I trust the crew with my vehicle maintenance. When I came in for an oil change, I had a question about my wheel hub. Jimmy checked it for me and he told me that wasn't the cause of the noise I was hearing. He did find that my brakes and rotors were extremely worn.They are very professional and take my safety and my concerns seriously. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I am a handicapped senior citizen who was frantic about my car. This company put me at ease and highly professional in knowledge and service. Fixed my car when other places including the dealership could not. Thank you to Mr Mark. Mr Jimmy and Donnie.

They couldn't check my engine air filter because there were too many wires on top of it , didn't have my kind of antifreeze so he couldn't top that fluid off but at least I got an oil change with a smile.

A great place to have your major mechanical repairs done. Such as head gaskets, timing chains, and even complete engine rebuilds.

I took my car to get a tune up 3/4 months ago. I took my car to somewhere else recently and they informed me I need a tune up funny thing is I just spent $600 on a tune up. When I go back and show him the code on my phone he states I need a tune up. When I said I just got one from y'all now all of a sudden he singing a new tune. He then say I could bring it back but if you didn't do it right the first time why would I bring it back. I had problems the first time I dropped it off. And whose to say you will tell me something is wrong to avoid taking responsibility for what you didn't do . I'm not satisfied at all car work is a lot of money people don't like wasting money.

The team here was great! They quickly had my oil changed and even showed me other things that needed replacement like my wiper blades, but I didn't feel like I was being sold anything. AWESOME! Ford dealer was backed up. Brought my new F350 here and these guys did excellent with it. Half the price of the dealer. I'm skeptical of quick lubes, but they did great. I recommend them and I'll go back. Owner and workers and very nice people

Let s start with customer service these guys were very welcoming and walked me through every detail about my vehicle. Eric and his crew went above and beyond to help get to the bottom of what was wrong with my car and that alone made me feel comfortable. Good customer is what I love and these guys brought their A game!! I love quality over quantity any day!Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

I have gone to many workshops to change the oil and do some repairs and really in this workshop I found a different attention, excellent, they were precise in the repairs, they checked if my tires lacked air, the water for the window cleaner and lacked and they placed it without recharging the price of the oil change, the very attentive staff, I loved the customer service and the quality of work they did to my car. I wish I could give them no stars. I got my car towed there Feb. 17th and the techs and mechanic flatly refused to work on my car because I am a Black woman (I am sorry to get racial but that is how it is.) And I was going to buy my own parts when they found out what was the issue. I asked them through my spouse who now not employed there numerous times only to be put off until the next week. It took 3 weeks until I got fed up and saved enough money to get my car towed back to my home. Thanks for nothing, Speedee if I knew you all was going to put me off like that I would have taken my business else where. 180 dollars I could have spent on my children instead of a blank trip.

Everyone here works very hard and has the utmost care for customers. At another shop, I was quoted a crazy price for a brake replacement. Here, they were honest with what I actually needed done and were affordable.

I was traveling through the area when one of my brakes seized up. They got me in right away, and got me back on the road within a few hours. Did a complete front brake job, including one new caliper. The price was even quite reasonable.

I can t say enough positives about this Speedy powered by women. They recently replaced both upper control arms on our 2007 Tahoe. This Chevrolet now drives and feels like a brand new automobile. Thank You Speedy for an amazing experience at a super reasonable price. Recently purchased a used vehicle and needed an oil change. It addition to my oil change and filters, they checked out my engine just to make sure they were no major issues with the vehicle. All the employees are super nice, courteous and friendly!! I had previously brought my old vehicle in also and they were very detailed about any issues that may have needed to be addressed whether it s a service they perform here or not. The employee's are always nice and honest. Also I noticed my tire pressure was low one day and didn't have any quarters so I stopped by and asked if they can check the pressure real quick. Not only did he check the pressure he also topped off all my tires for me. I wish I knew his name so I can thank him on here but I never.got it. For free! It didn't even take but a couple minutes. I usually come here to get my oil changed with coupons I get in the mail but that kind of service is impeccable. The people leaving bad reviews just be nuts,they've never been anything honest about the prices and the estimated time frame. Anyway. Fine establishment with super nice employees. Y'all have my business whenever I need something now

I was able to get my new tire installed without much wait. Did a good job overall, but was charged more than was advertised on the price list inside the waiting room. They need to be more transparent with their pricing.

Me and my fiance were travelling down from Missouri to New Orleans on a 10 day road trip when our car broke down in Hammond Louisiana and Eric was so kind enough to stay late after hours to figure out what was wrong with our car and fix it before checkout at the hotel the next day. The Southern charm down here really shines through at this local auto shop. The priced we're extremely fair and the staff was very respectful. I definitely recommend them.

All ii know is my car HAD oil when I went to get the oil changed. My car has NEVER left an oil spot. The guy changing the oil didn't make any comment that it looked like there was a problem...nothing. I drove out of SpeeDee-Midas on Tuesday mid day with my oil changed and $100.00 less in my account. By Wednesday, my car started leaving an oil spot in my driveway. Wednesday evening, I drove thirty miles on the interstate and back. When I arrived home, my car was smoking profusely. I opened the hood, and there wasn't any oil in my car. I added oil that night and in the morning, there wasn't any oil...again. I added more oil and brought back my cloud producing vehicle to SpeeDee. I was told that the head gasket had blown. I was also told that it was like that when I went in...it wasn't. They took no responsibility. I had to give a one star rating in order to give a review. Don't go to this place!

I really hope these reviews are read. I want you to know that Brant, the manager, was wonderful to my friend when she came in to have her car checked. Also, the shop was clean and the staff looked like they were all staying busy. Even the prices were good... But I wanted to say a few things I noticed about one employee in particular. Brant listened to what my friend was saying before he started diagnosing the problem. It seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to fix the problem. While I was with her and noticing how great he was, I was on the phone referring my mom to come see him. Her car could use a maintenance check too. Brant took his time and explained everything he wanted to do with my friends car. He told her his suggestions and reassured her he would make sure the problems were fixed .. AND HE DID! He did not try to sell to her, he honestly wanted to help her and make sure everything was done right. Not only did he talk to her but took his time, let her talk, explained everything he was going to do... AND HE DID IT! He was not only customer friendly but he is a great mechanic as well. Really a good person! Really a great employee Thank you Brant for helping her!

The guys who are working there are great, but I asked for my military discount and never got it. The manager wasn t there and had removed a scan bar so the guy couldn t do it. The manager needs to train the guys better on how to operate the computer or not take away their scan tabs. Very disappointed in the service and feel like I was overcharged and the service was not worth what I paid. I would not recommend going here unless you want to pay almost twice what everyone else charges. Not to mention the fact they added extra charges and NEVER said anything about them!Service: Oil change

First, let me say that I've used many quick-change oil services in the past...some were good, some were awful and none were truly great. That is, until I recently visited Speedy Oil Change & Auto Service in Hammond, Louisiana. The staff members I met were knowledgeable, very courteous and professional. I'm not a technician, nor am I a trained mechanic, but I know a bit about cars in general, and it was so nice to have not been treated like the old lady that I am (as has happened many times at other oil change places). When I opted out of the offered air filter change and told them that was something I could do myself for much less expense, they seemed genuinely impressed and were very gracious about it. I also learned that in addition to an oil change, this SpeeDee shop also provides many maintenance and repair services...and at a fair price. That's good news for anyone, especially to someone on a budget...like me.

The workers here were very friendly and outgoing! It was extremely quick service too. Rick helped me out so much filling out my paperwork and informed me on everything I asked about! He was awesome.

Well when the young guy tells be he had to fight the oil filter to get it on I get an instant red flag...... did you cross thread that cause it's never a problem to get on the thread? Looks like I'm gonna drop the oil after a few days to inspect it myself. What happened to knowledgeable and reliable service that's worry free?
