Night shift mechanic and cashier are really lazy, if they don't like to work or been there please look for another job. A replacement of a antifreeze coolant hose was so difficult to do this job for them, mechanic never stand up to check or see if he can help just putting to many excuses, lady at cashier don't have a good customer service. So thank you to day shift mechanic he fix my hose leak problem in just 30 minutes, cashier lady so nice good customer service. So please Mr. Michael Sheffield you need to change night shift workers.

Had someone come and knock on my door in the middle of the day asking for money, he told me he was with Petro and the spot I was in was reserved, I gave him the $20 and he left, about an hour later another guy comes and knocks on my door demanding that I pay for my spot. Once I told him that I had already paid for it he said I did not, I was told that I had given money to a local crackhead that sometimes comes in and takes advantage of the drivers, he told me I still had to pay and I refused. I am not paying to park my truck a second time, if that guy isn't working for you then it is the stores responsibility to make sure this never happens again. I was a lawyer before I drove trucks and what you are doing here is very illegal, but I'm sure you all already know that. Drivers do not have to move their trucks and there is nothing that can be done about it thanks to the FMCSA law regarding HOS, if this is violated there are heavy fines and jail time that can occur to whomever violates the law. Might want to consider that before you try to boot or tow a vehicle. And for Christ sake fix these damn holes in your parking lot before drivers start charging for damage to their vehicle

DRIVERS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF LOOKING FOR REPAIRS..... tried to get a flat tire replaced here..... drove 1.5 hr here because they had a tire to match my set in stock. Walked in when I got there and OH WAIT WAIT can't buy with credit card must be cash no other forms of payment accepted..... whoever heard the likes did they walk to work this morning to? Just expect a driver to have almost a 1000 dollars in his truck somewhere.... good grief we aren't the bank. Thankfully speedco across the rd had the tire as well at 100 bucks less and they take card..... really wonder where the extra hundred is going if you know what I'm saying

Really large parking lot but almost every truck parking spot is paid. Which is fine but then at least take care of the lot. It s basically like taking a semi off roading when you come through here.Staff is nice enough, haven t hit the showers yet so can t comment on that.But good god they need to replace this parking lot.

Rudest people I have ever met!!! Pulled up to get drink and coffee, parked on line knowing quick in an out no other trucks waiting, 4am . Away from scale dude comes out stating no one can park online cause people need use scale. Well As$-Hat where the people at??? You had no business an I was buying stuff. Young man around 20's white shirt apron on . Hopefully you don't keep your job long and sad you costed them business

I went here worst customer service they guys were cool but lady with blonde hair for the registration in after noon shift at 2:00 ok got big attitude, which made me to go somewhere else and fix my truck

At fuel island have problem asked for management was told none on duty until 8 . Tried then to buy eggs and bacon that was in hot box was told can't buy that we are closed very racist lady so you have food freshly cooked but won't sell it .

This place is terrible. It seems like there are more reserved parking, then regular parking. I hate TA and Petro. They take advantage of truck drivers, while giving little care of their parking lots and stores.

Cannot fix a truck in a timely manner. They need to have specific people just for road calls. It's 7:40 am and everyone is leaving for road calls but 1 mechanic. Apparently, no one can fix a semi truck unless it's just parts replacement like alternators, battery, belts.

Big parking lot, but half of it is reserved. Took a shower, but there was no cold water, no it's not a mistake. The water is so hot that I was hurrying in and out of the water, that shower room was so hot that I started sweating when I was getting dressed. I guess it's their strategy to get you out of the shower fast. Make you feel uncomfortable so you leave soon. There is an ac vent inside the shower, but no cold air is coming out of it. As soon as you leave the shower room, you can feel the fresh air on the hallway, man. I wanted to leave the door open when I was in the shower and let that cool air in. Note there was cold water on the faucet inside the shower room. Bad shower experience. I feel like I didn't take a shower. 16 dollars gone to waste. Restaurant personnel were polite and professional, food was ok.

Its one of the worse TA of US , the parking lot its a mess , holes every where plus they charge $22 for parking , every spot is reserved , there are just a few parking free , showers was ok , i didnt try food inside cuz i ve my own ,but they have restaurant .

Parking lot is by far the worse & they don't even try to patch or fix any holes be careful driving through here it's not that safe..Careful Driver

Had a few minor things done here this evening. Not one complaint about the service performed. MWS did a stand up job. Only downfall is the wait time, but that s just the nature of the beast. Keep up the good work guys. It s appreciated.

It is very sad that each driver or truck owner, due to circumstances beyond our control that we have the emergency to use the services of these mega-large chain places, have to bear first the high price of everything and then the lack of experience in each staff of what works, you go for anything and they do it wrong and they don't even know with little experience, I do not recommend these places I am a good negative if you step on these places I know what will happen but without any other remedy we need, I would like to see these places closed completely because they are here to steal everyone's money and a bad service. I would prefer if I could reach a small business, I would, but on Sundays the small ones don't work. Do not come here, there is no experience at all, if you want to end up worse than what you come for, do not listen to me and see for yourself, but if my review is of any use to you, look for another place to resolve your issue.

Everything is expensive here. Only real food is from the restaurant inside. There use to be a Subway but it has been removed. If you're a Truck driver there are plenty of games and TV room to pass the time

Worst Petro in America this place needs to be out of business paid for Reserve spot early only to have no spots available security guard refused to help me find a parking spot saying parking attendant is off tonight. Trash minefield parking lot too.

The Worst Petro in whole country! Parked here for my 10 hour break fueled for $800, plus spend another $50 for food and when I went to sleep security woke me up saying I need to pay for parking as it was reserved one. No signs that it s reserved. Went to the manager and he says that s every 5 parking spots marked reserved. I won t be stopping here and hope this greedy place will go out of business. After this experience switching back to flying j pilot fuel system. Keep doing great job losing customers. Updated review just because good people who work here.

Wish they could have gotten to me a little quicker but there was nothing they could do about that. I had broke down with bad batteries in the Blue beacon and I really had to deal with some mess with the manager there. Thanks for getting me jumped off and new batteries put in.

And that s why I stopped fueling and spending money at TA and Petro half of the parking is paid parking 22$ per night y all lucky my hours ran out here. If it wasn t for the ELD you would ve dreamed of me spending a penny in these truck stops. ( much respect for LOVES truck stops )

The lady named Lou was very kind and wrote down my details for an engine oil change in the morning. But in the morning it turned out that they couldn't service Volvo trucks...???

parking is bad, some holes and pits, bad service, they say what they will do, and then they say that there are no spare parts and ask for money for looking at it!

Dont waste your time here, there is a freightliner 50 miles on either side of it. Waited an hour and a half for somebody to pull me in and didnt see a single person in the shop the whole time, mechanic sitting in the waiting room behind the counter. Ask how much longer and they say "pretty soon". Nah, spend my money somewhere else. Needed four batteries, easy money...

Tech are awesome, have to be a pro at driving. Getting in shop was tite, keep it slow. Great service.Wait was only 2 hours That's pretty good for a TA...tyvm Team....

(Regarding the Barbershop) UNBELIEVABLE! Lady told my wife men's haircut was $15. I get in there and she tells me $15 is with the clippers. It's $25 for an actual haircut with scissors. IN WHAT LIFETIME???? Any idiot can buzz sombody with clippers. If that is what I wanted... I'd do it myself. She takes advantage of truck drivers because she THINKS we have no other choice because we are limited to where we can take our trucks. LoL. An 18 wheeler fit in Walmart and Smarts Cuts is $15.99. RIPOFF ARTIST!
