The boss don t care he ll charge you for something even though it s not your fault all he say is that s the price. Told me the tire 60$ and come says the cheapest one is 75$ I do not recommend. They also try to work on 5 or 6 cars at one time without that many employees.

They dropped my buddies scooter and broke the mirror off the scooter, and refused to compensate him for the damages or repair the damages at all. Completely incompetent and worst tire services I have ever had. I will never go back to this place. Ridiculous. I don't know how they stay in business!

This place is a scam while I was there he was pointing out all kind of stuff supposedly wrong saying he had never seen stuff like this before and a tire and on brakes on somebody else's car I went there for a plug I had one single nail in my tire the guy split it while he was trying to take it out he had a box cutter in his hand then he tried saying that I had to get a patch after I told him I did not want a patch then he went to point out how my brakes were bad I just got my brakes done a month ago by the dealership this place is a scam he went to arguing with me I have video I will be reporting them to the BBB I would avoid this place to prevent any unnecessary funds coming out of your pocket because they're going to scam you for every penny they can get out of you the guy originally paid the $2 because that's all I had in cash and then he started acting crappy and arguing with me everybody was in there arguing with me I told him I did not want the inspection he said he was going to give it to me anyway whether I wanted it or not it was his job oh stupid little boy go get an education and stop fixing tires for a living because your job is not really that important

Had a blow out and they were the first that had the tire size I needed. As soon as we got there, despite having every other bay loaded and being worked on, they took us in immediately to an empty bay, had the tire changed in five minutes, and it only cost $99. Having been through this experience numerous times in the past, I expected not only to have to wait at least an hour but to pay far more. I was legitimately confused how it was done so quickly. Don t call around or waste your time at other places- this is it.

I had to change my initial review. When I used this business, they destroyed a rim while putting on a tire. They replaced my rim and all was good. A friend of mine used them and they destroyed a wheel stud on his car. He noticed while he was there and brought it to their attention. He had to have a mechanic fix it. He has receipts for parts and labor and they still refuse to help him out. Way to run a business!

This has quick turned into my go to spot...I use to only get my tires here but I they recently did my brakes and rotors and they didn't a phenomenal job.

The guys at Royal Tire are quick, diligent and courteous. They have 5 new Bays recently opened for more customers and quicker service times period I would recommend this place to any and all of my friends.

Is your normal tire shop not cutting it ? Come see Royal tires! That's what happened to me. And they were very accommodating. Quick service. Easy to communicate with. All about quality work!

This place right here is ready to go Hammond Louisiana going there and talk to Juan tell him I sent you here to fix you right up I got six or seven days and every one of them and get you in and out he's a very nice person he'll work with you anyway you can try it you'll like it

I was in need of a tire quickly. One of my tires had multiple holes for some strange reason. I went to various shops and they did not have my size tire and the ones that did were charging way too much! I called Royal Tires#1. Best decision ever, got a good deal along with fast and friendly service! I will definitely be back in the near future for my tire needs and more! Thanks Royal Tires #1!

Went and bought 3 new tires April 17 and now it s October 23 and I have wire coming out of my tire. Had my receipt and all. They didn t wanna give me a new one. They had to so call send it off to get check like I damage it. They are not professional about it at all. Then they wanted to charge me for another tire while they send the old one off to get it looked at. Avoid this place only

Honestly I did not end up buying tires or having work done just for the fact of the lady who answers the phones seems incompetent. I called about my size tires and if they had any nice used ones. She said she would go check and call me back....well I waited 20 minutes and decided call as I headd that way since my type of tire isn't uncommon idt. Anyway she answered and we word for word repeated our first conversation. I know it was the same woman because she had the same thick Spanish accent. Sorry I just felt that if she is that incompetent with simply checking then the mechanics are close to the same level.

I needed some lawn mower tires put on. I spoke with Josh and he had me in and out in 12 minutes $5 a tire. They were great. If I can give them 10 Stars I would, considering I live right by Michael canal and sons and they turned my business away. No hard feelings, it just puts things in a better perspective.

If I could put less stars I would. Unprofessional, rude staff. Sure you can get tires here, but don t expect to be treated well.

Excellent service and work.Update 5/6/21: I've used this place for a few years now for any and all alignments, tire mounting, etc...but I'm told today that they can no longer do an alignment on anything other than a small car. I have to find somewhere else to take my Sierra now.

Was in Hammond on a Saturday evening with my wife and my grandchildren. Tire went flat, had a screw in it. Unbeknownst to me the temporary spare was also bad. Me not being familiar with the area I didn't know where to get help. Some good Samaritans suggested Royal Tires. I am so thankful they did. Not only did they fix my tire, but they were also able to get me a replacement tire for my spare. And did all of this in record time. I am very thankful and grateful to the staff at Royal Tires!10 Stars, 2 Thumbs Up and a High Five!!!

HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE "BEST" TIRE SHOP ALL THE WAY FROM NEW ORLEANS TO HAMMOND!! My husband and I went today for 1 tire and ended up with 2 basically brand new tires. I will recommend to EVERYONE! Every one of the guys were responsible, respectable, VERY polite, AND I DO NOT HAVE NOT ONE COMPLAINT about this location or anyone who works there. Good Job Guys!!

Yes they were friendly, yes prices were reasonable, however they did not put the lugs on properly and just went in a circle and tightened them down too much with an impact.ADVICE: You must tighten lug nuts down a certain way, not in a circle all the way around. You must go across from each other to put wheel on car PROPERLY!!!

Do not spend your money with them! After I got almost 700 dollars in work done and still wasn't done right one of the workers told me he didn't care if it was done right or not. So just know THEY DONT CARE AT ROYAL TIRE

Wish I could give a negative star. Purchased new tire and very next day was flat brung it back to them they would not allow it to be returned and also found out my rim was cracked by "Dillon" asked to speak with manager old Hispanic managers argued with customer. The entire family came out speaking in Spanish and tried to intimidated me. Talking about me.. when I asked what the female said they are not to about me.. I'm a Texan so my Spanish is very fluent. Now on top of money wasted for a tire I have to spend money on a rim they cracked and will not even help with repairing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. And I plan to file a complaint with the city of Hammond... this how they treat visitors.. they scam them. I am in town visiting my sick mother in icu. Never thought I would be scammed by a supposedly family shop.

Went in to get a used tire and they wanted to charge 85 for a USED tire .. one tire! ..that's ridiculous when I can get one for 60 or less else where..and 2 bucks to put air in your tire..how they in business I don't know ...I'm at another location and got 2 tires for 100 and they dispose bad tires for free..please don't go here I won't ever again

One new tire $150. $70 for a used one. Kinda pricey for a neighborhood tire shop. Regular mid sized suv. Found a used one for $30 cheaper elsewhere. They're fast and professional but pricey

I have used these guys multiple times and I am in and out within minutes. The prices are good and they recently added new equipment for alignments and larger wheel mounting.

Had 2 sets of tires mounted and balanced, fast service and very polite people. They also mounted a tractor tire for me. I'll continue to go back Highly recommend!

Highway robbery I barely could understand the young lady and she told me they did not have a used tires the only tired that she had was $155 there was no way I was going to buy that time without any kind of insurance on the tire if I'm going to pay $155 for a time I'm not going to a tire shop on the side of the road I'm going to Walmart at least I know I could get road hazard

Very sweet guys at this shop. Got me 2 new back tires when i had a blow out. I will be coming back for a full set. Very striaght up. And very good prices.
