I have been there several times, and it just happens to be there now. I have tried several places around the Baton Rouge area, and I find it worth the drive to Hammond. I have a class A RV that they have done a great job on, it didn't matter if its part of the RV package or chassis, they do it all.

Needed a pm done on my class a coach before starting a 15 day vacation. Due to the storm was unable to get done until the morning of leaving to go out of town. Adam and crew jumped on it and got it done quickly. Highly recommend s and h for your rv repairs and maintenance. Recently brought my Tiffan Allegro Open Road there for Master Cylinder / Booster leak. They were very professional, correctly diagnosed the problem, gave an exact estimate for repairs and were QUICK about the entire process. Ms April was very courteous, nice, and accommodating. Brought my class C rv for warranty work that Ford dealers wouldn t do because of rv size. S&H did troubleshooting, found cause, submitted claim to Ford and fixed the problem.Very nice folks! HIGHLY recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am normally very hesitant to bring my motor home to a shop for any kind of service, but my power steering gear started leaking on my last trip and having inspected it I found that it might be too big a job for me to do on my own. It probably weighs about a hundred + pounds. I brought the motor home to S&H to repair/replace it on a referral from a friend that was pleased with their work and prices. While it was there I had them check out a problem with my exhaust brake and also my anti lock brakes. I picked it up today after a test drive. The repairs were all completed and the price for repairs was very reasonable. Don t get me wrong, I will still do the maintenance and repairs that I can handle on my own like oil changes fuel filter changes and light mechanical repairs but when I need to take my motor home to a shop again, it will be going back to S&H, and I will be referring friends to them as well. Thanks S&H!!!

I wasn't impressed with their communication skills nor their ability to greet a potential new customer. Once greeted it felt like I was interrupting then the mechanic (in the back of the shop) seemed to be put-out that he had to stop talking about his fishing trip to answer a question.I give three stars because I was never given the chance to experience their work so I really don't know, I don't plan on going back.I've witnessed this attitude in Mississippi, it must be nice to have so much work that you can turn your nose up at a would-be new customer.

If you wanted to be treated with respest and great people then you want to go to S&H Truck. I have been using camping world for years on my rv.always got the shaft finally I found S&H truck Ms April and crew are so nice and concerned great people they try to work with you and your scheule to keep you happy I`m so glad I found them If you need R.V. work you need to see them

Great staff. Adam diagnosed my RV concern and found there wasn't a problem. They could have ripped me off on a repair I didn't need. Only a small charge.
