I had an amazing experience here! The people were really nice and they let me park my bobtail truck in their parking lot for a couple days even after doing the business. I went through my company and got a windshield replaced here. They had the windshield done in very good timing and there was a kid there named Cody that helped me with everything. Super good people and will do business with them again in the future!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Phares does great work. They are fast, honest, & reliable. Driving in Louisiana means chipped & cracked windshields and Phares has replaced several for me over the years, with great results.

They were very speedy with their service. However they didn't clean out the Littles bits of glass on my seat. They did not vacuum it out. I even got a cut on my hand because of this. This is unacceptable! I shouldn't be bleeding because they didn't finish the job correctly.The story gets worse, We went back so they could fix thier mistake. When the worker handed back the key they told us that "I didn't have to write all that mean stuff on the internet." Well Sir if you had done your job, I wouldn't of had to bleed. This is unprofessional behavior and terrible to call us out for you not doing your Job. Don't ever give your money to such an unprofessional business. The worse part is they were highly recommended to is and this is the result. Terrible, terrible customer service.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

My vehicle need new inspection sticker then I went there these are real nice, talk and laugh small joke it just take 5 min get stickers exchange then that I told them I will come back see y'all next service and god bless these workers

These guys were quick and did a quality job. I don't think you will be disappointed in neither price or service. The one reason I thought of Phares Glass for my windshield was that I had already used them a couple times for my inspection sticker. Nice people! Give them a shot at it.

I made an appointment for a windshield replacement and 2 year sticker for the car. The sticker was only $20. The windshield was free cuz of my insurance plan. I had to wait inside. They have a nice couch and tv and bathroom in there. Staff is great and service was very fast. I was there under 30 minutes. They do take walk ins, but appointments are STRONGLY recommended to avoid waiting.

There was a white guy around 50s, was behaving so rude, maybe because i am brown. He was just on his phone all the time, never gave any attention to the customer, too bad, i wont recommend anyone.

Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing to get an inspection sticker, so I left..no one ever did. People saw me standing there and ignored me. If I could give this business a minus 100, I would

Son took my car for an inspection sticker. It was returned to him with wet blood on the entry handle. No warning or anything. Apparently the worker had an open cut. Son has taken two other cars for inspection so he knew the employee was not the normal person he has worked with. Son wasn t sure how to respond but when he returned home he told me so we put on gloves and cleaned the surface with disinfectant.

I had a windshield replaced here for a Honda Element. Afterward, the windshield whistled loudly at highway speed. I returned twice to Phares to have this fixed, only to be told that they couldn't reproduce the sound with a wind blower. I begged them to drive the car or ride with me just 1 exit down at highway speed, but they refused, saying that it's against their policy to drive a car or leave the site. Come on now - they do various auto repair work there, but can't drive a car off the very tiny lot?They refused to repair or even look at their own work, treating my visits with a shrug and falling back on vague "policy" excuses.To be clear, the noise coming from the window was very loud and irritating in the extreme - loud enough to make cell phone conversation impossible. I couldn't even drown it out with the radio. This was no small problem, and one that I felt might even be dangerous over time.My advice is to stay away. They had one job and couldn't do it right, then refused to assist in any way. Their attitude was deplorable when I returned for help, and the "policy" they kept referring to was really just a way to avoid having to acknowledge their mistake.Terrible place. Terrible people. Terrible workmanship.

I called to get a quote and they said 234 with installation and taxes. I verified with the lady on the phone by saying "Thats everything. 234 will be the total with everything?" "Yes, that will be for everything." When I got there and she rang it up she charged 257.00. I said I was told everything was 234 with taxes. "Nope." she replied. What can you do? The windshield was done. We were really struggling to pay in the first place and then had to pay 23 dollars more. I would never go back. I hate being lied to. They cut up the windshield support beam in our car a good bit, too.

I went here to get my state inspection break tag. The inspector was a kind older gentlemen. The service was quick. Would definitely go there again.

I had my windshield replaced on my 2006 GMC and from the first call where I spoke with a Debbie to having job done I was completely satisfied with there professionalism and the time it took to get it done while I waited. good job, good people.

Replaced my cracked windshield with a new SCRATCHED windshield. A deep scratch right in front of drivers sight. Then they act like it's no big deal because my car is an 07 model. All I can see while driving is the scratch - very distracting. No thanks, never come again

Very friendly courteous staff. Had two windshield pecks repaired quickly and excellent workmanship, cannot tell where the repair is.I recommend them highly.
