I had break caliper covers installed by the Ford dealership in Hammond, LA. Horrible experience. Kept my vehicle all day to do a 15 minute job and once they finished the caliper covers were left rubbing my rim. I took my truck to NTB and Chris the service manager immediately addressed my concerns about the caliper covers rubbing my rim and installed wheel spacers for me to correct the problem. Thanks Chris and all of the friendly helpful staff at NTB! Good service is hard to find these days and these guys provided not good but GREAT SERVICE! I encourage anyone needing any tire service to visit this location. You will not be disappointed.

They really work with you budget wise. I had got my alternator and back brakes and rotors and motor mount done and it took maybe 2 hours if that. They are the only shop I go to now. And the workers are so nice.

I had a screw in my tire , I went to NTB in Hammond , the young man Kris greeted me with a smile , explained to me the wait time for getting the tire repaired and said although they were working with limited staff he would do his best to get me out timely. He delivered. I was finished within an hour. I thought that was great timing for a walk-in customer.

Very professional and got my tire fixed quickly. Great service, guy saw me walk in and quickly ran over to me to help. They assessed the problem and got it fixed within 30 minutes. Definitely will be returning here for any problems.

Great service every time I m here! Quick and courteous staff. Brought my car in at 9:30AM to get my tire replaced and it was done by 1:30PM. I usually get my car serviced on the West Bank because I am from there, but come to NTB in Hammond for any unexpected services like flat or damaged tires since I live in the area. Always recommend them and their great team. I needed my cabin air filter replaced but wasn t prepared to pay the extra cost and they did me a favor and swapped it out for free because it was so bad. Overall, great service and will be back!!

I am a handicapped senior citizen and have an old car. I needed 2 tires and came here all freaked out. Lacey was wonderful and was highly professional and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and work was done within a timely manner

Daniel was very patient and explained everything to me. He was really kind and made my first time doing anything like this super easy and comfortable. I feel like he really had my best interests in mind. Deonte was also communicative and helpful and made sure I knew what was going on when something came up.

Daniel was amazing at NTB from the moment that I walked in. The service was impeccable. My car repairs and options was service were greatly explained! Excellent service and reasonable pricing went in for two tires and wasn't pushed too hard to purchase superfluous warranties and was suggested reasonable maintenance services. When services were refused I wasn't pressured into getting them and the work was done in a reasonable time frame. Friendly and agreeable staff as well

In a bind for new tires - three flats in two days!Dropped in, no appointment. Assisted immediately. Items in-stock.Let them know what I wanted/needed, items in-stock. No pressure to upsell.Professional, efficient, knowledgeable.Tires, brakes and oil change completed within 3 hours.Reasonable pricing. Open on Sundays. Would recommend

Brought my company vehicle here to get an OIL CHANGE, now it s sitting at a shop right now needing tons of repairs.New alternator, new radiator, new battery and possibly more. One of the workers didn t put the oil cap back on correctly and it leaked all over the motor. This mistake almost caused me to wreck my vehicle. Yes, they sent someone to come check it out since I was stranded where I parked and couldn t drive it but the mechanic drove it back to the shop which ruined everything under the hood not to mention it was smoking the entire drive back to the shop. Once we got back to the shop, they drained the oil which was BLACK BLACK and only had about 1 quart left in it. Once I left the shop (for the second time that day) my battery light and check engine light were on which they weren t before I brought my vehicle there. The vehicle was working perfectly fine until we put it into their care and now they re saying the issues I am having is not related to anything they did. If my company wasn t covering this, I d be suing. They need to own up to their mistakes! The employees were apologetic but bring your vehicle here at your own risk! I am now missing multiple days of work due to their mistakes all because I brought it there for an oil change.

Pull up with a tire in hand to put on a rim 30 minutes before closing.Every shop I've ever been to has had a wheel swapped on a rim in under $10 minutes and charged me $20-30 after tax. Even had shops take me after close cause of how easy I make it. Get told they can't swap it and to come tomorrow and it will cost about $35.Well, I went to y'all because you are open on Sunday, not because you are cheap. So instead of paying $35 on Sunday, I'll go to the local shop for $20 on Monday.The value in a 7 day a week location is the convenience.If it's not convenient, then you can't be the highest priced and still get my business.I remember this building being vacant last year this time. Hopefully y'all don't turn away business too often.

Got in my truck and had low tire pressure.. not to mention its a sunday.. looked and saw that ntb was open.. they plugged my tire in a timely manner, all employees were kind and very helpful.. great experience, i highly recommend

At NTB tires, the tire rotation service fell short of expectations. While the staff was friendly, the promised time for the rotation was not met, resulting in a prolonged wait. This delay was frustrating, and the service did not match the initial commitment. Improvement in meeting time expectations for services is necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.

I was helped by team member, John. Nicest, kindest man that didn't give up on a tire sensor that a side show tire place broke on a fairly new sports car. Go to this place if you want excellent work and a team of employees with heart! They are beyond trust worthy. ~

I called yesterday for an appointment today which the female said there was an appointment at 11..I get there at 10:50 and I left at 12:50. Just letting you guys know that you re gonna be waiting two hours for just an oil change.

Brought my car in to get my front end checked and Kris helped me alot because he found that WalMart who last maintenenced my tires forgot a lugnut and one was loose! Great service, thanks ALOT Kris!
