Went to get an issue fixed that was under my vehicle's warranty. I was told that they didn't have an agreement with the company I had the warranty with. Found out through corporate that this was not true. Now that I have no faith in the competency and fear more time will be wasted, I'll have to go out of town to get my car fixed.

My husband and I have only ever had good experiences here. Most recently, a gentleman named Jamie was at the customer counter and was very personable and communicative.

Our team was passing through town when we had a blowout in our 2015 Mercedes sprinter van. I called Rick at the tire choice, and he said to come right in and he would take care of us. The job was done in less than 30 minutes, and he didn t even want any payment from us. It s quite possible this is the most generous and quick service we have ever received anywhere. If we are ever back in this area, we are definitely giving this place our business. THANK YOU!

I m extremely satisfied with the service and courtesy shown to me. I will definitely be recommending Tire Choice to anyone that needs service on their car. Jamie was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Will be going back for any future service I need!!

My husband made an online appt to have his tire looked at for a possible leak since he purchased 4 new corvette tires at this location. He came in on a early Saturday morning and was told by one of the guys that he didn t have the equipment to deal with it and plus they were short-handed and didn t have time to be messing with a tire and told him to go to another location. It was frustrating to say the least because the tires aren t cheap. This is not how we expected to start our day. Wish I would have gotten the person s name. Just poor customer service.

On our way to Florida, I had a drill bit, lodged in my rear drivers side tire. I swapped out the front tire to the rear due to larger tires on the truck than the spare. Stopped at another location to have the tire patched. They put the plugged tire on the front and removed the spare. We made it about 100 miles when the truck felt funny, we pulled into a Petro station when the front wheel that had just put oncame off and hit a gas pump. I called a local towing company in Hammond Louisiana and the suggested Tire Choice Auto Center. They had to change out the front driver's side wheel assembly hub and rotor , the first tire place had either tightened the lugs up to much or not enough. After I ordered the parts and they were delivered, these guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road, very pleased and happy my truck was towed there. Would highly recommend them. Also told us about a few places to visit while in Florida.

We were on our way to Shreveport when our tire warning came on. We were loaded down with boxes and suitcases. Because the spare was under the back and had to have a special tool to get to it, he helped us unload the heavy stuff and then he put our spare on which took a good hour of hard work. We will definitely pay it forward. Thank you so much. God bless you.

Great experience, phenomenal customer service. Stopped by to order tires, and though they were exceptionally busy, they remained very professional and helpful. They managed to get my tires in and replaced two days before what I was told to expect. Trudy is a life saver!

My wife came by to get her front brake pads replaced and after being told the price for it she waited for it to be done. She was greeted at the end of her 3 hour wait with, Are you ready to spend some money! They then informed her that they replaced her front pads, her rear pads, installed two new rotors (which were not needed) on her front axle and charged her $600 instead of $135 without her knowing. The LEAST they could do was poke their head out and ask her but they didn t even do that. This is what happens when you have greedy business owners dealing with customers who don t know any better. I wish I had just done it myself but I do not have the time. I will not be giving them anymore business in the future and will advise all others to not as well.

They were able to really help me. My car broke down and I was stranded. They went above and beyond to fix my car. I highly recommend them to everyone.

This place is amazing!! Had a slow leak tire coming from out of town came to tire choice. Trudy and Dedric were the most professional and helpful employees. 30 mins later got a new tire put on and ready to go. 10/10 would recommend

Terrible experience. Booked the appointment online. Put in all the vehicle details. Chose the tires. 3 days later I show up 30 minutes early for my appointment. They have no tires in stock and a sorry . Unacceptable service. Back to my routine of ordering tires online and will have them installed elsewhere after I get this handled today. NTB got me right in and has 3 different brands in stock.

We were visiting from Colorado & noticed our truck alinement needed to be fixed. We called & got an appointment the next day. The entire staff was kind & so incredibly helpful with all our questions! We were in & out without a long wait. 10/10 recommended!!

The manager and all of the employees were super friendly, I was treated like family. The cost of the services are fair, no price gouging here. They were very busy but took care of everyone and even went above and beyond helping an elder couple. This is a great team of guys and I will continue to use them in the future.

We had a blow out on our travel trailer, the crew didn t have our tires in stock but were able to get them to their shop in a few hours. Having a 30 foot trailer I was not sure how it would work in their lot, but they were able to fit the trailer in perfectly and replace all our tires in less than 30 min. We shopped around and they were saved us 400$ along with giving us a peace of mind. I would recommend this shop to anyone, they are very professional and a great group of guys!!

These guys are the best. After calling all over town to find the best prices on some new tires, Allied not only guaranteed to beat anyone's price, they didn't need to. They were by far the cheapest price I got. Not only that, they were the only place that had them currently in stock and didn't need to order them. Best part, after going and quickly being helped, the total came out to even less than they originally quoted me. Don't get tires from anywhere else.

3-4 months ago this company patched a newer tire of a mine. The patch fails and destroys my tire to where they say I need the tire replaced. After they admit their work failed they want me to pay full price for a brand new tire. They do not honor or warrant their work.

Amazing customer service. First, they got me tires that they didn't have in stock within 24 hours. Then, today when I got a nail in my tire they squeezed me in for a patch at the end of the business day with no questions asked and a positive attitude. I truly appreciate the help! Will be recommending The Tire Choice from here on out.

These guys are fantastic and don't try to con you into extra work. I dropped off my car in to have tires mounted and balanced. After I got home I remembered that I wanted an alignment. I gave a call; they quoted me a price over the phone. When I went to pick my car up they said it was already aligned so they didn't charge me for the service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will go back!

Above and beyond good buiseness and customer service.. I needed some nearly obsolete sized tires for my late 80s motor home..Ray at the front desk was able to locate and order some right away.. not only that but he was able to get me financing and stayed on top of the shipment daily as covid has the supply chain all messed up these days.. this motor home is all I have and he would have had a much easier week had he just brushed me off.. He even knew my name after the first visit! The whole crew is friendly, respectfull, helpful and works together very well too. Great experience, great place to support! God bless!

Pricing was absurd. Guy was very rude when I asked how long it would take, said whatever you re going to do, don t do it quick, I passed by later to see if it was done and my car was sitting out as if it was done, but I didn t get a phone call that it was, saw the guy outside taking a break. When I got home 20 minutes later he called to say it was ready, so I had to turn around and go back. Would ve appreciated a call when my car was actually done. I have found another shop in Hammond that has way better pricing so I will not be back.

I paid 900$ for a brake job they didn t fix. They put a broke part on my car and appeared to have no clue of what was going on. Office personnel is rude and has no compassion or knowledge of cars. They had to refund me my money, Don t do business here!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst mechanic shop ever. Never once got an apology for there mess up. I would try to fix it myself before going to these clowns.

Super nice and helpful. They have great customer service and are very nice and respectful. I will now come here for my oil change needs and continue to come here for tire services. They are setting me up with 4 brand new tires and are thorough with their work. Thanks so much Raymond and Rick!!

Had a leak in my tire so I stopped by during lunch to get it fixed. They had some other work going on so it took about 1.5 hours. I don't know if it was because it was my first time there or because of the wait time, but the tire repair was free of charge. They all seemed like good people. I'll be back next time I need tires.
