Fantastic work by Parker! Thank you so much! We were stranded on the highway nearby with a dead vehicle and Phil s was hailed by AAA to help us out. Aside from AAA dispatch taking 2h to help us find a service, the recovery was quick and we were able to drop off the vehicle at a local service shop. Parker was very friendly, helpful and made certain we were in a safe location before leaving.Thank you again! Great service.

I moved a here a month ago from Georgia and my car broke down on I-55 North, my insurance company provided this company for my tow. Phil was very kind and informative because the dealership I was towing too was closed, and we figured it out together, he didn't need to but chose to. I recommend his services and chose to support his business. I don't normally leave reviews btw, but this man earned it.

Today, I had to call a recovery service and Phil's did more than answer the call. They came out, recovered my truck, and reduced the rate because it did not require as much as he initially thought. If more business owners run their businesses in an equivalent manner, we might be able to turn this crashing country around. That's just wishful thinking, most of us are too self-centered and GREEDY. Well recommended company, I hate how we met, but I'm glad to have met you, and thanks again for the break.

Last night my Daughter, swerved so that she wouldn t hit a dog and ended up in a ditch. Called Phil s at 1:30 in the morning and within 15 minutes Parker from Phil s was on the scene. Phil s Wrecker Service, partially Parked was very professional and polite. Being that it was so early in the morning we expected a grumpy tow truck driver but that wasn t the case. We are very pleased with Phil s and if by chance there is a next time, hopefully not but if there is Phil s will be our first and only call.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Had a mishap on I12 by the I55 junction, and Parker was able to get to me incredibly quickly, assessed the situation quickly, and got me back on the road even quicker. He did a great job, was friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended if an unforeseen issue occurs to reach out to them, and I hope Parker is the one to help you out.

I called Phil s Towing to have my mustang moved out of my brothers backyard. ( My car was stuck in the woods like Seriously ) Leo the gentleman that came out in the tow truck worked Very Hard to get my car out of the rumble. NEVER ONCE complained. NOT ONE TIME. IAM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE and the PRICE. I m definitely giving PhilS Towing service 5 sThank you so much for helping me. And I GLADLY TIPPED Leo. He NEVER FUSSED OR COMPLAINED AT ALL. They appear to be quite busy, my car was waiting on an exit ramp for apx. 12 hours, so, yeah, they got the job done, but Hammond LA. has no 24 hour services apparently. Go figure, still, yes, they were great in all other aspects.Best

I would highly recommend this company, my husband's car had to be towed and Parker was the wonderful guy who came out to help he was very professional and you can tell he was very experienced, these guys will be our go to if we ever have a issue with our cars again. Friendly, accommodating service from Sydney, in the office and someone in the yard. She walked me through the process of signing over my car and other aspects, so I can't think of anything to make it a better customer service.

The receptionist can be rude. They will over charge you. I will not recommend them at all. I made a complaint to the commission board. They charged me for fuel twice and had to refund me. I also heard that they are always overcharging people.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! Picked up be Nicole and dropped it at the garage in the middle of their parking lot to go to Mcdonalds?! What a joke!! If you want reliable, professional service go elsewhere for your towing needs!

THIS BUSINESS ARE INCONSIDENT, DRIVER ASKED HOW MUCH THEY COVERED FOR HOURS AND SAID THAT $ 320, WHEN THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN FROM THE PLACE WHICH WAS TAKEN TO ONE MILE RETURN AND AT THE TIME OF CHARGING CHARGED $ 489 PER HOUR AND IF NOT PAID, THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN FOR HIS YARD, THAT'S WHAT WE ADDED THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT, THAT I HAD TO PAY YOU WITH COMCHEK, EFS, OR CASH. THAT IS A TRAP ARE NOT PROFECIONAL LITERALLY STEAL YOU IN YOUR FACE. AT THAT WE ADDED THAT THEY HAD TOOK ANOTHER SMALL TOWN TRUCK AND AT NO TIME THEY USED IT, AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE USE OF THAT CRANE THAT WAS NOT USED, WANTED UNLOAD THE TRAILER ACCORDING TO THEM WHY THEY CAN NOT REMOVE THE TRUCK FROM WHERE IT WAS AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE THEM 12 HOURS, THEY WANT TO CONTINUE COLLECTING ME MORE FOR NOTHING IN FRONT OF MY FACE. THE FINAL COLLECTION WAS $ 3840.31 X 4 HOURS

Worst place ever wouldn't dare call them. Next time put the open and close time on your website. And fire your receptionist because she is unprofessional. I wouldn't dare recommend anyone to call Phil's call someone else they do not have good customer service!!! NEVER AGAIN
