and inflated it at no extra charge.The woman working at the front counter was having a busy day (working alone, it seemed), but she still managed to make us feel at home, offering us cold drinks and the remote control to the TV in the waiting room a very friendly touch in the middle of a stressful situation!

My elderly mother stopped by and wanted someone to check her tire. She explained that her light came on to check tire pressure. (She had someone put air in tire the night before.) She was quickly dismissed and I feel (and so did she) that she was not heard. She was told the light periodically come due to change of weather. Yes that is true, but my mother did leave and go to another business who took the time to check the tire and they found a nail in the tire! She could have been stranded or worse a blow out had she not gone somewhere else to check it and ultimately get it fixed. So sad, won t take the time out to really listen-grant it you might be busy but explain that you wouldn t be able to check it today!

Went to tony's tire because there is never a wait for a simple oil change and got my car back 20 mins later. not too bad right? except for the fact that when I went to get my oil changed again, my oil drain plug was stripped, and my oil pan was cracked from being tightened too much and they tried covering the crack with teflon tape and coated it. This is not fair that I have to pay for a whole new oil pan because of them. No tire rotation or anything comes with their expensive oil change... so disappointed. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy!!

Tony s is a great place to take your vehicle. The staff there are amazing and will help you figure out anything you need. If you re looking for a good local shop this is the place for you.

Great! Lined me up with the right tires for my work.pleasant people. Ausome exp. There gonna do my inspection sticker and fix what it needs. I could not be happier.
