I second that- One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Will never use these crooks again. They have absolutely no control over their part vendor. Service Manager Jeff lied to me about part delivery, lied to me about total and charged me $1000 more from what we originally agreed on. Be warned!

Great place to take your trailer for repairs! The guys are very knowledgeable from the service dept, parts dept to management. I needed extensive work done and guys got me done quickly and the work was done right the first time. I truly recommend Jackson Trailer in Hammond, LA! Thanks guys!

I would give these guys a ten star if I could I had a issue with my trailer I'm a long haul otr driver I called them told them my situation they told me to come on I arrived at there shop at 11am I explained to rusty I had to pu a load in Hammond at 1 pm they had me in fixed and out buy 12:30 you don't find hardly ever like this out on the road I highly recommend these guys at the Hammond la location Rusty went the extra mile thanks guys

Very crappy people they treat there workers like crap the office big bosses which I won't say no names screw people over to were they give the customers a time limit and then don't even look at the job then take it all out on the workers I can say so much more but I'm not just know I wouldn't suggest anybody to this company

a great place to take big trucks and trailers. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of what needs to be fixed and the mechanics get it done pretty fast and it's done right...
