I've been bringing my vehicle to Supreme Automotive for the past 10 years. Tommy is a great mechanic and reasonably priced. Most importantly he fixes it the first time. I wouldn't bring my vehicle to no one else!

This is not Supreme Toyota dealership. It's a private auto repair shop of a similar name. And I've never had a bad experience at this auto repair shop. We've been using them for a while now. Tommy and his mechanics are knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. Their prices are fair. I would trust anything they'd find/say at this point. They're always so busy so don't expect your vehicle back the same day. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely!

They fixed my car in the same day. They were very helpful also. I will be taking my car back to get the heater hose replaced. Thankfully they found another leak while fixing one very important leak. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you again

I purchased my 2014 1/2 Toyota Camry from Supreme in August of 2014. The finance department told me they were setting the payments for 72 months. When I went to sign the contract, they had it 75 months. I refused to purchase the car and went home. The salesperson called and said they had revised the payments if I could come back that evening and purchase it. I returned to the dealership to buy the car. I signed the paperwork after being assured the payments were correct. I brought the car home. I noticed the next day that they had added an extra $295.00 charge for a Duplicate Key.The salesperson never offered to help me after the initial visit. I was always transferred to another employee.I was told when I purchased the car I would receive 2 complimentary oil changes. One at 10,000 miles and another at 20,000. I contacted the dealership this past July when my car reached 20,000 miles. I was told the warranty was for 2 years or 20.000 miles. Then the following week I received a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. I called to schedule an appointment. I went and the service guy told me he couldn't accept my coupon because it was for a 2005-2010 vehicle. Then why send me the coupon in the mail.Also, last week another salesperson called and stated she had a special offer for me on a new car. I told her no way. I would never purchase another car from this dealership. I will be buying another new vehicle in the near future. But it won't be from Supreme Toyota in Hammond, La. They have reasonable pricing, are efficient, and quick! Thanks for every repair. The vehicle is running great. We dropped it off, and it was fixed in the same day!

Fair prices, very friendly service Staff. I will be coming back in the Future. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly . The same day had my friend answered the phone. Oh well look forward to getting my AC working next . Hopefully next month.
